"what are you doing here?" changkyun was lounging on the balcony, eyes closed and feeling the wind hit him. he was leaning on the railing, and breathing calmly.

"calming my nerves. come here and we'll hang out together."

i close the balcony door behind me and slowly made my way to the chair. i sat down and took a deep breath. "feels nice here."

"but look at the fairy lights i set up. joonwoo requested them." he laughs, pointing at the lights hanging around the balcony.

"it's beautiful..."

the wind produced a cool breeze, passing by our direction. there was that silent tension between the both of us. my thoughts were filled of the night when changkyun almost kissed me. i felt shy and shifted in my chair. "yeah, beautiful..."

my head veered up to recognize a pair of sparkling orbs staring at me. changkyun was focusing his eyes on me.

ON ME.

"very funny, changkyun." i responsed, laughing. he didn't laugh with me.. he just kept on staring and smiling at me. "you're beautiful, jiyeon. i mean it." the lovestruck expression in his eyes made me nervous and flattered at the same time.

i shook my head. "stop messing around..."

was all i can say.

still eyeing me, i began to shift on my chair again. both of us were still keeping that eye contact.

he walks over to my chair and puts both of his hands on the chair handles, trapping me. my hand landed on his chest, creating a space between us. "changkyun, stop messing around."

"i'm..." changkyun lowers his head and leaned in closer. "i'm not."

"don't do it unless you actually mean it." i said, my hand still on his chest. however, it wasn't pushing him away, more so just holding onto him at this point.

"i mean it."

my eyes close and the hammering sounds of my heart continues to quicken and pop out of my chest. the butterflies kept multiplying in my stomach...

a pair of lips brush against my cheek. he gives it a peck. those lips began to peck and create a trail all the way down, near my lips. "just push me away when you want me to stop." without any warning, his lips interlocked with mine.

the kiss felt more than fireworks, any movie cliché you can think of. it felt as if my whole world felt complete. he tasted like soda and chicken. he tasted incredibly piquant. every second felt like nirvana, a heavenly paradise.

however, that kiss also felt... melancholy. that desolation made me realize that...

i completely am head over heels, into him. in conclusion, i fell in love with him
