FFFFFFF I'M TRYING TO STUDY AND FOR SOME REASON MY MIND IS CLOGGED UP EMOTIONALLY AND LOGICALLY AND I'M STARING AT A PAGE BUT I'm not even looking. My mind is elsewhere and for some reason I'm in the brink of panic???!
Idk and now I just need to clear my head so I can study more and I don't like not working on anything because my mind and body don't know how to relax, like I will find a way to stress about anything.
