《The Legacy { Blackpink × Bangtan } ✔》37

Ever since Lisa has fallen from her power, everyone was in despair. They were clueless, no one was guiding and leading them. In the midst of grieving, every demi-god was captured by The Titan given that they were powerless and clearly not paying attention to their surrounding at that moment.
"I should have killed you all when I got the chance, but I guess now it'll make your day. Considering Lisa is finally dead and out of my way, Olympus will finally be mine and the demigods will no longer exist! Kill them, Titans!" Irene laughed wickedly, sitting on Zeus' throne as she gives further instruction.
As the Titans approach the demigods that were tied up together in a bunch, powerless, the throne hall suddenly rumbles, a sudden force sending the Titans flying away.
Everyone was shocked, immediately looking towards the source of force.
"I- It can't be?! LISA?!" Jungkook exclaimed.
"I'm back for what's rightfully mine Irene, even if I have to kill!" Lisa said, tone firm and intimidating.
"H- How? HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE, YOU'RE SUPPOSE TO BE DEAD?!" Irene gasped.
"Because I have a job to do and a kingdom to save!" Lisa mumbled something under her breath and she is now standing in front of Irene.
"And I will not let you get away with destroying my legacy!"
"Your legacy?! Oh baby sister if anything, this kingdom belongs to me, considering I'm the older twin." Irene scoffed, rolling her eyes with a smirk on her face.
"That's why mom brought me back to life right?" It's Lisa's turn to smirk now.
"What?! Why would she do such a thing?!"
"Because Irene, I'm the saviour of Olympus while you're nothing but the destroyer. And I'm not going to disappoint out mother by letting her watch her kingdom burn to the ground!"
"You're such a stupid fool, Lisa. But I'll play your little game of hero vs villain. If it's a war you want, then it's a war you'll get. We will finish this where Mount Olympus and Othrys connect, you have one hour to bring your warriors. May the best sister win." Irene smirks one last time before she disappeared, probably to prepare for the war.
After Irene left, no one talked. None of the demigods can comprehend what had happened. There are many questions that wanted to be answered but no one speaks, still shock. Lisa was the one that breaks the silence.
"Let's get everyone back home." Lisa said, teleporting everyone back to their dorm.
"How are you still alive?!" Jungkook was the first to talk when everyone is back at the dorm.
"Not to mention powerful as shit! I mean we all saw you dead in Jungkook's arms!" Chaeyoung exclaimed.

"It's kind of a long story."
"Well, how about you tell us?" Jungkook asked.
"You do understand we have only one hour to prepare for war, don't you?" Lisa's soft demeanour disappeared and was immediately replaced by a scowl on her face, glaring at Jungkook.
"What are you hiding from me, Lisa?" Jungkook narrow his eyes.
"Guys this isn't the beat time to fight you know? Lisa's right, we only have an hour to prepare for war. We should get as many of our soldiers ready." Jennie chimed in, trying to stop any fight from happening.
"Jennie's right, whatever happened to Lisa isn't something we should talk about right now. We can always talk about it later." Jimin added.
"That's if there's even a later." Sehun said causing everyone to glare at him. "What I'm only saying the truth here!" He tried to defend himself, making everyone roll their eyes.
"Well, I still want to know." Jungkook insists.
"Are you fucking deaf Jeon?! I don't have time for this crap right now, I have Olympus to save! So I'm sorry if I don't want to give you a long-ass explanation of my return!"
"If you don't want to tell me fine, go save your damn kingdom!"
"FINE!" Lisa yelled, walking away without sparing anyone a glance.
"You've really got some timing Jungkook. She gave up her life for you, and you're gonna go and yell at her?!"
"Well shit Chae, I'm sorry for freaking out that my girlfriend is still alive."
"Are you serious Jeon, you are supposed to be standing by her side not fighting her!" Jungkook knew then that he was wrong to get angry at Lisa, therefore he did not say anything but staring at the floor.
-
"STUPID JUNGKOOK! I can't really blame him... I did kill myself to save him. He must be so confused and angry. But he shouldn't be an ass to me, we have more important things to do. Even though our relationship is so much more important considering I'm-" Lisa was softly talking to herself until a knock on her door interrupted it.
"Lisa, can I come in?"
"Yeah."
"Are you okay?" Chaeyoung asked.
"Of course I am, why wouldn't I be?"
"You were dead only for a few hours, did you really forget I can read you like a book?"
Lisa did not answer and the silence was surrounding the room for a while until Chaeyoung breaks it.
"Lisa, what happened out there, I've never seen you so angry at him like that?"
"I know I overreacted with Jungkook, I'm just dealing with a lot. I'm torn between doing the right thing for Olympus or for Jungkook."

"Lisa, what's going on, what are you hiding?"
"It's not important right now okay, I've gotta get ready for the war."
"Jimin and the other are handling it, Lisa, you can relax for a bit." Chaeyoung reassured.
"What about Jungkook?"
"Well, he kind of disappeared- He got upset when you got upset, and Jimin told him to go for a walk. You have to understand that you both feel the same, he just needs to walk it off."
"Yeah, I know... it's probably better that way." Lisa sighed.
"Lisa, what happened when you died, please just tell me?"
"Chae, nothing bad happened I promise. It's just something I found out before I came back."
"Okay, now you're making me worry. Please, Lisa, we've been best friends for since we were 17 and now we're 20, you can tell me anything."
"Alright." Lisa finally gives in.
-
"You okay, man?"
"Do I look okay to you?"
"Hey, I'm just trying to help you out here. You know we've been best friends since we were in diapers, I'm always here for you Jungkook." Jimin said.
"Where did I go wrong with her?" Jungkook sighed.
"What do you mean?"
"Even though Lisa was dead for only a few hours, it's like she lost all her love for me. She's angry and frustrated with me, and that has never happened before. Does she really hate me that much because of what happened? Because of what I nearly did?"
"I don't think she hates you at all. I honestly think she's just upset with this whole situation. You have to understand that this has taken a lot out of her. And I mean literally, she died for crying out loud!"
"Then why does it feel like she's hiding something from me? I can feel like she wants to tell me but she's afraid."
"So why don't you just talk to her about it, like you always do?"
"Because she clearly hates my guts right now!"
"If she hated you, she wouldn't have died in the first place. That girl loves you to her very last breath, and guess what, she gets to do that all over. If you ask me, Lisa will probably never love someone as much as she loves you."
"Unfortunately, I agree." A voice chimed in.
"What do you want now?" Jungkook asked.
"Don't start with me Jeon, I came to give you some advice."
"And why would I want it?"
"Because you are going to get it even if you don't want it. Unfortunately, Jimin is completely right, Lisa will only love you. And I know because I tried to make her love me." Sehun smirked at his last sentence.
"Dude, get to the point before a war breaks out here." Jimin said when he saw Jungkook glaring at Sehun.
"Right! My point is no matter who loves her or walks into her life, there is only one person she will love till the end. And that's you, Jeon. she's going through way too much right now, and she's going to let it out in any way she can. But that doesn't mean she loves you any less. You've just gotta talk to her, and I would do it before we all go to war." Sehun advised.
"You're right... Lisa needs to know I love her, before anything happens." Jungkook mumbled, running to find Lisa leaving his friends behind.
"That was a nice thing you did there, Sehun." Jimin said.
"Yeah well, I didn't do it for Jungkook, I did it for Lisa."
"What do you mean by that?"
"I thought it was obvious considering Chaeyoung's going through the same thing." Sehun shrugged.
"What does Chaeyoung have to do with this?"
"Oh my god, Lisa that's great news! You need to tell Jungkook!" Chaeyoung exclaimed.
"Tell me what? Lisa, what's going on?"
"Well, I uhm-" Lisa tried to say something but her brain was chaos.
"CHAEYOUNG!" Lisa was lucky to get away with answering Jungkook when Jimin's scream was heard.
"Jimin?!" Chaeyoung was confused.
"What's going on with you?" Jungkook asked when an out of breath Jimin is in front of him.
"Chaeyoung, when the hell were you planning on telling me?!"
"Tell you what?"
"Don't play stupid right now Chaeyoung, when the hell were you planning to tell me you're pregnant?!"
"I was going to tell you when all this was over."
"And what about you Lisa, when were you going to tell Jungkook?!"
"Wait you're-" Jungkook was shocked, utterly speechless.
"Uh... Surprise!" Chaeyoung exclaimed, trying to lighten the mood in the room as the tension was growing.
"Is it true?" Jungkook asked when he approached Lisa.
"Jungkook, I was going to tell you but-" Lisa was cut off when the lights in their room flickered.
The four of them feel a weird gravity pulling on them and then it blacks out. Once they regain their composure, they were outside at where Mount Olympus and Othrys connect, the location of the war that was supposed to happen in an hour.
"What the hell is going on?!" Lisa exclaimed.
"Looks like your time is up." Irene smirked on the other side from Mount Othrys.
"You said we had an hour to prepare!"
"It has been an hour Lisa. I really hope you didn't waste your time, because I didn't."
"Oh, believe me, I didn't!"
Both sisters mumbled something under their breath and within a second, their respective soldiers are present at the war field.
"Let the war begin!"

Luck And Chronomancy
Time Magic is the best magic as everyone knows, although there are lots of unique Talents in the world. Most people only remember Haste because it is hard to get to higher Phases of Chronomancy. That is still enough to make the Talent iconic. A lucky enough Aleatory Talent can position you for greatness or leave you languishing in obscurity. The only true equality in the world is when that glowing message pops up at 8 years old. Even if it doesn't activate until you are an adult at 16 you still know. Sure you can find a new dungeon spawn and get another chance at a rare Talent, even this one, but you have to already be ready to delve into the *Far Wilds*, which is far easier with wealth or family power. This is the story of where my good fortune took me and the difference it made, even among a party of 7 others including an Arcanist. It is a journey of magic and monsters but also math, which some think is actually worse. Luckily I was born with Intelligence and Focus as my personal traits, and my parents were scholars. Of course Chronomancy can also be a frontline combat talent. Versitility well beyond other Elder Talents like Gravity, Abstraction, or Arcana. Might could have worked for me, too. I also met a runaway princess. All the best adventures have a princess. She hated being a noble and we didn't get married but it still counts. Besides she really filled out our front line. All that Leadership training came in handy. I still don't know where she's from. Who cares? How well Haste goes with giant hammers is what's important. I never learned much about anyone in the party, except the one I grew up with. I'm not a people person. I just wanted to optimize dungeon clearing time. *******Story Details******* No romance, politics, or traumatizing content, slice of life, or even dialogue. 1st person narration, like a guide/adventure log. 2000-7000 words a day, maybe 40-60% rpgish combat log with some reasoning on combat decisions, with the rest character Talent discussion and progression stuff. 8 person party with a decent variety in roles. Party members usually have 2 primary functions. Told from the support/control Chronomancer's perspective. Each party member will have 6 Basic/Background Traits, then 3 actual Talents with abilities. Capstone from their Educational Institution, Arbritrary as a gift from the temples, and Aleatory which is decided at birth, revealed at 8, and activated after adulthood at 16. Aleatory Traits ignore requirements and are random why is why they are so important. They'll gain new Talents from finding Dungeons to consume in the *Wilds*. Mature dungeons in cities can provide *Challenges* to raise the Phase of a Talent, up to 3 times from 1 to 4. Each character will get to roughly 8 non-Trait Talents. Attributes come exclusive from Talents, are required by Talents, and provide various effects as well. I designed about 220 Talents with abilities, 4 in each of 4 phases. "Traits" are just Attribute stuff. I'm not sure how many will be detailed in the story, more than 100 for sure. I used Talents because I want to be free of the legacy of tabletop. Half those rules are just because of the limitations inherent in a pre-computer ttrpg. This story mostly uses combat Talents, although like 1/3 of the 220 are for crafting and other society and economy stuff. If you really wanted to be a Thief you might take Intuition, Awarness, and Might for Basic Traits and Deftness, Manipulation, and Trickery for Family/Education. Then you'd pick Acrobatics, and Climbing for Educational Capstone and Arbitrary traits. You Aleatory Trait might be Shadow(Light/Dark) Magic, Umbramancy. A Bard might swap Dexterity for Charisma, Music for Acrobatics, and have gotten Illusion(Shadow/Sound(Air/Force)) for their Aleatory Trait.
