I nod. From a confused look, his face switched to someone who looks disappointed.

I ask, pointing at his face. He looks confused again, pointing at himself.

I cut him off.

He sighs, surrending.

My eyes widens as I look at him. He has always been a straightforward guy- maybe that's why he said is to casually.

I manage to ask after a few seconds of silence and shock.

He smiles, bitterly.

I feel bad. Really.

He's still trying to smile.

I could see tears building up in his eyes- and pure sadness.

I stood up to hug him.

He chuckles, i jokingly punch him.

Then i felt my cheeks, soaked from tears falling.

He wipes my tears with the back of his hands, there I saw, his tears, started streaming down his face.

We're smiling– yet there's tears streaming down our faces.

I offer him my handkerchief as I nod.

Mark looks at me in confusion.

We were laughing until i heard my phone ring.

I quickly open my bag to get my phone from it.

I smile at him. He nods after I said excuse me to him.

I press accept as I put my phone on my ear.
