the trainees arrived at a restaurant not too far from the company. it wasn't expensive, but it wasn't cheap either.
they all sat at a huge table and got their menus.
"you guys want some champagne?" minkyun asked. group b looked at group a, surprised.
"you guys, drink?" jooheon asked. they all nodded.
"oh my god. do not tell me you guys don't drink?" seokwan laughed. "you need to try it. the champagne is pretty good here."
"b-but i'm too young to drink." changkyun nervously said.
"come on! you, seokwan, and yoonho are the same age; they drink too!" gunhee looked at the two, who nodded in agreement. "seriously, what can go wrong?"
"holy crap, bring us one more bottle, hyung!" changkyun exclaimed, drinking his fifth cup of champagne.
"bring us one more." gunhee told the waiter, who nodded.
"how is it like being drunk?" jooheon asked. "i mean, i think i am? but like i have no idea. unless something wrong happens, i think i'm still sober. or am i wrong, or am i right?"
"yeah, he's drunk, alright." kwangji pointed to him and laughed. "you're a funny guy, you know that?"
the waiter came with the bottle of champagne gunhee ordered. he poured the drink into everyone's cup, except for shownu who was still sober. he only drank one cup just in case anything got crazy.
"did we even toast yet?" kihyun asked. "i feel like we haven't."
"no hyung, we toasted like a hundred times already." yoonho replied. "let's toast anyways for us being on this survival show crap."
everyone toasted their cups and drank. shownu just laughed at everyone's silly actions and filmed them.
"hey, what's wrong with that guy over there?" gunhee asked, pointing at minhyuk. "you've been quiet."

"i don't know, probably the champagne got to him." kihyun replied, laughing. "this is the first time he has shut up."
"say, you wanna talk about you guys and y/n?" kwangji suggested, looking at the trainees sitting across him.
"she's a friend of ours, that's all." shownu replied, trying to avoid anything else said.
"that's it?" gunhee asked. "not anyone's girlfriend or anything?"
"pfft, nah." jooheon said, laughing. "i mean, if anything we-"
"will just be friends with her." shownu interrupted to finish his sentence. "nothing more."
"sometimes, i just wanna kiss her." kwangji said. "she's hot, alright."
"really though." changkyun admitted, taking another big sip of his drink. "she's wife material. i mean, she can cook."
"yeah, she can cook alright." yoonho added on. "one time, she made us bibimbap, and we devoured that thing."
"hey, she made the same thing for us too." changkyun said. "but she didn't cook anything else for us."
"oh my god, you have to try her kimchi pancakes." kwangji suggested, snorting and rolling his eyes. "it's hot and spicy, just like her. and it's hella tasty too."
"hyung, you are listening to this, right?" jooheon asked, wrapping his arm around kihyun's shoulders and leaning him toward the table to hear kwangji. kihyun nodded, drinking the rest of his cup.
"it sounds like you like her." shownu told kwangji. "do you?"
"hell yeah i do." kwangji replied. "but things happened, and then she started to avoid me."
he then pounded the table hard, almost breaking it.
"why, what happened?" kihyun asked.
"i can't remember right now, but all i know is that she did some bad stuff to me, and that hurt me."
"it hurt him to the point that he started to not come to our practices for a while." minkyun added on. "if we were you guys, you guys shouldn't hang around her."
"but, we like her." jooheon said.
kwangji just shook his head. "whatever. but don't come crying to us once you find out her true colors; things will get messy. now, i think we should start heading out, right?"

A World Worth Protecting
By the year 3029 CE, Earth’s technology has developed rapidly, borders no longer exist, and Earth has been unified, marking the beginning of the era of the Federation. At that time, a huge sword flew from the heavens, piercing the sun and causing a huge sensation on Earth. Perhaps because the scabbard of the sword was already in tatters, countless shards have broken off from it following the collision with the sun and spread across the universe. Many of these shards have landed on various places across Earth. With the arrival of the bronze sword and its shards, a new unlimited energy source has suddenly appeared on Earth. This energy source has since been named Spirit Qi. Spirit Qi is like air, thick in some places and thin in others. As the Federation and other factions gather more shards, they discover more information on cultivation, pill refinement, Spirit Stone refinement, and other techniques. The words on the shards have an ancient feel to them, making it a trend for people to use ancient language. The appearance of Spirit Qi rapidly makes the original energy sources obsolete and has completely changed people’s lives. Not only has the Spirit Internet been formed, Spirit Qi has also changed the course of Human Civilization, causing the world to enter a civilization of cultivation. This would later come to be known as the Spirit Inception Era.

The Hand of Sigmar. A Warhammer Fiction.
Adebar von Bolstedt was a normal young Aristocrat once. Third son of the middling von Bolstedt line of Altdorf, capital of the prestigious Empire at the heart of the Old World, but when a quarrel with his brother escalates he decides to leave his pampered home, and soon finds himself stranded in the countryside. When confronted about his presence he claims to be led by the God-King Sigmar, but with the name of the Protector of Mankind come his responsiblities. Soon Adebar finds himself tasked with ridding a town of a mad killer, and settling some lethal family quarrels.Word from the AuthorGreetings! The Hand of Sigmar plays out in the much beloved Warhammer Fantasy setting (owned, of course, by Games Workshop). Do not fret, however, as I've made it a point to make the story digestible even to the uninitiated, and maybe even be a good introduction to the setting. This work will be shorter overall, partly because its born out of a sudden passion, partly because I thought I'd try my hand at a more comfortable story than the grim darkness of the 41st Millenium (psychotic murderer and fraudulent holyman included). Depending on how this does and my time allows more adventures may be coming. While I cannot claim the places, concepts and gods etc. mentioned within as my own, the story and all characters flowed from my own fingers.
