《Easy Is Boring ✓》Chapter Thirteen

Six months quickly went by, and it was now graduation.
Beck and Jade had been thinking a lot about their future together, Beck more so than Jade. He couldn't wait to continue the rest of his life with her, and he soon remembered the engagement ring that laid in the bottom drawer of his dresser.
As Jade got ready in the bathroom, Beck took the box out of the drawer, swatting away bits of dust that accompanied it. He opened it, and the ring was there, brand new.
He smiled contently and slipped it into the pocket of his nice navy blue suit. Everyone that went to Hollywood Arts was allowed to where whatever they wanted, as long as it was appropriate for graduation.
Soon after, Jade came out of the bathroom dressed up in a gorgeous blue dress, dark blue but not as dark as Beck's suit. Black heels adorned her feet and her hair was down, wavy but not in the tight curls that she usually wore.
Beck's mouth was slightly agape as he stared at her, which made Jade smirk on satisfaction.
"Close your mouth and let's go," she said, laughing softly as she headed out the door.
He snapped out of his daze and followed her, the lightest blush tinting his cheeks.

Jade kinda dreaded graduating. Sure, she was happy to get her diploma and spend the rest of her life with the guy she loved, but the thought of leaving Hollywood Arts made her stomach churn.
Beck looked over to Jade as she stared out the window, and his brows furrowed.
"Babe, what's wrong?"
Jade shrugged, her eyes still gazing out the window. "We're getting old."
Beck laughed, causing the goth to shoot him a glare. "It's not funny!"
"It kinda is," he replied, still chuckling a bit. "We're only eighteen, babe. We're not getting old."

"Well it feels like we are," she grumbled, leaning her head back against the seat. "I don't wanna graduate."
Beck pulled into school and parked the car as he asked, "why not?"
"Because I don't want to leave Hollywood Arts," she answered. "As sappy as it sounds, we've made good memories here."
He nodded in understanding. "we have. But think of it this way. We graduate school, get into a great college, make a living off of acting, singing and whatever else we decide to do, move in together, and spend the rest of our lives together. Get married," his hand slyly creeped to his suit pocket. "Have children. And much more than that."
Jade nodded, smiling softly at him. "You really wanna get married and have kids?"
"With you, yes."
She smiled again and got out of the car, and he did the same. They walked into Hollywood Arts hand in hand and made their way to the gang, who were all grouped together around Tori's locker.
"Jadey!" Cat squealed, running up to her best friend and giving her a hug.
"Hey kitty," Jade responded, slightly hugging her back.
Beck smiled at the two, knowing well that Jade had the biggest soft spot for Cat.
"I can't believe we're graduating today," Tori then spoke, taking a look at her Make It Shine locker.
"I know," Andre agreed, looking at the brunette with love in his eyes.
"We get to go to college," Cat giggled.
Robbie nodded. "We do."
Beck then wrapped an arm around Jade's waist, speaking up. "We should probly get to the Black Box now, huh?"
Tori sighed. "Yeah, we should."
The six of them headed off to the Black Box Theater, but not before Tori smiled at her locker, turning off the light.

"Tori Vega," Principal Helen called from the stage, and Tori happily walked onto the stage to accept her diploma.
"Andre Harris."
"Robbie Shapiro."
"Cat Valentine."
"Beck Oliver."
Beck eagerly headed up the stage, and when Helen called Jade's name, he stopped her.
"Jade West."
Jade walked up the stage and Beck put up his hand, signaling for Helen to stop calling out names.
The audience watched intently and so did the gang, and Jade furrowed her brows in confusion.
And then he pulled out a small box.
And dropped to one knee.
Jade immediately gasped, covering her mouth with a hand as Beck opened the small box.
"Jade," he said, looking up at her with a smile gracing his lips. "I've known for so long now that I want to spend the rest of my life with you. I know we're young, but we're graduating today, and I'm not able to wait any longer."
Jade felt tears sting her eyes.
"So, will you marry me?"
Jade nodded quickly and he slipped the ring on her finger, and she immediately jumped on him, hugging him tightly as the crowd cheered for them.
"YAY!" Cat exclaimed the loudest, clapping her hands happily.
Tori and Andre exchanged a look, both grinning brightly and clapping for the couple.
Robbie looked at Cat from beside him, smiling at her.
Everyone was getting their happy ending.

After the graduation, the gang all congratulated the couple, who were both ecstatic.
"You guys are getting married!" Cat squealed. "Lemme see the pretty ring!"
Jade laughed and showed Cat the engagement ring, and the perky red head's eyes widened. "Ooh, pretty!"
"It is," Jade agreed, looking down at the ring as well.
She couldn't get over how beautiful it was.
Beck grinned goofily as he pulled Jade to him. "Took a while to find, but when I saw it, I thought it was perfect."
Then Jade's eyes widened. "Wait, how much was it?"
Beck shrugged. "As much as an engagement ring would normally cost."
"So a lot?"
He shrugged again. "Maybe, but it was worth it, wasn't it?"
Jade rolled her eyes playfully and kissed him softly.
"Congrats guys," Tori grinned. "I'm happy for you two!"
"Thanks, Tor."
Jade smirked. "Yeah, you better be."
"C'mon, let's go celebrate!" Cat yelled, pulling Jade's hand with her to wherever they were going.
They all laughed and followed the two, and Beck smiled contently.
He couldn't wait to call Jade his wife.

However, there are a few moments that may be traumatizing to some people. As for the gore, it shows up fairly often but not extensively. I've always loved violence in movies and books, (The Boys, Banshee, Kingdom of heaven, Vikings, etc.) I am descriptive of the scenes with gore. So be warned :) I have multiple MC and as a nooby writer, I've had a harder time writing from a female POV. Just a heads up. Don't kill me if I make the woman in my book seem weird. No Easy Mode
Reincarnation isn't easy, Sure you might have a status menu but unlike a video game the training is real, the blood, sweat, and tears are real. Unfortunately for Samuel Erasi Fuller he found out that no amount of video game knowledge can prepare you for a world of skills, attributes and magic and even his top notch survival skills only go so far when there are beasts that shoot fireballs or move like a bolt of lighting. Worse yet there are no levels of skills just a name and description and a percentage display! Edit: Yes the poorly done cover is my personal work. Drawing anything using your finger and an app on your phone was not as easy as the tutorial made it look!
