"What?" Spencer said, shocked.
"He was just here. He-" JJ was panicking now.
"JJ, are you sure it was him?"
"Yes."
"Where did you see him?"
"He was that cab driver that drove us from the airport. I knew I recognized him!"
Spencer looked around to try and find the cab.
"Hey, Spence?"
"Yeah?"
"Do you remember the licence plate?"
"No, I didn't see it."
JJ sighed.
"Mommy," said Henry.
"Yes?"
"I'm tired."
Spencer turned and looked at the panicked JJ.
"Let's just go back to the hotel. JJ, I'm sure we'll see him again."
"But what if we don't, Spence? It would be my fault for stopping for ice cream."
Spencer sighed, and then he went up to JJ and gave her a big hug.
JJ put her head on his shoulder and hugged him back.
"Let's go." Spencer said with an arm around JJ.
"Will never hugs me as much as Spence does." JJ thought to herself.
"Ok." said JJ. "Come on, sweetheart." She said to Henry.
"Coming, mommy!" Henry ran up to them.
Spencer took his arm off JJ and bent down to pick Henry up.
After about five minutes of walking, they were back the hotel's entrance.
JJ didn't say a word the whole way back to the hotel.
"Are you ok?" Spencer asked her.
"Yeah, Spence. I'm--I'm good."
"Are you sure? I mean, you didn't say anything the whole way back."
"It's just.....I could've caught him. Daniels was right there. He even talked to me."
"Wait what made you figure out that he was George Daniels?" Spencer said as they walked into the elevator.
"Well, he fits what we said earlier, about him being a public driver. And, before he pulled away from the curb, there was a scream, coming from the back of his car. He turned around and yelled, 'Quiet down!'"

Spencer put a hand on JJ's shoulder.
"We'll catch him, I--I promise."
JJ smiled and nodded. "Thanks, Spence."
The elevator stopped on the eighth floor and they all got out. Henry ran down the hall to their room.
Spencer pulled out the key from his pocket and inserted it in the door.
As soon as the door opened, Henry ran inside and into the washroom.
JJ put her bag down on the chair and laid face down on the bed.
Spencer walked up to the bed and sat down beside JJ.
"I already promised, we'll catch him, JJ."
JJ got up and sat beside Spencer. She leaned her head on his shoulder as Spencer put an arm around her.
"I hope you're right, Dr. Reid."
Spencer smiled. "When am I wrong?"
They both laughed.
When Henry came out of the washroom, Spencer quickly took his arm off JJ, and JJ lifted her head off his shoulder.
"Can we go swimming?" Henry asked ecstatically.
JJ turned to Spencer. "Does the hotel have a pool?"
Spencer nodded.
"Yes, we can go swimming." JJ said to her son.
"Yay!" Henry said, jumping up and down.
"Go get changed."
"Ok mommy."
JJ got up and went to her bag to grab her swimsuit. It was a black bikini with pink lining.
"Oh, I hope this still fits! It's feels like it's been forever since the last time I went swimming. Hey, Spence, did you bring your swimsuit?"
Spencer smiled. "I, uh, I'm not sure. Let me check."
Spencer got up and checked his bag. He pulled out a pair of swim shorts.
"Yeah, I brought it."
"Great! You can come in the pool with us."
"I'm not, uh, what you would call a 'good swimmer.'"
"Neither is Henry."

Then JJ stopped to think about something. She ran over to her bag.
"What?" Spencer asked her.
"I forgot Henry's life jacket!"
"It's fine. I'll stay in the shallow end with him."
"Ok, thanks."
JJ went into the other room and got changed. When she was in her swimsuit, she went back into the main room, where Spencer was.
"How do I look?" She asked him.
"You look as beautiful as you always are." Spencer said, smiling.
JJ smiled and laughed. "Thank you, Spence."
After they all got changed and grabbed towels, JJ, Spencer, and Henry walked down to the pool.
When they got there, there was nobody in the pool.
"Looks like we're the only ones." Said JJ.
"Yay!" Said Henry, about to jump into the pool.
"No!" JJ shouted and ran up to Henry.
"What mommy?"
"You have to stay in the shallow end with me and Spencer."
"Why?"
"I forgot your life jacket at home."
"Ok, mommy."
Henry walked over to the stairs to get into the shallow end. Spencer followed him in.
"Are you coming in, JJ?" Spencer asked from in the pool.
"Yeah! Of course."
Then JJ dove into the deeper end of the pool. She swam over to Spencer and Henry.
"Splash fight!" Henry called as he splashed both JJ and Spencer with water.
JJ splashed him back, but then, Spencer splashed her.
"Oh, it is so on." She said to him.
Then she splashed him repeatedly. He did the same back. Henry jumped in off the ledge and splashed them both.
Spencer suddenly stopped and looked out the window.
"Spence, what is it?" JJ asked him.
"That's the cab." He said getting out of the pool.
"What?"
"Look."
JJ looked out the window and saw the cab. She climbed out of the pool as well.
Henry was enjoying the pool so much, h didn't even notice that they got out of the pool.
As JJ and Spencer ran to the exit, Spencer said, "Wait, JJ, what about Henry?"
"We'll only be gone a minute and we will be just right out that window."
Spencer looked back at Henry with a worried look.
"Let's just go catch this guy, Spence. We only have till tomorrow, that's when we leave."
"Ok."
As they left, Henry looked up to see that they were gone.
"Mommy? Spencer?"
He walked up the shallow pool stairs and around the pool deck to the deep end. He shouldn't have done it. He even knows he can't swim, but Henry jumped into the deep end of the pool.
He tried swimming up, back to the surface, but he couldn't. He let all his air out half way to the top. He couldn't scream for help. He couldn't breathe.
-------------------------------------------
JJ and Spencer ran out the exit of the hotel.
They ran down the street to the cab.
"FBI! Freeze!" JJ yelled at the cab driver, pointing her gun at him.
Spencer had his gun pointed at the driver too. But then he turned his head to look through the window at Henry. He saw Henry floating on the waters surface.
"JJ!" Spencer pointed at the window and then ran back to the hotel.
"Oh my god, HENRY!"
JJ dropped her gun and ran after Spencer.
They got inside, and Spencer dove in the water immediately. He brought Henry to the edge and pulled him up.
JJ was crying.
Spencer got up on the ledge with Henry and checked for a pulse.
"He's not breathing." Spencer said, worriedly.
Then Spencer tried giving him CPR.
"This is all my fault." JJ said under her tears.
