UNEDITED

* Astrix means her wolf or vamp is speaking

Erin's POV:

Who did he think he was accusing me of hurting his mate?!

Alpha Dave and Luna Lexie flash before my eyes.

* "They are all the same".

I agree silently with the bitter words of my wolf. Both my beasts were reeling from the experience. They were both so angry but I could feel the pain they were both trying to hide.

Rejected again.

I was better off alone. I didn't need anyone. I couldn't trust anyone. Not anymore.

My feet keep moving. I hadn't stopped since I left a few hours before, I had no reason to. I didn't even feel tired. Perks of becoming a monster.

I didn't even know where I was or where I was going. Looking around, I realise I don't recognise my surroundings. I just wanted to be far away from the place that was slowly beginning to feel like home. But just like before, I was cast aside.

Abandoned. Betrayed.

I didn't belong anywhere.

Not with the werewolves or the vampires. And certainly not with the humans. I still feared I would attack as soon as I hear the blood pumping through their veins.

My mind was in turmoil.

Both my vamp and wolf wanted revenge on both species. It was time to show them the real monster they originally thought we were.

I wanted answers.

Why me? Who changed me? Who was the mad scientist? Why did he want to create a creature like me?

*"Power." The voice of my vamp hisses.

She was right. Since the change I had felt more powerful than ever before. I was starting to like it. I was slowly starting to gain control of my two beasts and working together as one was becoming ever so slowly, that bit easier.

When I left Lukas' house, I had stuck to the shadows and ran into the forest surrounding the area. The darkness called to me. My footsteps were silent as I moved deeper into the trees. I had had only one thought.

Get away.

I succeeded considering I had no clue where I was. I didn't care. I needed to keep moving. If Lukas was smart, he wouldn't come looking for me because I would make him fear what he would find.

I last a few more hours before I must stop because my throat burns. I was ravenous. I needed blood. My vamp asks for control and I handed it to her without protest. I could feel her anger and hunger for blood. She wanted us to show them what we could do. The damage we could cause. She wanted to show everyone who had betrayed us, what a real monster could do.

* "They didn't believe us when we said we were innocent. They thought we were a monster, so let's prove them right."

I found myself agreeing with my vamp.

Taking a deep breath, the smell of other vampires let us know that Lukas was indeed a foolish man and had attempted to send some of his precious coven to track us.

Time to leave Lukas a little present.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
They were close. I could smell them. But it wasn't vampires that smelled so good. Yes, they were there but I could smell humans.
I quickly find a tree close enough that I could see and hear what was happening while staying hidden. The trees open up into a clearing that had been flattened by human activity. I count a group of thirty or so men moving around, what looked like a makeshift camp. Scanning each male, I come across a group huddled on the ground. Fifteen men sat tied up on one side of the camp.
Vampires.
Why were they just sitting there? They could easily kill everyone in this camp.
I had to get closer. I silently move from tree to tree, stopping to watch the humans. I quickly deduce that these are in fact vampire hunters.
I feel my beasts disappointment at the fact that it isn't any of Lukas' coven. I am too, disappointed. I was looking forward to having a bit of fun.
My eyes fall on the distracted hunters. This could be too easy.
My feet hit the ground right by the huddled group. Their heads turn in my direction. They don't hide their surprise. Ignoring them, I walk deeper into the camp, putting a sultry sway to my hips. Some men immediately take notice and shouts ring out alerting those around of my presence.
"Where did you come from?" A man who I guess to be the ringleader steps forward. His shoulders and arms bulge with muscle, his small head getting lost in his non-existent neck. He puffs his chest out trying to look tough but it only drew attention to his gangly legs.
"Dude, you forgot leg day."
I internally berate myself at my stupidity. I was going to go for the innocent girl lost in the woods card but now that was out of the window.
A few snorts and snickers ripple through the circle of men now surrounding me.
How did that happen? I didn't even notice them closing in.
Focus Erin. Focus.
"What do you want?" The vein on the side of his shaven head was bulging. He was losing patience.
Getting bored, I put on an innocent smile on my face. From the looks on some of the men's faces and the fact that a few took a step back, it mustn't have looked all that innocent.
"I have a question."
I try a sweet voice but I just don't think I'm meant to be cute. I just couldn't get it right. Reminding myself to work on it, I continue playing with my food.
"What?" His brows furrow, his face scrunching up into an ugly scowl.
I pause for effect, the movement of the trees the only sound in the clearing. Some men nervously shuffle on their feet. Got them.
"What time is it Mr.Wolf?"
"What the f-" Before he could finish I cut him off.
"Dinner time."
They didn't stand a chance.
Some tried to run, others thought they could fight back. But I was stronger. So much stronger. It was almost too easy. Blood dripped from my face. I left some still alive but barely, squirming on the ground.
Why prolong the torture you may ask?
Because I wanted to.
They deserved it. That's what I told myself.
Growing bored and suddenly realising I had an audience watching my every move, I face my last victim. The leader.
Lukas' face stares back at me. His kind and soft spoken words echo in my ears. His bright blue eyes sparkling as he smiles back at me.
Then they slowly start to bulge as his mouth gasps for air. They no longer sparkle.
He slumps to the ground as I drop the hold from around his neck. Killed him too quickly. Lukas' face morphs back to the leader of the vampire hunters. I stare a little longer before I turn my back on the chaos I had just caused.
I walk towards my audience, questioning the feeling of disappointment slowly ebbing away.
