Trinity sighed walking over to him, "Chris, why haven't you said anything baby?"

"Why haven't you said anything about the shit you're going through, Trinity?"

She scoffed, "Don't make this about me Christopher."

"Trinity, you haven't spoken once about Jasmine or the funeral after you told us what happened. Every time I ask you about how you're feeling, you shake the shit off and change the topic. You can talk to me, Trinity!"

"You don't understand what I'm going through Chris! I lost my best friend and it's all my fault, do you know how that feels?"

Chris grew pissed, agitation etched on his face "I don't understand?" He repeated, "Trinity, are you fucking serious right now?"

"What, Chris? Why are you so pressed?"

Chris balled up his fists, taking a deep breath, "You don't know what the fuck I've been through, Trinity." He stated lowly

Trinity was confused "Babe, I've been by your side ever since you got sho—"

"I'm not talking about that, Trin." Chris sighed looking right at her "I'm not talking about when I got shot. I'm talking about—"

"Woah what is all the beefing for?" Michael entered the kitchen feeling the tension rise.

He knitted his brows at the two having a stare off.

Chris silently thanked Michael for intervening the soon to be heated argument. He was so close to telling Trinity why he got so pissed, but he wasn't ready just yet to talk about his problems involving Chelsea.

He couldn't help but be mad at Trinity for what she said, but he has to remember she doesn't know. No one knows. She doesn't know how Chelsea's suicide affected his life, how messed up he's been, how he hasn't been able to let any other female in his life, but she was able to.

Trinity was able to break down his barrier and enter his life, making it better. She changed him and helped him for the better. She's his muse for his music, his art, his life.

She was able to bring the bright side out of him, she helped him love again.

He loves her.

"Your little sister let me in by the way. That's beside the point, I came over to tell yall some good news yo!"

"What's happening?" Trinity sighed, breaking the stare off with Chris.

Trinity was lost, why is Chris being so hostile towards her? Is it what she said? This is the first and only time they've had a heated conversation. She hated the feeling of her and Chris not being on good terms. She hated when Chris gave her the cold shoulder before they were dating and it will kill her if he started giving her the cold shoulder now.

"My bad, am I interrupting something?"

"Nah, you good bro," Chris said sitting up in his seat.

"We've been getting some clout bro! That listening party got all the Instagram blogs talking. Shit, some people even hit me up for doing interviews and shit. Bro, our careers are taking off!"

Chris eyes lit up, "You deadass?"

"I'm for real!"

"Congratulations guys." Trinity spoke up "I have to go, I'll see y'all later." She mumbled

"Why y'all both so salty?" Michael asked watching Trinity leave the kitchen.

"We had an argument I guess." Chris shrugged "I don't even remember why or about what."

"Aw trouble in paradise." Michael teased taking a seat at the table.

Chris ignored his comment, picking up a stack of UNO cards shuffling it, "What's good bro?"

"You tell me. It feels like it's been a minute since we chilled. School mad fucking boring especially since you and Trinity not going."

"I've been writing music ever since I've gotten out of the hospital bro. I'm telling you, in a few months or a year we're gonna be on the radio."

"Shit me too bro. If I'm not eating or sleeping, I'm writing bars down on my phone."

The two fantasized about their careers, being famous rappers, having money and getting whatever they wanted because they can.

"Let's write some shit right now. I got niggas in my email sending beats. We gotta pick out the best shit and go on from there."

"Bet, that's cool with me."

"Not only do you steal from me, but you trying to steal customers too? With my own product?" He chuckled darkly getting up from his seat.

"I can explain." Kae stuttered as tears began to well up in her eyes.

She stood in front of his desk, in the middle of his office. Kae knew exactly the type of situation she's currently in right now. There was no way of getting out of this, she's been caught. It's all over.

But how? She's been so careful and made sure to cover her tracks.

"You thought I wasn't going to find out, you gay ass bitch?"

Kae eyes shot open, she looked over at Cassie, who avoided eye contact, then quickly redirected her eyes back to Polo.

He sat at the edge of his desk, taking a phone out of his pocket. The phone belonged to Cassie, she instantly recognized the Louis Vuitton pattern case.

"Yeah, my bitch snitched on you. You thought I wasn't going to find out about your attempt to turn my girl out?"

Kae and Cassie have been sneaking around for about a month now. From the things they did, she knew Cassie has always been gay. If anything, Cassie turned Kae out.

She was angry, confused, lost, hurt, but most of all scared.

Cassie's face mirrored Kae's, terrified.

Cassie knew exactly what Polo is capable of since she's been with him for a year and a half. Her and Kae knew each other for longer but only just started getting intimate.

To save her own life, she threw Kae under the bus after finding Polo snooping through her phone. She lied about Kae trying to make moves on her and most of all lied about Kae stealing from him, Cassie helped Kae with smuggling product outside of this very warehouse they were in.

She knew about Kae's struggle with money since her mother's catering business isn't that good and her family is relying on her father's income. Kae needed the money and she'll do whatever it takes to help her family out, even if it meant selling drugs, with the help of Cassie.

Kae gasped for air as his big hands tightened around her neck.

"Polo! Don't hurt her." Cassie cried.

"Shut up, bitch." He spat as he squeezed harder "Nobody steals from me, especially no gay, dyke bitch." He took out a gun from his back and rested it on Kae's forehead.

He smirked, "Tell Satan I said wassup."

Not wanting to be home alone because her father is at work, Trinity decided to visit China. She sat in her car letting China know that she's outside via text message.

Once China texted back, Trinity shut off her car and got out, locking it. She walked up to the front door as China opened it up for her.

"Hey boo," China said smiling pushing the screen door open as Trinity entered her house. "How are you?"

"Better," Trinity answered.

She kicked off her boots automatically making her way to the living room, watching whatever that's currently playing on the television.

"What about you?" Trinity asked watching China sit in the seat next to her.

China shrugged watching the tv, "I'm surprised to see you outside of your house."

"I thought Chris was in trouble so I drove to his house but it was a false alarm. We somehow ended up in an argument so I left and decided to see you since I'm out and about anyways."

"Aw, what happened?" China pouted changing the channel.

"I don't want to talk about it, I'm gonna be sad again. But good news." Trinity started as China gave her undivided attention. "The listening party paid off, they're getting recognition so fast. Michael is so excited."

'''

"Yo, bro. Have you heard from Kae?"

"Not even, she went ghost for real. I be hitting her up and she responds like once and then I stay on delivered until I try to hit her ass up again." Michael sighed staring off "I'm low key worried about shawty. Like that's my sis, I text her every day. After the listening party, I don't know."

"We'll check up on her in a few, Kae is a smart girl. If she's in trouble, she'll know what to do." Chris responded after some moments.

"Aight so ima finish up and tweak my verse when I get home and send it to you tonight bro."

"Bet, ima see what we can add to the hook. I have a good feeling about this one." Chris nodded smiling.

They ended their session a little early since Michael had some things to do at home. That's what he told Chris, but he's really going to look for Kae.

Michael turned around in the computer chair looking over at Chris, "What are you gonna do with the money bro?"

"What do you mean?" Chris asked propping himself out of the wheelchair and on to his bed.

Michael shrugged, "You know when we all famous and shit."

"Shit, I'm moving my mama and sister out the hood. What about you?"

Michael didn't expect to answer the question, so he sat there and thought about it for a moment. Of course, he's moving his people out of the hood, but he definitely wanted to bring China and her mother with him.

"Facts I agree, but I also want to bring China and her moms with me too. Her mom works too damn hard and she's always stressed. She's done a whole lot of shit for me, so I'd definitely help her out, no questions ask."

Chris nodded understanding. He knows how much Michael loves China so he isn't surprised he's bringing China with him if he does make it.

"Yeah bro I know you love her."

"I'm in love with her bro. China and I been through mad shit together. She's done so much shit for me like having me sleep at her crib when I'm going through some shit or supporting my career with the whole listening party. That's my baby and if I'm getting out of the hood, so is she." Michael sighed scratching his neck, leaning back in the computer chair, "That's why I'm taking this music shit so seriously. For her. For us."

'''

"Michael is very passionate about his music, that's all he's been focusing on now," China said running her fingers through her hair.

Trinity knitted her brows looking over at her "Is that a bad thing?"

"What do you mean?"

"That's how you're making it sound babe."

"It's just that," China sighed pulling her legs up to her chest "ever since the listening party, even before it but it wasn't that often, he'd tune me out and focus on his music. He could go almost a whole day without texting me because he's doing what he does, and I can't blame him for that. I support him one hundred percent, he's been talking about this rapping career for as long as I can remember. I just miss my Mikey-pooh so much, Trin."

"Chi, why are you crying?"

"Because." She choked on her tears, "I cheated on Michael."
