Christine's POV

When I arrived at my new house with Dad, there were a lot of people waiting for us. "Christine, I'd like you to meet my fiancée, Beth (Sqaishey; I know their only dating but yeah) and my friends, David (Squid), Amy, Rosie, Lee, and your aunt Netty." I was overwhelmed. "Um, can I go to my room? I want to get settled in." "Sure. Follow me." My room was huge! Dad had clearly been looking for a girl or else he hadn't painted the room pink! I placed my suitcase on my bed when Beth knocked on the door. "Christine, do you want any help?" "No thanks. I got it!" "Ok, let me know if you need help." She was really nice. I know that I was going to like her. After unpacking, we had a dinner of hotdogs, cheeseburgers, tea, and cake. Then, we watched "Toy Story." Towards the middle, I felt myself drifting ever so slightly towards Lee. Then, my head was on his shoulder. I don't know when I fell asleep.

Lee's POV

I felt her head on my shoulder before she realized what was happening. Then I heard her softly snoring. Stamps kept shooting me looks like "My daughter likes you" and "I know you like her." I was tempted to throw the cake out of his hands replace it with an apple. I hope I get to see Christine again soon.
