Momentary silence

We were cramped together in the small utility closet, lying down. Hyungwon could barely stretch out his legs, and I was in fetal position, leaning against his chest. I nuzzled my cheek against it, drawing in his scent

he teased

I said

Without waning, and in the speed of light, Hyungwon flipped over me so that I was pinned to the ground with his arms. He relished the look of surprise on my face

And then, he leaned close and bushed his lips against mine. It was feather-light and meek, totally unlike the way he usually kissed

I kissed him back aggressively, so much that he was taken back. Soon the kiss became urgent and animalistic, with moans and hair grabbing. Hyungwon started to trail kisses down my neck. It was like all these years of bottled-up angst and sexual tension was finally being released

I gasped, as he started sucking on my neck

He barely stopped

he said

I pushed him off of me, panting

he said

We sat in silence, again. I saw him staring at me, earnestly, expectantly

he said, breaking the silence

I nodded in response, and I closed my eyes.

I was wakened by somebody screaming

I sat up groggily. It was the custodian, of course, with a handful of teachers behind him. I felt my face grow hot

Hyungwon was already up, leafing through a physics textbook

he muttered

I rolled my eyes

I sputtered,

I said, laughing nervously

Behind me, Hyungwon erupted into laughter

Hyungwon and I were seated opposite to Eunmi and Changkyun at a cafe

Eunmi said

I raise my eyebrows

Changkyun mouthed

I hit Hyungwon on the back of his head

he confirmed

Eunmi say slowly

Hyungwon and I exchanged glances

Eunmi all but explodes in joy

Changkyun coughed self- consciously

We all laughed as Changkyun turned beet red. I was content. Everything was coming into place, finally
