"so, i was thinking." hoseok started to say. "we should have another date tomorrow. is that okay?"

y/n just chuckled. they were waiting for japanese to start and made the time fly by talking. "i got grounded last week, though."

"okay, but that was because you didn't tell your parents you were hanging out with your 'friend'."

"i guess you're right. where will we go?"

"it's a surprise. i won't tell you one bit."

"what if i ask what i should wear?"

"hmm, maybe something that'll keep you cool; it might be hot tomorrow. if not, then i'll give you my hoodie."

"another one?"

"mhmm."

"but-"

"no buts or ifs. i'll text you about it later on after school since i'll be leaving early today."

"doctor's appointment?"

"yep."

the teacher got all of the student's attention, tapping her ruler on the board.

~ time skips ~

y/n walked with the boys, as they all wanted to pick up something to munch on at a convenience store.

"so, guess who's going on a date tomorrow!" she said, smiling big. changkyun almost spit the water he was drinking out of her water bottle.

"a what?" he asked, wiping his mouth with his hand.

"a date."

"have you ever been on one?" kihyun asked. y/n laughed.

"of course." the boys looked at her, surprised. "i know none of you have been on one, such a shame, am i right?"

"okay, but i think we know girls better than you know guys." jooheon said.

"i think i know at least the basics of boys; it is not like i haven't been with one before." her eyes widened, hearing what she just said now.

"you mean, you've dated before?" changkyun asked. y/n nodded, ashamed.

"who?" minhyuk questioned, pushing his way through the boys so he could walk beside her.

she just shook her head. "it's not important. never mind."

"never mind?" jooheon and changkyun said at the same time, looking at her.

"oh c'mon y/n!" changkyun whined. "we're like your best friends at this point. best friends tell each other everything!"

"is that so?" she asked, thinking to herself. he nodded.

"changkyun, don't force her." shownu ordered, making him frown.

"we'll be talking about this later tonight y/n, this isn't the end." changkyun whispered to her. she just shrugged and rolled her eyes.

"let's change the subject." jooheon said, breaking the intense atmosphere. "y/n, when's the next compact mission coming up?"

"honestly i have no idea. the plans are so weird now i don't even know if they used my ideas for them."

"you came up with these?" kihyun asked, a little furious. she nodded her head slowly. "you come up with the most painful penalties ever!"

"at least the game is fun to play, am i right or am i right?"

"i- you got me right there."

she smiled and stuck her tongue out, which made him pout.

"okay, hurry up. we have to practice tonight so grab whatever you want!" shownu said. the others who were talking didn't realize that they were already at the store. everyone ran into the store, picking out their favorite snacks and other miscellaneous things.

honestly, they are too fun for me. y/n thought to herself, grinning.
