Y/n's Point Of View.

"And then, Rin told me that she saw Madam doing a tiktok dance on her room." The twins started laughing as all I could do is smile.

I was sitting next to the door of the dungeon as the twins were on the other side. Telling me funny stories. I couldn't help not to tear up because I'm missing them already.

"You shouldn't say that out loud, or else she will turn into a witch again." I laughed as my palm was on the door, caressing it with my thumb.

"Then she will eat you!" I heard Rin attacked Kei with tickles because I also heard Kei's laugh after she said that.

"Stop.. I have many tickles there!" Kei was laughing non stop as her twin didn't stop tickling her.

I may not see them, but I'm happy that they grew up like this. Even if Ran's mother is cruel, they always stayed positive.

"Mommy, is it really dark in there?" Kei's soft voice was heard.

I looked around me, seeing nothing but pitch black surrounding me.

"No, its wonderful in here.. but kids are not allowed here you know." I smiled, I don't want them to be sad knowing that I'm suffering here.

"I'm really sorry, mommy. I promise that I will never do that again." Rin said, I know how her lips are probably dropped right now.

Her lips tend to pout when she feels sorry about something. While Kei will just be having her head low and mumbling words you cannot understand, but she's apologizing.

"It's okay, Rin. Now I want you to take care of your sister for me okay? Also, you might have to sleep next to your Auntie Kyoko for tonight."

"But we ate our vegetables." Kei whined.

"Mommy is going to stay here until morning, it will pass really quick you wouldn't even notice it." I said that to make them feel better though.

"Alright mommy, we're just going to hug the picture of daddy so we'll sleep better."

My eyes widened as Kei said that, then I remember that I stole one of Ran's photo back when he was a teenager in his mother's bedroom.. I don't want them to think that they don't have a dad. But I told them to keep it a secret because his mother will take that picture away if she found out.

"Okay, that's better." I smiled, as I closed my eyes.

God, I missed him so much.

"Mommy, Auntie Kyoko is calling us now. I think dinner is ready.. we'll go back here before we go to bed okay?"

"Uh-huh, make sure you eat a lot okay?"

"Okayy mommy! Bye bye!"

I heard their tinny footsteps faded away as I sighed, I loose hope years ago.. but why didn't he look for me?

Knowing his influence, he could easily do so.. but what happened?

"Mommy, look at what me and Kei draw." The twins both greeted me as soon as I was released from the dungeon.

They were showing me a piece of paper with crayon drawings on them. My heart melts as soon as I saw four people on the paper.

"How is it, mommy?" Kei asked, they're filled with excitement.

"This is amazing.. but, shouldn't you put daddy instead of your auntie over here." I pointed at the drawing of Kyoko. Because there was a text that says Family on it.

"Daddy is not even here..." Kei mumbled as she looked away.

"Auntie Kyoko looks so good here." Rin changed the topic as she gave me a smile.

I sighed, forcing a smile on them. "Right, you should show this to her so she can see how good she looks."

They both nodded on my suggestion, I gave Kei the paper back as they both held my hands as we came downstairs to look for Kyoko.

We failed to find her, so we decided to head back to our room for a bit. I needed to lay down because I didn't get much sleep from last night.

We also walked passed some maids telling me to rest and they'll do everything. I appreciated that, but if Ran's mother found out about this I'll be dead.

So a quick rest would be enough.

"Does daddy have a dad too?" Kei randomly asked while they were doodling.

It kinda made me smile, taking me back to those days where I was confused whether to choose his dad or him.

"Of course, honey." I chuckled.

"What does he looks like then?"

"He's tall, masculine and he's actually handsome even for his age. He's also a nice person." How I wish I could introduce then to Mr. Haitani, I'm sure he'll be happy to see them.

"What about daddy's mom?"

I froze, blinked a multiple times. "She's dead."

"What about.... a sister?" Rin asked innocently.

"Nope, he doesn't have a sister. But he does have a brother though." I was still laying on the bed as I talked to them.

"What is he like?" She asked once again.

"He's kind as well, quiet most of the time. But he's a nice person who is willing to help mommy with everything he can." I remembered those memories I shared with Rindou as well.

"Oh okay! Thanks mommy!"

"Aren't you going to ask about your father?" I asked them.

They stopped doodling for a bit, but then continued to doodle again as if I didn't just asked them a question.

That's weird, they're usually curious about Ran. I guess they know him enough for them not to asked again.

And just when I was about to close my eyes, the door suddenly opened aggressively. Almost giving me a heart attack.

"K-kyoko!" I was scared and thought it was Ran's mother.

She was panting and everything, "Y/n, we need to talk.. in private."

I stood up quickly because she seem to be serious at something. Which made me nervous at the same time.

I closed the door behind me when we left the room, Kyoko was catching her breath. I was confused when she placed her palm on my shoulders.

"You need to leave." She said.

"What do you mean?"

"You have to escape, as soon as possible, Y/n!" Her pupils were shaking as she said that.

"W-what happened? I'm confused I don't-"

"I heard Madam talking to someone on the phone, and she's going to sell you.. and your daughters."
