Kuroo peaked into the classroom, spotting (Y/N) sitting at her desk with her head down. The door had been left open, not many students had arrived yet. Kai wasn't even here yet.
Perfect.
The black haired boy walked up to the girl and as he neared her, he realized that she had fallen asleep. He quietly pulled out the chair next to her and sat down. He stared at the girl for a few seconds before, gently shaking her awake. (Y/N) stirred a bit before slowly opening her eyes.
"...Kuroo?" (Y/N) mumbled, tiredly.
"Did you not sleep last night?" Kuroo asked, reaching over to move a strand of hair out of her face. (Y/N) was too tired to even react.
"Hm." She replied, not hearing a word he had said.
"(Y/N)?" Kuroo called out, getting no response.
"(Y/N)~"
"(Y/N)-chan."
"(Y/NNNNN)."
Kuroo repeated over and over again, trying to get some attention. But (Y/N) was barely awake, Kuroo chuckled and rested his cheek on his hand.
"Hey, sleepy head." Kuroo said, this time softer, (Y/N) turned her head to look at him.
"Can you pat my head?" Kuroo whispered, making (Y/N)'s eyes shoot open.
"What?" (Y/N) asked.
"You gave Lev a head pat yesterday." Kuroo muttered, his cheeks dusted with red.
"O-Oh, okay." The girl stammered, she reached over and gently pat the boy's head. She was surprised how soft it was, and began playing with it.
"It's soft." (Y/N) commented, before she pulled her hand back.
"Thanks." Kuroo mumbled as she laid her head back on her arms, going back to sleep. He stared at her for a few seconds.
I'll ask her later today.
Kuroo stood up from the seat to go back to his classroom, not wanting to bother her as she slept. Stepping out of her classroom, Kuroo bumped into two of his friends. One being Kai and the other Lev.

"Oh, Kuroo." Kai exclaimed, surprised.
"Good morning." Kuroo greeted the two.
"We're you visiting, (Y/N)-senpai?" Lev asked, staring at him with wonder.
"Shes asleep." Kuroo replied.
"Oh, did she not sleep well last night?" Lev asked.
"Seems like it." Kuroo commented, grabbing the first years shoulders and pushing him towards the staircase. Lev didn't stop him, but was very confused.
"Only a few more minutes until class starts."

Kuroo cursed silently at the paper as it cut his finger. He hissed in pain and sighed when he saw the small line of blood that was beginning to come out.
It's just paper.
Why does it hurt so much?
Kuroo sighed and began walking to the nurses office for a bandaid. It was concerning how many trip he had been making to the nurses office these past two months.
How many times have I went?
Eventually, he reached the room and knocked on the door. Waiting a couple of seconds he heard no response. Kuroo slid the door open and saw a familiar figure. She had been asleep on one of the beds, but woke up when she heard the door slide open.
I guess she's a light sleeper.
"You're hurt again?" (Y/N) mumbled, concerned.
"It's just a paper cut." Kuroo chuckled, remembering how she was here last time for a paper cut too. (Y/N) nodded her head.
"The nurse will be back in a couple of minutes." (Y/N) explained. Kuroo grabbed a bandaid and wrapped it around the cut. He then made his way over to (Y/N), sitting next to the girl.
"Are you still tired?" Kuroo asked.
"Not as much as before." (Y/N) explained,"But still tired." She continued.
"Can I ask you something?" Kuroo exclaimed, making (Y/N) nod her head. Kuroo began fiddling with his fingers but looked at her.
"Do you want to go out with me?" Kuroo asked.
"W-What?" (Y/N) stammered.
"Do you want to go out with me, (Y/N)?" Kuroo exclaimed.
"....okay." (Y/N) whispered, making a smile appear on Kuroo's face. She intertwined their hands together and rested her head on his shoulder.
"The nurses office is really something else, huh?"
