imagine; you and jeff try to set up hannah and clay together.

at jessica's party, you're sat on the couch with jeff and across you, you watch hannah and clay flirt with each other.

jeff leans over and whispers in your ear. "look at them two. clay looks at her like she's the only girl in the world."

you giggle and nod your head in agreement. "and, hannah is probably trying to flirt with him."

"we should try and set them up. like, we could play 7 minutes in heaven and nominate them to go in the closet."

"that's such a good idea jeff!"

however, as you and jeff were plotting on how to get hannah and clay together. hannah and clay were also plotting to get you and jeff together.

"jeff definitely has a crush on (Y/N). he always talks about her during our study sessions." clay states.

hannah smirks. "i have an idea. follow my lead okay helmet?"

you, jeff, hannah and clay stand up at the same time and walk up to each other.

"lets play a game." you and hannah say at the same time.

you start laughing. "that's weird. what game did you have in mind?"

"7 minutes in heaven, you?"

"same."

"that's perfect then!"

you four sit in a circle on the carpet and before you could say anything, hannah starts talking.

"i nominate (Y/N) to go in the closet first!" hannah says and you walk in the closet, waiting for the other person to walk in.

"who do you nominate clay?" hannah nudges clay's arm.

"um, jeff!" clay awkwardly chuckles.

jeff stands up and walks in the closet, shutting the door behind him.

due to the closet being dark, you can't see who the person is so you wrap your arms around jeff's neck and kiss him passionately on the lips.

jeff, who's enjoying the kiss, places his hands on your lower back and pushes you towards him.

after 4 minutes, you pull away and take deep breaths.

"wow. that was amazing. you are a great kisser."

"oh, thanks. you too."

you widen your eyes in shock. "jeff?"

"yeah, it's jeff."

"i can't believe they made us kiss."

"well, it's only us four who are playing the game. i was kind of expecting it and i'm glad we got chosen."

heat starts to rise in your cheeks, thankfully the closet is dark so jeff can't see you.

"y-you're glad? w-why?"

jeff takes a few steps towards you. "because, i have had a huge crush on you for a long time and there was never a good time to tell you my feelings for you."

you sigh of relief. "thank god. i have always liked you, especially since we have been hanging out more."

"does this mean we can take this further? i'll take you out on dates and you can make out with me whenever i want." jeff laughs.

"yes, you can take me on dates."

"and the kissing?"

"i'll think about it." jeff rolls his eyes.

hannah opens the closet door. "7 minutes are up! so are you two in love now and gonna start planning your wedding?"

"wait, was this some sort of plan?"

hannah sheepishly smiles. "maybe."

you and jeff burst out in laughter. "we was trying to the same for you and clay!"

clay walks over and grabs hannah's hand. "i heard my name?"

"clay jensen! you little rebel." jeff says, pretending to be shocked.

"me and clay have been talking for a while and now my plan has finally worked. we can go on double dates now!" hannah cheers.
