~Althia~
I bit my lip nervously as I scrolled through my text conversations with Justin.
Sunday-
Althia:
Hi...
Althia:
Just wanted to know if you got home safe since you left my house like an hour ago and you didn't tell me if you had made it yet
Althia:
Lemme know please
Monday-
Althia:
Hey Jus
Althia:
We're missing you at school
Althia:
Is everything okay?
Tuesday-
Althia:
Jus
Althia:
Please let me know if you're safe and alright
Althia:
I'm starting to get worried
Wednesday-
Althia:
Justin
Althia:
If this is about what happened between us don't stress about it
Althia:
It doesn't have to mean anything
Althia:
Just please let me know if you're okay
Thursday-
Althia:
Okay Justin
Althia:
It's been 4 days now
Althia:
If you don't want to talk to me at least talk to someone in the group
Althia:
We're all super worried
Althia:
Mont and I stopped by your house but nobody answered
Althia:
Are you staying over at Bryce's?
Althia:
Because if you are that's totally fine, I get it
Althia:
Just please let one of us know that everything is okay
Friday-
Althia:
It's me again
Althia:
Justin seriously, where are you?
Althia:
No one has heard from you in 5 days
Althia:
At least turn your read receipts on if you're getting this so I know that you're okay
Althia:
I wanna talk to you
Althia:
What happened on Sunday can be forgotten about if that's what you want
Althia:
Or we can talk about it
Althia:
Idk just please give me a sign that you're alright
I let out a shaky breath as I saw he read my messages, the dots indicating that he was typing never appeared and my heart dropped.
"Jess" I spoke, barely above a whisper
She closed her math book to look at me

"Oh my god, Alt" She said "What's wrong? Why are you crying?" She asked me, concern obvious in her voice
"I made a mistake" I whispered "With Justin, I fucked up" I added
"No. No, you didn't. You can't do anything about him not answering our texts or his door, it's not your fault" She reassured me
"No, I fucked everything up" I shook my head "He's not answering anyone because of me" I went
"Alt, babes, no you didn't" Jessica tried to reassure me "You know, Jus, he does something like this every now and th-" She went to add but I interrupted her
"I had sex with him on Sunday" I blurted out
Jessica's eyes went wide
"What? Oh my gosh, Alt, come here" She opened her arms
I leaned forward and let her wrap her arms around me as I started to cry
"How did that happen?" She gently asked me
"I don't know, it just kinda happened" I answered her "We were watching Big Mouth and then the next thing I knew we were making out and then it kinda just happened and he left shortly afterwards" I added
"He left right after? Did he know that it was your first time..." She trailed off
I shook my head making her sigh
"Alt..." Jess said
"I know" I agreed with what I knew she was about to say "It's just it all happened so quick that I didn't know when to mention it and then he was so gentle so I thought maybe he knew" I told her "But then he left right after and nobody has heard from him since and I know that it's because of me and it's all my fault and I'm going to have to make my family move away again and my mom is gonna hate me even more and I don't want to leave you guys and..." I cried

"Hey whoa, whoa, whoa. Calm down" Jess tightened her grip on me "What Justin is doing is not your fault, you're not going to move away and leave us and you know that no matter what, your mom could never hate you" She reassured me
"WHAT'S GOOD BITCHES" Someone suddenly yelled while they walked into Jessica's room
I turned my head a bit to see Jeff and Monty both smiling until they realized that I was crying
"Whoa, what's wrong?" Jeff asked immediately kneeling down in front of Jess's bed to be by my side
"Jeffy, can I talk to you please?" Jessica asked him
"Of course" He answered quickly, getting up from his kneeling position
"Monty, can you..." Jess trailed off as she slowly got from her bed
I felt the bed shift beside me as Jessica got up and Montgomery took her place
I heard Jessica and Jeff walk out of the room while Monty wrapped his arm around me
"Hi Al, do you know talk about what's wrong?" He asked me gently
I shook my head as I leaned my head against his chest
"Well if you're worried about Justin, he just texted me" Monty told me which made me lift my head up to look at him
"What? Like just now?" I questioned
"Yeah, right when we were walking up to the door" He answered
Instead of answering, I just nodded. The room fell silent, as Montgomery hugged me tighter.
A few minutes later, Jeff and Jessica walked back into the room.
"Monty, do you have any idea where Justin is?" Jess asked him
"Yeah, he texted me a few minutes back and said he was staying over at Bryce's" Monty answered her
"Okay so we're going over there right now" Jeff told him
Montgomery nodded and slowly let go of me so he could stand up
"Jeffy, please don't say anything to him" I looked at Jeff
"Thia, don't worry" He said "I just need to talk to him, I'll keep your name out of it" He reassured me
Even though, I knew he was lying, I nodded
With that being said, the boys said their goodbyes and left the room
"Lemme guess, I'm staying the night?" I questioned Jessica
"Only if you want to but I really want you to stay over" She answered me
"I'm only staying if we can watch Zac Efron movies" I told her
"Because of the current situation we're in, I'm agreeing to that condition but don't make a habit out of it because Dave Franco is better and we all know it" Jess agreed
I rolled my eyes at her comment
"Did you just tell Jeff everything I told you?" I asked her
"Most of it, yeah, I hope you don't mind" She told me
"No, it's okay" I shook my head "I just hope Jeff doesn't go and punch him" I added
"I made him swore to me that he wouldn't" Jess reassured me
I couldn't help but laugh a little
For the rest of the night, Jessica and I stayed up watching movies while we sometimes paused them so we could talk about what I had told her.

Noble
"Then, let joyous news be delivered to those who pass their lives in peace, For it takes only one twist of fate to throw their lives upside down And for those who unfortunate enough to encounter the whims of fate, Let it be reminded to them, that even their lives repeat a hundred times..." --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Lys Ravenlicht was no hero, nor was he a brave man. And yet, it took only one twist, one twist of fate, before all plans he had laid out for the rest of his life went down the tubes. Join him as he traverse the lands of Fymia, where the arcane had faded into the annals of time and yet persist in the most mundane of things. And as he found himself dragged deeper into a catastrophic series of events that would change his perception of the world, and the course of history for the world itself... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Author's comments: The story was meant to be a satire of the Japanese animanga tropes.... until it got out of hand to the point I'm not sure it's a satire anymore. I hope you can find enjoyment in it nonetheless.
