my tired eyelids opened to be faced with the ceiling. my head turns towards the alarm clock.

2:05AM...

jiyeon was in a deep slumber, her visage facing mine. she appears incredibly beautiful, as always.

my lips formed into a smile, watching her resting soundly.

what happened the night before felt as if it was a dream. more than a dream. i finally had the strength and willpower in me to make the first move.

i hope she doesn't hate me after doing that...

i'm more than happy enough to express what i felt. jiyeon makes me happy, she accepts me for no matter what i am. i am always at my high whenever i'm around her.

"i.... i really like you, ms. jiyeon." my words escaped my lips in whispers, staring at her. leaning over to kiss her forehead, she murmurs.

"please... don't leave me..." the soft cries in her voice made my heart fall out of my chest. she sounded sad, lonely. i pat her on the head and held her hand.

"i'm always here."
