"Are we going to bed bed daddy?"

You mumbled tiredly,

eyelids heavy with sleep after a long night

waiting for him in his office at the club,

a deal running into the early hours of the

morning before making it home,

carrying you up to the apartment as

you whined about being sleepy.

"Yeah"

He cooed at you,

moving the sheets to the side,

placing you down onto the mattress before

pulling them over you,

making sure you were covered,

kissing your forehead roughly.

"You go bed bed baby.

Daddy needs to finish some things

in the office alright?"

"My stuffie?"

Rolling his eyes at your insistence

you couldn't sleep without one,

he leaned over your little body,

taking the stuffie from the other side of the bed

and pressing it into your little hands.

"Sleep"

He told you firmly,

a grin forming on his mouth as

you closed your eyes,

barely able to keep them open,

falling asleep with your stuffie.

Switching the light off on his way out,

he got situated in his office,

a low sigh leaving his mouth as he ran

a hand over his face tiredly,

tossing his tie to the side and opening the first few buttons on his shirt to get more comfortable.

Pulling out a cigarette,

he placed it between his lips,

lighting it up and taking his phone from

the side of the desk,

opening up the security app to see that you were still fast asleep in the bedroom.

"Hm"

He muttered to himself,

satisfied that you weren't awake to annoy him,

putting his feet up onto the desk,

noticing a small blood stain on his gucci shoes,

wetting the tip of his finger with his tongue

casually and wiping it off.

"Let's hope it stays that way,

huh little girl?"
