It was pitch black and there was no light to be seen anywhere, just darkness. I looked around everywhere but I couldn't see a thing, and then... Destruction...for as far as my eyes could see. My heart dropped... in a blink of an eye everything I knew and loved was taken from me. There was not a soul to be seen or to be heard, just death! Death of the gods... I began to hear a voice... a voice that I knew but still couldn't recognize. I ran to this voice but I still couldn't see anyone.
"Who's there?! Please help me!" I yelled out.
"The mark... the mark will save your life. They were given to you for a reason, a reason you are not able to understand yet. This will save you from death, the death of the gods!"
-
"Oh my god! It was just a dream? That was so freaky... it almost felt real." Lisa gasped, sweats rolling down from her forehead, awoken from the dream. "But there's no way something like that could come true, the gods are invisible. Right? Lisa questioned herself towards the end.
Right after, Jungkook knocks on Lisa's door asking if he could come in. Jungkook gave Lisa a good morning kiss on the cheek before telling her to go and get ready because he's taking her to a place for a walk. Lisa nodded and get ready at the bathroom, changing into a casual outfit. When she's done, she walks back into her room to meet with Jungkook who's waiting for her, ready to go.
"Oh uh I didn't know you were in here, I'll just leave." Jimin said when he walked into the living room seeing Chaeyoung sitting on the sofa."
"Don't be silly, there's no reason for you to go." Chaeyoung said.
"Okay who are you and what have you done with Chaeyoung?" Jimin was a bit shocked by the sudden change in Chaeyoung's attitude.
"Are you trying to make me mad?"
"No, not at all! For a second I didn't even notice you."
"What do you mean?"
"Well because I've never seen you with your hair like that."
"Oh... I didn't really have time to braid it. And Lisa wasn't in her room to help me. But I seriously hate my normal hair, I look way too much like my mom."
"If you want help... I don't mind." Jimin volunteered.
"You know how to braid hair?"
"I always saw Lisa do it for you, so I think I may have a hang on it. That's of course if you want to give me a chance."
"As long as you don't pull out my hairs, then I don't mind." Chaeyoung chuckled.
"Alright come here then."
"I'm warning you okay!"
"Yeah yeah, I heard you. Please don't kill me if I pull your hair, remember I'm new to this."
"No promises." Chaeyoung said and turn around, back facing Jimin so that he could braid her hair.
"Ouch. OW JIMIN!" Chaeyoung exclaimed.
"I'm sorry, I'm a dude! Just hang in there I'm almost done."

"If you pull my hair one more time, I'm going to make you wish you were never born!"
"Yeah yeah, like you would actually do that."
"Try me!" Chaeyoung dared Jimin.
"Uh.. how about another time, I feel like living."
"Idiot." Chaeyoung chuckled.
"So..." Jimin started.
"So what?"
"Do you miss me?"
"No!"
"Aw don't be like that. You know I miss you."
"Yeah well, that's your problem, not mine. You made your choice Jimin, I'm just trying to be friends."
"There's someone blackmailing me Chae... and I-" Jimin whispered, standing a little too close to Chaeyoung. Almost as if he's back hugging her.
"What are you guys doing?"Someone asked causing the two in the living room to jump apart.
"We were uh-" Jimin was speechless shocked as if he was caught red-handed stealing something.
"Jimin was just braiding my hair for me because I couldn't find Lisa." Chaeyoung said instead.
"Baby, I never knew you could braid hair." Jisoo said.
"Well, I guess you learn something new every day."
"I'm just happy to see you both getting along again. I know it was hard for you Chae..." Jisoo mumbled, feeling a bit guilty for some unknown reason.
"Hey don't worry about it. Jimin and I are becoming friends slowly."
"I'm so happy to hear that! So what are you doing today?"
"Well actually I wanted to spend some time with Chae, so we can try fixing things. Come on Chae." Jimin said, dragging Chaeyoung along after bidding goodbye to Jisoo.
"What do you think?" Jungkook asked.
"Jungkook, this place is beautiful!"
"I'm glad you like all of this."
"What is all of this?" Lisa asked, still looking around.
"My dad was telling me about this last night, apparently the gods will be holding a huge party here on Christmas. It's their annual summons, where all the gods gather. But this year will be different because all the demigods were invited."
"Seriously? We get to come here and party with the gods?"
"I don't think the gods party, but yes something like that."
"This is so exciting though!" Lisa exclaimed.
"I agree, it's a huge thing and we're allowed to bring a date."
"And who are you taking Mr Jeon?" Lisa teased.
"I don't know actually, maybe Chaeyoung or Jennie."
"Well, I'm going to take Sehun then." Lisa played along.
"You know I'm joking, you're the only one I want with me. Besides, that's going to be kind of hard because I'll kill him if he comes near you." Jungkook said.
"Overprotective much?"
"Oh, you have no idea." Jungkook smirked and pull Lisa in for a kiss.
No one knows how long the kiss was going to last until someone exclaimed with and 'oops!'.
"Seriously guys?" Jungkook chuckled when he saw who it was that broke the moment he had with Lisa.
"Nice going Chae." Jimin rolled his eyes.
"How is this my fault?"
"Out of all the rooms you pick, this is the one you run into!"

"You're the one that dragged me and started running!" Chaeyoung shouted.
"Guys!" Lisa exclaimed stopping the argument.
"I'm sorry someone ruined your moment."
"Shut up Jimin." Chaeyoung kicked Jimin's shin.
"Ouch, Chae why are you always attacking me!" Jimin pouted, rubbing his shin.
"Nice to see you both getting along." Jungkook said.
"Right..." Jimin said still rubbing his shin.
"What are you guys even doing running around, and who were you running from?" Lisa asked.
"Oh, I'll let this smart ass answer that." Chaeyoung said.
"Well uh... we were running away from Jisoo."
"You were running away from your girlfriend with your ex." Jungkook laughed.
Looks like it." Jimin said laughing too.
"I am not even his ex, get your facts straight Jeon!" Chaeyoung warned.
"Okay sorry!"
"Alright, so why were you guys running from her?" Lisa asked again.
"I don't know. Jimin told me someone was blackmailing him and then Jisoo appeared. Then this moron ran away, grabbing my hand." Chaeyoung said.
"You told her about Seulgi?" Jungkook blurted out without thinking, causing both girls to look shocked and confused.
"No... but thank you for that." Jimin scoffed, rolling his eyes.
"My bad..."
"You knew about this and didn't tell me?" Lisa asked.
"It wasn't my place to tell anyone." Jungkook tried to reason out.
"So you're telling me she's the reason why you left me for Jisoo?" Chaeyoung asked.
"Pretty much..." Jimin replied only to receive a slap across his cheek.
"What was that for?" Jimin asked confused.
"Why didn't you come to me sooner, I would have helped you! But now it might be too late because someone will get their heartbroken!" Chaeyoung yelled and run away.
"CHAE WAIT!" Lisa shouted and run after Chaeyoung.
"Are you okay, that was one hard slap..." Jungkook asked.
"Yeah I'm fine... my face just hurts."
"Lisa will cool her down, don't worry. Then you can talk things out with her."
"I hope so... Anyways did you look more into that situation?" Jimin asked.
"Yeah, I did. I actually found a few things."
"Like what?"
"Let's just say we shouldn't take your sister's so-called warnings lightly."
"Yeah I know, she's clearly up to something. And clearly it's nothing that will end well." Jimin sighed.
"Don't worry man, we'll find out what she's doing."
"But have you told Lisa about this yet?"
"I need to make sure we're on to something before I end up scaring her. But I know she needs to know about this."
"We should go look at those books again, maybe there's something we're missing." Jimin suggested to which Jungkook agreed.
"Chae, are you okay?" Lisa asked.
"I'm fine Lisa... I just fell so horrible for getting mad at Jimin. I should have known he wouldn't do this to me. God, I feel like such an idiot..."
"At least now you know, and now you can be with Jimin."
"I don't think he'll let that happen Lisa."
"Why not?"
"Because as long as I'm in danger, he won't risk my life."
"That's pretty sweet." Lisa chuckled.
"It is... But now I want to know why Seulgi is blackmailing him." Chaeyoung said.
"I have no idea, but clearly she has her eyes on Jimin. But we're going to find out, aren't we?"
"Oh, you already know it." Chaeyoung smirked.
"Uh, Chae... where are we?" Lisa asked looking around the unfamiliar place.
"I have no idea..."
"Oh, great... now we're lost. I'll call Jungkook."
"I'll call Jimin then."
"There's no signal..." Lisa said.
"Same here. Maybe we should walk around before-" Chaeyoung was suggesting before something echoed through the unknown place.
"Follow me."
"P-please tell me you said that..." Chaeyoung said, feeling scared.
"No, it wasn't me Chae. I'm standing right here!"
"Follow me." Once again, it echoed through the place.
"How do we follow something we can't see!" Lisa scoffed.
Immediately, some red light flashed right before them. And before they know it, a path was cleared and they can see a temple in front of them.
"Okay... so I guess-"
"Follow me." Again it said.
"Lisa, what are we going to do?!" Chaeyoung exclaimed.
"I don't know about you but I'm running for my damn life!" Lisa suddenly breaks out of her tough facade she had a few seconds ago.
"WAIT FOR ME!" Chaeyoung shouted and run after Lisa.
Both of them keep running, still hearing the echoes. But in the end, they still went back to the place they were trying to run away from.
"We're back!" Chaeyoung exclaimed, almost at the brink of breaking down.
"LET US GO!" Lisa shouted.
"Oh little Lisa, you're just like your mother aren't you? You should know better than to mess with things you have no understanding of."
"No offence mysterious voice, but what does that even mean?" Chaeyoung asked.
"You coming here wasn't an accident. Things happen for a reason!"
"Okay, and what's the reason?" Lisa asked.
"You came looking for answers... so that's exactly what you'll get."
"Lisa, I seriously think we should run!" Chaeyoung probably looks like a madwoman now.
"Don't you want to know who put your father through hell?"
"I already know that was Zeus's fault!" Lisa exclaimed.
"You don't know the whole story then. There's a part of the story your parents didn't tell you. Your father didn't die because of Zeus, if it was him he would have been long gone! Your father was sent to be viciously murdered by... " The voice laughed.
"By what?" Lisa asked.
"The Titans! Your answer awaits you Lisa, but will you take it?"
"Lisa... we should go-"
"Don't worry Chaeyoung, there's something for you too. Something you've been dying to know. Like what's going on with Jimin, because you know he won't tell you. Look how many times he'd lied to you already? Don't you want to know the truth... for once?"
"Lisa, I think we should really go..." Chaeyoung pleaded.
"Alright, let's get this over with." Lisa sighed.
"Oh god, please don't let me die..." Chaeyoung mumbled.
Both of them then walked into the temple with the thought of finally uncover the truths once and for all.

The True Endgame
What defines endgame content? Is it raiding epic dungeons to take down the strongest bosses there are, or is it facing off against other players to climb the ladder and become the top PvPer? Is endgame content gathering materials and crafting the strongest and most exotic equipment that there is, or is it all about playing the market and amassing more wealth than everybody else? Some people even argue that fashion and minigames are endgame content! Ryouta has already done all of that. Having spent most of his life playing MMO after MMO, he now finds himself wanting to live a virtual life that is far more relaxed and casual than what he is known for. To Ryouta, the true endgame is fishing. Cover illustrated by KoeHaru1!

THIS FICTION HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED. I don't recommend reading this, since the chapters are a bit haphazard (containing new edits which don't really fit in with the latter half of the story).
