《Anime One Shots Book 1》Dabi X Villain! Fem!Reader (My Hero Academia) {Rooftop Balcony}

Quirk: The reader has to kiss someone, can then control that person for up to five minutes
Drawbacks: Major headaches that get worse the longer she has to control the person
(Y/n) takes a sip of her drink as she sees the blue flames burn in the distance. She sighs and downs the rest of it has the sound of the door creak open fills her ears.
"You're up." Shigaraki says and walks away.
Leaving the empty glass resting on the railing of the balcony, she follows him down the stairs and into the bar. "Just one day right?" She asks, seeing Toga making funny faces in front of the person they kidnapped tonight.
"Yep, here's your script." Shigaraki replies, "Sippner and Dabi will be here soon with the truck. "Don't worry, it won't take over four minutes."
"You're really pushing it here Shiggy." She glares but drops immediately. He can be a smartass sometimes but it's for the sake of the league. Four minutes won't be that bad.
Spinner and Dabi arrived within the next few minutes and loaded up the guy into the truck. "So he's supposed to have some sort of power with the heroes right?" (Y/n) asks Spinner who's driving.
"According to Shigaraki yes." He replies, "said something about giving money to the agency across Japan. Lots of people have trust in his opinions, his parents were famous hero before All Might came along. He is hoping that making this guy say awful things about hero society that what he says sticks in people's heads."
"That explains the script a little more..." She mutters and Dabi takes the piece of paper out of her hands.
He reads over it quickly, "so he wants to make him sound insane..." He chuckles, "luckily for hands that's your specialty."
"Thanks love." She rolls her eyes, snatching the paper back. They had arrived at the largest news station in the country. "We only got five minutes alright." She walks over to the man and frowns, "when will people in power ever become slightly attractive..."
"Pucker up doll face," Dabi smirks, "it's show time." He slides the truck door open as (Y/n) removes the cloth around the man's face. She gives him a quick kiss and now has control over him. Her eyes turn red while the man's stay the same color. "So you did make some improvements then."
"It was too much of a give away, Toga was happy to be my test dummy for awhile." The man replied. Another drawback to (Y/n)'s quirk is that she can only talk through the person she is controlling.

"Still, that parts a little freaky..." Spinner mumbles as (Y/n) jumps out of the truck. "And seeing that guy copy you're every move..."
(Y/n) closes her eyes and takes a deep breath, moving one foot off the ground. The man's foot moves too, only she stayed in place while he moved up one step. With her eyes still closed, she began walking in place. The man started walking towards the news station, then he's running. Dabi grabs Spinner's arms and pulls him back as (Y/n) starts to mover her arms around.
At the news station, the man pushes open thee door and runs inside, gasping for air. "The villains!" He shouts franticly looking around, "they were right! Our society... it's all wrong..."
Dabi pick (Y/n) up by her waist and places her in the truck, and closes the door with him in the back with her. Spinner slowly starts to drive away, making sure to to make (Y/n) move an inch. It was Dabi's job to make sure she doesn't make any odd movements the drive may cause.
She runs her fingers through her hair, "I never knew what really happened behind the scene until now. What the villains true goal was..."
A camera crew started to broadcast what the man was saying onto live television and radio. "I mean after all that money I spent believe it was going for the good of society, only to be used to destroy it." He laughs menacingly, "how wrong could I have been."
"Three and a half minutes!" Spinner shouts, "shit!" He says trying to avoid a car that swerved into his lane. "That's gotta be a hero!"
Dabi clicks his tongue, and holds (Y/n) by her torso, planting his feet as best he could to prevent her from stumbling. This didn't work very well, she ended up falling onto her knees but rolled with it. Time was almost up anyway.
"Wrong..." She mumbled, looking up with her eyes never opening. "It's all so wrong, such a false narrative we've all created..."
(Y/n) opens her eyes, releasing the man from her quirk just as he is being pulled away from the news station by a hero. She blinks a few times before sitting down, holding her head in her hands. Dabi taps her head with a water bottle, "nicely done."
She chuckles and takes it, "never thought you would give someone a compliment."
"After that acting, with the shitty script you were given, I would have to." He smirks, sitting down across from her. "Never seen you go all out before. Always thought it was just a lie."

"What was?" She asks, gulping down the beverage.
"You could make the person you're controlling move without having to match their movements with yours." He replies.
"Oh that." She chuckles, "it took awhile but I finally got to really put it to the test today. Kinda surprised I could control it for that long."
"We're almost back guys!" Spinner shouts ruining the odd mood.
When they arrived at the bar, (Y/n) went straight back up to the rooftop after grabbing a bottle of alcohol from behind the bar counter.
Dabi followed her up there after grabbing a bottle for himself. "Tell me something, doll." He says, taking a sip out of the bottle as he gets a hum for a response. "What made you become a villain?"
"Someone has to take over the world, right?" She chuckles, looking out at the scenery, "thought it might be fun." She takes a gulp of her drink, "what about you love?"
He laughs at the name, "trying to be a little more smooth are you?"
She rolls her eyes, "sorry, crispy, why did you become a villain?"
He smirks but doesn't make a come back, "that would be spoilers."
"I see." (Y/n) sighs, "thought you might enlighten me on your real goal. But I guess I can wait, the more chaos it brings the more fun it'll be."
"Glad to know you're looking forward to it, doll." He pulls out a carton of cigarets, "want one?"
"Sure." She says holding it out for Dabi to light it. He creates a small flame on the tip of his finger, holding it up to the cigaret.
She takes in a puff and blows it out. "Saw your blue flames here just a moment ago. That look impressive from up here."
"Is that so? Never thought you were the type to compliment people." He teases.
"That's basically my whole job you know." She shakes her head, "flirting with people, gaining their trust only to betray them and make them into my puppet."
"You don't sound to proud of yourself there."
"Who would be? Can't trust anyone when you've got a quirk like this."
Dabi hums in reply, "got a really bad headache this time?"
"Worst one yet, why do you ask?"
"Because you're opening up," he says as he watches her take another drag. "You hardly even speak without using some form of sarcasm."
She shrugs, "comes with the job. You always smirk like you're so proud of yourself. I'm guess that dates back to your childhood?"
He laughs, "you guessed correctly." He slides down onto the floor with his back against the railing. "Nice and cold out tonight."
(Y/n) sits down next to time, very close to him at that. "You got that right." She finishes off her bottle. "Shit..."
"Want some?" He gestures to his bottle.
She shakes her head, "no thanks. It won't help with this headache." An idea pops into her head, "don't say anything okay?"
Dabi hesitates for a moment, "okay...?"
(Y/n) leans her head gently against his shoulder. "Do you mind if I stay like this for awhile?"
He hesitates again, "sure. Helps with your head?" He asks.
"Yeah, plus you're really warm."
Within the next few minutes Dabi finishes off his bottle and looks down at the woman who hasn't spoken much. Only to find her eyes closed and asleep. "You really shouldn't leave yourself so defenseless around a villain." He chuckles, "it's your lucky day. We're on the same side. And I think you're cute too, doll."
The moment I learn how to end one shots is the day I became the best writer you have ever seen. That day has yet to come.
This quirk idea (and sort of the reader's personality) is me trying to come up with a book idea for Dabi. Problem is that I don't know how to write flirty villains or flirty characters. Or like "hell yeah I got a lot of confidence" characters. But for this quirk idea I really want to write a character like that. I also think that Dabi would fall so hard for a character like that lol.
So no explanation this time, I think how things started off but then didn't know how to get the reader and Dabi to... interact? Like in the book I will have explain Dabi's backstory but that's still major spoilers for those who don't read the manga. Therefore, because I don't think anyone who reads my books are manga readers, I don't want to give out spoilers because someone didn't read the a/n.
With that I will keep brainstorming and reading something with a flirty villain. And taking notes from said character.
LOVE YOU GUYS

Someone Like Adam
"You know, it won't physically hurt you to be nice for once." I crossed my arms in front of my chest and groaned. "I don't want to take a chance." the corner of his lips lifted a little as he finished his sentence. "Well, you don't hear me complaining. The view of a someone so desperately working out is not a delight either." I retorted in a weary voice. "I bet it isn't." he narrowed his eyes at me and commented. Ugh.. Why is he so damn annoying? "You know what, just take your arrogant ass out of my room." I scowled at him, pointing towards the door. With small steps, he walked towards me. I took a step backwards when he neared me. He was invading my personal space, making me a bit flustered. The urge to push back his golden-brown hair covering his forehead was increasing with every passing second. "Gladly." he mumbled against my face and then walked past me out of my room. It took me a minute to calm down my racing heartbeat. ... He was a mystery, an enigma I wanted to solve. He was exhausting, he was infuriating, yet staying away from him was not an option. He was making me feel things I haven't felt before. Adam McArdle!
