The girls were back in their hotel room after a long day at Starship Entertainment.

"You know who I saw? While I was getting a tour of the building," Naha's voice wavered at the memory of Wonho's expression.

Arena stood up from her bed and walked over to the cabinet to get her charger for her phone. It had died on the way back to the hotel. "Do I even want to know?"

But Arena already knew. It's not that hard to figure out who could have possibly been spending time at their own entertainment building.

"They were recording a song when Jaehyun, that's our driver, toured me around the building. One of the stops was the recording studio. I had no idea they would be there." Naha bit her nails, another bad habit in the world, this time belonging to Naha (and millions of other people).

Arena shook her head to get rid of the thoughts starting to form behind her brain.

"Arghhh," she sighed and put her head in her hands, slowly moaning in frustration.

She grabbed her pillow and started beating it against the wall every time she opened her mouth.

"I"

THUD

"Did not"

THUD

"Want to"

THUD

"DO THISSSSSSSSSSsssssssss

Naha what do I dooooooooooooooooo...," Arena threw away her tortured pillow and pulled at her hair, falling into the bed and breathing heavily, kicking the air with her feet, almost hitting Naha who watching the whole tantrum with her mouth open. It took her seconds to snap out of it and do something before Arena lands one of her kicks in Naha's face.

"Hey. HEY. Arena stop. SToP," she tried to catch her legs and pin them down so she could sit on them and maybe get her friend to calm the eff down. She understood of course. She didn't want to see Wonho either. Now that she had accidentally seen him she automatically felt worse about everything. She hadn't done what she had for the reason he thought she had.

She hadn't ghosted him because she hadn't wanted him. Obviously she had wanted him.

Arena stopped messing with her hair, leaving it looking like a bird's nest. Naha had sat on her legs so Arena was just laying still on her bed, her heart beating furiously.

"I don't want to see him."

Yes she did

"I don't want to teach him choreography for god's sake."

Yes she did

Naha stayed quiet, adjusting herself into a more comfortable position on Arena's knees, and kept listening to her barely breathing best friend underneath her weight.

"I don't... Argh I don't even know what I want anymore." She sighed heavily.

Naha opened her mouth for the first time.

"When Wonho saw me, he looked like he was about to cry," said Naha quietly.

Arena had gone utterly still. It was her turn to listen.

"I never told you but, we kept in contact after your accident and after Kihyun disappeared. Wonho told me their phone's had been taken away, but he had snuck in his iPad," Naha breathed in before continuing.

"He.. umh.. I think he might've liked me. Like really liked me. I know I really liked him. We talked every day," she smiled, "we had all kinds of inside jokes. It was amazing until," her smile dropped, "until you told me that Kihyun wasn't texting you anymore."

Arena's breath hitched and she sat up as much as she could, looking her friend in the face. Naha's eyes were watering, and she was looking down at Arena's kneecaps.

Arena frowned but didn't say anything.

Naha continued, "I decided that it wasn't right for me to be in contact with him if Kihyun and you weren't in contact. It just...sounded so unfair. I felt so bad about it. If it hadn't been for Kihyun's message and you, I would have never even gotten to meet Wonho again."

Naha raised her eyes to look at Arena.

A single tear rolled down Arena's left cheek.

She didn't bother to wipe it away.

Naha's own eyes were now filled with tears, none which had fallen yet, "So I stopped it. I stopped replying," her voice broke, two first tears rolled down from both sides of her face, "I think I might have really hurt him and," her breath hitched again, it was getting hard for her to speak.

"And I think I might have broken his heart.... because it certainly broke mine."

Naha broke down in tears.

She started sobbing into her hands. Arena swiggled out from underneath her friend and pulled her to her. She hold on to Naha as she cried in Arena's arms. Naha's tears wetting Arena's shoulder and Arena's own silent tears falling into Naha's hair.

"Thank you for telling me," whispered Arena.
