When they stepped out into the outer parts of the airport, two new security guard looking guys appeared at their side.

Arena finally saw the masses and masses of fans with cameras in designated areas, waiting to take photographs of idols arriving and departing. They seemed to already be taking pictures, but Arena didn't see of what or who.

The guy in the suit led their way neatly through the crowd and into the parking lot, the security guards making sure that they were safe. They reached a black car with tinted windows and the guy in the suit ushered them inside into the backseat and sat shotgun himself next to the driver.

Arena took off her facemask and glasses, looking out of the windows.

"So what did you think of the mass of people?" asked the guy in the suit, smiling.

Arena met her eyes with his and shook her head, "I can't understand how people can peacefully use the airport like this."

The guy chuckled, "Yes it's true. Most of the time they follow etiquette but sometimes it happens and they step out of line, trying to grab and run after idols and other important people, you see now why we had two guards and the facemasks."

They sped out of the airport parking lot and continued driving. Naha took off her own glasses and facemask aswell, "Can we keep these?"

"Of course, I'm guessing you will be needing them on your departure too. I didn't get to introduce myself, but my name is Shin Yu He, and I'm a representative sent to make sure you arrive in your hotel, by Starship Entertainment. We will be driving for about 25 minutes so you can look around and get to know Seoul a little bit more. Here is also my phone number, for any case you need me. I will make sure your stay is pleasant and that you are safe." He smiled, handing them both a piece of paper with a number on it.

"What's the 0-1-0 for?" asked Naha while saving the number onto her phone.

"That's our areal code here."

"Oh okay, cool."

"If you want I can tell you the details about the day after tomorrow as well. So basically you are expected at the company at 12 o'clock and will have a driver pick you up from in front of the hotel at 11.30. Ms Hatashi, you are welcome to join Ms Calder, I'm guessing it would be quite interesting for you as well. Tomorrow is the day you can relax and settle in in the hotel, but we do have to ask you to not leave the building by yourself for safety reasons. You can order room service and use the spa services instead, you will have time to get to know the city later."

Arena and Naha both nodded in understanding.

More than soon enough they had arrived at their hotel, which was a high building in the middle of Seoul, and probably very expensive. Clerks rushed out of the hotel to pick up the baggage as Arena and Naha followed Shin Yu He through the front doors. They checked in, got their keys, listened to Shin Yu He talk a little bit more about the hotel and then they were left alone.

In a hotel.

In Korea.

Arena and Naha grinned to each other and speedwalked to the elevators.

"This says our room number is 674 so... the 6th floor?" asked Arena as they stepped into the elevator, dragging their bags behind them.

"I guess yeah."

"Okaydokay," Naha pressed the button for floor 6 and the elevator doors closed. Everytime Arena rode an elevator nowadays she couldn't help but think about how she had ridden one with Kihyun back in Colorado and how nervous she had been. She wondered if she would see him when she went to the entertainment company the day after tomorrow.

"What are you thinking about?" asked Naha as they reached their floor and walked through the elevator doors, dragging their suitcases behind.

Arena looked over to her friend as the later was scanning the walls for their hotel room, finally finding the right direction and leading their way ahead.

"Oh you know, just about that famous kpop idol we hung out with." Arena smiled as Naha stopped in her tracks and turned to look at her friend.

"WHy?"

Arena shrugged and kept moving, "I mean, we are in Korea and we are going to their company. I was just wondering if they will be around and if we see them. That's all."

Naha sped up to catch up with Arena again and said, "Yeah okay." Though it sounded from her voice that she wasn't as convinced as she should have been to hear that.

The 6th floor hallways were all decorated in bright, warm colors. The walls were a light orange with dark red carpet floors. The room doors were all from dark wood though, it stood out among the light walls. Arena and Naha didn't have to walk a long way from the two elevators in the middle of the 6th floor. Their room was only 4 doors to the left.

"I think this is it." Arena stopped in front of one of the dark doors and looked at her friend, who was holding the two key cards. "647?" asked Arena.

"647," replied Naha and handed a key card to Arena, who opened the door with it. The door swung open slowly to reveal a medium sized hotel room with two beds and a big bathroom. The windows and view was to the city and the highest buildings in Seoul. The colors were similar to the overall interior of the hotel, the dark red carpet was also located in their room, only the walls were a very light pink.

There were also two armchairs and a table in front of the window, two dressing tables, a TV and a big mirror opposite the beds and also a full length mirror opposite the bathroom, next to the shelves and a wardrobe.

The girls wheeled inside with their bags and inspected the room first. Arena took the bed that was near the window and Naha the other one. Arena sat down on her bed and looked at Naha, who was already putting things on the little nightstands both of the beds had.

"So what do we do now?" asked Arena as she was still sitting in the same position 15 minutes later, and Naha was still unpacking things and walking around the room.

"Wanna eat something and then watch Korean TV until we fall asleep?" asked Naha, coming back from the bathroom and sitting on her own bed, facing Arena who laid down on the bed.

"Yeah that sounds like a good idea," she turned her head, "what time is it already by the way?"

"Ummhh," Naha looked at her phone and then back at Arena who was still lying on her back and staring at the ceiling, "it's 7.38 p.m. right now, why?"

Arena rose up, "So that's 4 a.m. at home??"

"Yeah."

"No wonder i feel like i'm gonna pass out any second now," yawned Arena and took the room service menu from the dressing table. "So, what do you want to eat?"

They ended up getting two plates of fries, fried rice, some chicken soup and fried chicken, fruit salads and a few pieces of cake. It was delivered to them on a wheeled cart by a handsome hotel clerk and they started eating their food as soon as the door had closed again behind him. The rest of the evening was just eating as long as they felt like they were going to vomit and then falling asleep sprawled in their beds, KBS playing in the background.

Luckily the TV's in the hotel had a system to them that automatically turned themselves off if the TV had been idle for 3 hours. That means when no buttons were pressed on the remote and no signs of life still watching the TV detected. Which was a good thing, since that meant that Arena and Naha didn't have to wake up to a melodrama scene when they finally awoke again at 3 p.m.

The jet lag was real.

They woke up groggy and with a banging headache. Last night's dinner's bits and pieces were left on the cart.

Arena raised her face from the pillow and looked around. Can you guys imagine the ultimate ombre bedhead and smudged mascara down one's cheeks. Yup that's what Arena looked like right now. Naha wasn't much better. Her light blue hair was all over the place and stiking up in every direction ever.

"What time is it?" Arena rubbed her eyes and crawled slowly out of her bed to the carpeted floor and lay down there again.

"Ummh," answered Naha's groggy morning voice as she pat her hand around her bed for her phone. "It's 3.19"

"A.m?"

Naha threw her phone back into her covers and rolled out of bed too.

"P.m."

She headed for the bathroom and grabbed a cold french fry from the cart on her way. Naha closed the bathroom door and soon Arena could hear water running.

Arena herself was still lying on the floor and manage to drag herself up to copy Naha's genius idea and grabbed some of the cold french fries and a spoonful of rice. She didn't touch the chicken since her vegetarian life was still going strong. She looked into her mirror and was startled at the reflection.

Arena quickly dug up her makeup remover wipes and sat on her bed, cleaning her face as Naha came out of the bathroom with her hair up in a bun.

"Sup."

"We slept late."

"We should probably fix that for tomorrow."

Arena smiled and nodded. Naha sat down on her own bed and started looking for clothes from her luggage, finally deciding on a pair of matching burgundy sweatpants and sweater. She pulled them out of her hard covered suitcase with the picture of New York City.

Arena started digging through her own clothes to fish out a matching pair of sweats but in the color black. She grabbed her washbag and trodded to the bathroom. The door closed behind her as the steps behind the door grew louder.
