《When I Met You(Gakuen Alice fanfic)》Chapter 18: New Friends

A couple days later, after investigating the schedules of curfew and morning wake up calls...
"..." I woke up early at about 4 am, a time that no one really gets up at during a school day. I don't really have to go to school since I'm in a mission for the Principle, if you're asking:D
If I have any trace for my sister, it's that she must be in a place small and dark. The Hanahime den in the middle school division is both of those things plus only girls are allowed to go there. Boys are prohibited by do I really care about that? No... as long as I can get a glimpse of my sister, than I can proceed as planned.
Chirp Chirp.
I hear morning birds chirping as I lean against the den. I always had suspicions about it since I came here but it's never occurred to me that Aoi could be in here.
"Hyuuga." I jolt at the sound of a girl. I slowly turn my head in the direction, still in a pose.
"I-Imai..." my heart drops for a second.
"What are you doing here?" my fast beating heart slows down a bit. I take a deep breath and she smirks, "Were you scared?"
"No!" I slap my mouth as the sound echoes. "No..." I whisper/shout.
She smiles and walks over, she's wearing a kimono and her hair is pulled up in a flower pin. If I still loved her, I would have been avoiding her at all costs. But that's not the case anymore. "I have something to tell you." I looked down, it was about time I told her about my sister. "The principle held my sister hostage and that's why I've been avoiding everyone." My bangs cover my eyes in despair. She wouldn't forgive me...

"Why didn't you say so, stupid?" She hits me with her Baka gun and I rub the spot sorely.
"Huh?" She smiles and I'm shocked that I lose my tongue.
"You should have at least told us that, Natsume-kun." I turn my head and find all of my classmates. Well previous classmates, when I was still going here. Koko, Iincho, Permy, Anna, and Nonoko... I've never really paid that much attention to all of them but they always hung out with me at the table. I never really called them my friends but they were something beyond that. I was too scared to believe in that, so I didn't. Here they are now and I don't know what to say.
"What are you all doing here?" I look towards Imai who simply just shrugs. "Why?" I mumbled at the ground, "Why would you want to help someone like me?"
"Well.. I always thought you were pretty cool..." Permy blushed.
"I always knew, since I could read your mind that you weren't a bad guy." Koko grins and I blush at the comment. He knew? Ah... that's really embarrassing.
"Hyuuga-kun. Let's us help!" Anna and Nonoko both cheered and I covered my ears at their cheerfulness.
"I'm the class president, its my job to help everyone." Iincho said last of all. I looked down again and their faces dropped.
"T-thank you." I bowed before them, I didn't cry but my voice cracked from holding it in. "A-Arigato..."
"..."
"We've always been there for you. You just didn't notice." Imai says and they all nod.
"You need to rely on us more, Natsume-kun." Permy fell into tears.
"That's right. Stop being a girl!" Koko blurted and I got angry that I lit his hair on fire and everyone laughed hysterically.

"Don't worry... we'll get your sister back." Imai whispered and I my body froze. Then as I took note of the sunrise, I noticed it may have been the most beautiful thing I had ever seen. Because it showed me once again that there was still a bit left over.
Hope, that is:D
Then we all went back to sleep since Imai said we were being watched and since there were three boys, he had get a punishment. But she had a plan and that it would be held in two weeks.
That means that the plan could be held the same day I had to assassinate Mikan. The last day... could fail and then, if it did. I have no choice but to...
kill her whether I like it or not...
