《✶ c h a n g e d ✶ { Female Deku AU }》Twenty Two

I woke up in my bed, and remembered what happened last night and got out of my bed quickly to look out my window.
Tons of snow was all over. The winds picked up and threw a lot of items all over the street. It was such a bad storm that trees had been ripped out of the ground and blocked roadways.
My eyes were wide as I looked at all the damage. There was no way that I would be able to leave the dorms, neither anyone else here.
I got dressed and headed down to the Dining Hall, everyone that was there wasn't in a happy mood like usual. They all had sad/monotone expressions on their faces and everyone was silent, and not in a good way.
I made some toast and got some juice and sat down at the table by my friends. Asui was swirling her spoon in her tea, Uraraka was poking at her eggs, Yaoyorozu was eating and not looking at anyone, Ashido was making her breakfast into a snowman, and the rest were either on their phones or not with the group.
After a while of thinking to myself, I decided to break the silence, "Did you guys see the destruction outside?"
Yaoyorozu nodded, "It's awful out there, everyone is advised to stay indoors until the roads are clear."
"This sucks! It's the start of winter break and we're stuck at school!" Kaminari whined, crossing his arms over his chest.
"I know, I should be at my house right now!" Ashido replied to Kaminari's comment.
"Same," I said sadly.
More people came down to the Dining Hall and all had the same expression. "Damn storm. Making us stay in this hell hole," Kacchan growled as he poured himself a cup of coffee.
"At least we're safe, and not dead on the roads out there," stated Todoroki, getting coffee for himself as well.
"Shut the hell up, you half and half bastard."
"Why don't you, for once?"
"YOU WANT TO FIGHT?"
"Both of you knock it off, some of us just got up!" Kirishima yelled as he sat down at the table, rubbing his sleepy red eyes.
The two boys gave each other a quick glare and Kacchan gave Todoroki the middle finger while drinking his coffee, Todoroki returned the gesture and sat down next to me.
"Every morning," I sighed and drank my juice.
"It's not my fault he started it," Murmured the boy with the bi-colored hair. I shook my head and continued to eat my breakfast.
"This has got to be the worst Christmas Eve ever," Jiro said.
"I agree," Ashido commented.
"Guys, we shouldn't get all depressed now. We may not be with our families, but we have each other," I say to the group of class 1-A students.
"What are you proposing, Midoriya?" Yaoyorozu asked, looking somewhat interested in what I'm saying.
"I'm saying, maybe we could celebrate Christmas Eve together? We're going to be here all night, so why don't spend it with everyone?" I suggested.
"That's a really good idea, Deku!" Exclaimed Uraraka, showing some emotion on her face.
"Yeah, I like the sound of that!" Said Kirishima.
"A party with all of us, I love it!" Yaoyorozu smiled.
"If there is a party, I am definitely in!" Ashido commented.
"I like the idea of a party," Added Kaminari.
"Totally down for that," Replied Sero.
"Not a bad idea, in my opinion," Todoroki said.

I smiled, "I guess we're having a Christmas Eve party!"
"We could have it in our Common Room? It's a large enough space," Asui stated.
"The Common Room would work perfectly!" Yaoyorozu agreed with the girl with the dark green hair.
"Let's finish breakfast and we can decorate the common room after?" Uraraka asked everyone.
Kacchan started to leave, "There is no way in hell I'm decorating the stupid common room for a damn party."
"Bakugo, come on! We need your help!" Kirishima told him, getting up out of his seat.
"No, you don't!"
"Yes, we do! Come on BakuBro it will be fun!"
"Don't call me that, Shitty Hair!"
"Never gonna stop, dude."
Kirishima and Kacchan continued to go back and fourth down the hallway until we only could hear muffled yells and laughs. My classmates and I laughed a bit and continued to eat our food. The mood definitely changed from when I came in.
"Ugh, it's so dusty in here!" Said Ashido as she coughed a little, trying to clear her throat.
At this moment the girls and I in the dorm's basement looking for Christmas decorations. We were the ones on Decoration Duty, and the boys were on Snack Duty. We could have gone the easy route and Yaoyorozu could have made everything, but once we heard that lots of Christmas decorations were held in the basement, we went with that option. We didn't want Yaoyorozu do get tired and collapse before the party.
"It's not that bad, Ashido, you just have to get used to it," Yaoyorozu told her, looking through boxes for decorations.
I sorted through boxes and found what appeared to be a fake Christmas tree, the box next to it held a bunch of ornaments, garland, and tinsel. "Hey, guys! I found a tree and ornaments!"
"That's great, Midoriya!" Yaoyorozu walked over and looked through the boxes. Asui and Uraraka volunteered to help carry stuff upstairs, and the two grabbed the tree and ornaments and headed up the stairs.
The rest of us kept looking around the huge room. We found a box full to the brim of candles, another one full of wreaths and mistletoe, and way more.
"Oh, what's in here?" Uraraka asked, reaching towards a large box on the top shelf. She pulled it down with her Zero Gravity and it discovered to be a bunch of magazines full of sexy women in bikinis and even wearing nothing at all. Ashido used her acid to get rid of them and we thanked her, we didn't want Mineta getting a hold of them, he has enough of that stuff already.
"Looks like we found all the stuff we needed," stated Ashido proudly.
"Maybe even more," Uraraka giggled, looking at all the stuff we lifted up the stairs.
"Alright, ladies! Let's get these boxes up the stairs!" Yaoyorozu said and started lifting of boxes off the floor.
"Yes, Ma'am!" Everyone told Yaoyorozu like we were in the army, and started following her lead upstairs. Yaoyorozu gave us a little laugh as we walked upstairs.
All of the girls walked into the common room where the boys were supposed to be setting up the snacks, instead, they were having another major argument. Why do every time we leave them alone to do something we always find them in an argument when we get back? I don't understand.
"Are you serious? There is no way that happened!" Sero argued.
"Yes, it did! Have you ever seen the movie?!" Yelled Kaminari.

"I have!" Sero shouted.
"Why are you being the god damn stupid, then?! It obviously happened, Scotch Tape!" Bakugo told Sero with a loud tone, which was pretty normal.
"Stop arguing at once, it's just a silly movie!" Iida yelled, using his robot hand gestures.
"Please do. You're giving me a headache," Todoroki stated, he was sitting on the couch scrolling through his phone.
"What's going on here?" Uraraka asked, setting down her box.
"They're all fighting about The Wizard of Oz movie and whether The Wicked Witch of the West said "Fly, my pretties, fly!" Kaminari and Bakugo told Sero that she just said "Fly!" and he doesn't believe them," Kirishima explained, fixing his bandana.
"She did say it!" Sero said.
"No, she didn't dumb ass!" Yelled Kacchan.
"That is enough! It is Christmas Eve, and like it or not, we're spending the whole night together. So just stop fighting and let's Finnish the Common Room!" I yelled. I didn't normally do so, but I just had enough of the boys arguing over stupid matters. It was so annoying.
All of them stopped arguing, even Kaccahn, and stayed silent. Todoroki moved his lips and said 'Thank the lord,' without actually saying it. Iida thanked me and everyone got to decorating.
Yaoyorozu, Jiro, and Ashido were putting up garlands all around the very large room. Kaminari, Sero, and Kirishima were hanging up wreaths, they even got Kacchan to join too. Tokoyami, Asui, and Shoji were lighting candles and making sure the snacks were okay. Todoroki, Iida, Uraraka, and I were getting the Christmas tree ready.
"Where does this piece go?" I asked my friends, holding up the tree branch in my hand, looking puzzled. I couldn't find the slot where it would be placed in.
"Doesn't it go in that one?" Uraraka pointed to a spot.
I shook my head, "No, that piece over there goes into this one." I looked over at Iida, "Iida, can you find where this one goes?"
"Of course, Midoriya." Iida took the branch away from me and tried to find where the spot where it would fit. Todoroki was already done with the top of the tree and we were finishing up the middle. After a little while, we finished and everyone finished up their jobs as well. All of us started decorating the tree.
"Mineta, you are not using your hair as ornaments!" Yaoyorozu ordered the purple pervert.
"But why?!" The little perv protested and Sero whacked him on the head. Telling him to shut up and listen to the Vice Representative.
I found the star to place on the very top of the tree, I stood on my tippy toes and tried to put it up there, but I couldn't. "Would you like some assistance, Midoriya?" Todoroki asked me.
"Yes, please." I thought he would have just taken the star from me and place it on the tree, but he wrapped his arms around my waist and lifted me up to the tippy top of the tree. I felt my face grow pink and I tried to get rid of it. I put the star on the tree and Todoroki put me down, I kinda felt a little sad when he let me go.
"Looks like we're ready to party!" Ashido announced happily.
Everyone was happy the decorating and food making was over and they could finally party. Jiro put on some Christmas Music and all the teens in the room started grabbing food and talking to one another.
After a little while of hanging out with my friends, I wanted to take some time by myself. I wasn't going to lie, I was enjoying the party, I just was feeling kinda homesick.
I walked into the hall and looked out the huge window, watching heroes and city workers clean up the roads. This was my first Christmas Eve away from my mom, and it hit me a little too hard. You see, My father left my mom and me around Christmas time, and it was always a kinda touchy subject for me. It was always my mom and me, and we only had each other.
A few wet tears fell from my emerald orbs as I thought about that memory of my dad leaving me and my mom. I wiped the tears and continued to look out the window.
"Midoriya?" I heard Todoroki's voice, I turned around and saw him behind me. He had on a somewhat questioning expression. "Are you alright?"
I nodded, "Y-Yeah, I'm fine. Just miss my mom."
"You're homesick, aren't you?"
"Yes, I am."
Todoroki walked up next to me, "It's going to be okay, you'll see her tomorrow."
"I know that. It's just hard when the holidays come. This was around the time my dad left," I told Todoroki, looking down at the ground.
"Really? I'm sorry, Midoriya." Todoroki apologized.
"You don't need to say you're sorry, you didn't do anything," I said.
"Well, I bet your Father was a lot better than mine," Todoroki replied, taking a sip of his drink.
I looked up at him, "What will you do tomorrow? Are you going back home?" I asked, getting concerned. I didn't like the idea of Todoroki getting beat up during winter break by his father.
It took Todoroki a while to answer that question, then he did. "I'm going back. My father usually is never home around the holidays anyway due to charity dinners and events, so I will basically have the house to myself. Along with my siblings."
"I forgot you had siblings, I remembered you talking about them once."
"I don't talk about them that often. Even some of Endeavor's greatest fans don't know he has other children than me, that's because they didn't live up to his stupid ass standards."
Todoroki had an agitated look on his face and he was squeezing his cup a little too hard. I touched his arm, trying to calm him down a little. "Hey, it's okay."
"I'm sorry, this topic makes me a little mad," Todoroki said, relaxing a little.
"I understand, same thing here," I told him, giving him a small smile.
Todoroki softly smiled back, and then something caught my eye. I turned my gaze upwards and saw something hanging on one of the door frames above me and Todoroki. Mistletoe.
"Is that...?" Todoroki asked.
"Yeah, it is..."
Todoroki and I looked at each other and started to lean in a little closer than we were supposed to and when our faces were inches apart, loud yelling interrupted us.
"YOU LITTLE GRAPE, GET BACK HERE SO I CAN KICK YOUR SORRY ASS!" Jiro yelled as she chased after Mineta, who looked absolutely horrified for his life and ran as fast as his little legs could carry him.
"Everything was going just fine!" Yaoyorozu sighed loudly.
Todoroki and I looked at each other and started to somewhat laugh, we then went back into the common room to join the others.
