Harry was in the washroom having a Shower while Zayn was searching for his glasses. He couldn't find them . He saw them Last night but now it seems like they have suddenly disappeared.
Zayn checked his bags but they weren't there then his eyes fell on Harry's small backpack that Harry always carried around.
Harry never let Zayn Carry it and he gave the reason that it had his travelling Journal in it and it was personal . But Zayn being the curious person he was slowly picked the bag up.
He thought about it for a minute but then Slowly opened the front Chain . He could see a chocolate wrapper, Passport and a few dollars. So be zipped that Chain and opened the second one. Zayn expected to find the Journal but instead he found white bottles.He took one out and it was some kind of Medicine. Zayn was about to inspect the Bottle ore when Harry's angry voice was heard ,
"ZAYN !! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!? " Zayn had never seen Harry furious and Harry was now surely angry and Not the kitten angry but really Angry. Harry quickly took the Bottle and bag from Zayn putting the Bottle in the bag and Zipping it.
"Now. Give me a good reason why are you checking my stuff." Harry asked still looking furious.
"Chill Man ,I was just looking for my glasses. " Zayn raised his hands up in surrender.
Harry glared at him for a few seconds more but then finally his expression softened.
"I'm sorry. I just- yeah..I'm sorry. " Harry said and he looked on verge of tears so Zayn quickly hugged him.
"Hey. Hey it's okay. I'm not mad. I understand. " Zayn rubbed Harry's back for a few moments and then Harry pulled away.

"You glasses were in the bathroom. Near the sink . " Harry said and Zayn facepalmed himself remembering that he kept them their. Harry laughed a little on seeing Zayn's expressions.
Zayn went to take his glasses and they finally checked they had everything with them before sitting down on the bed waiting for their breakfast.
"Um..Harry can I ask you something?" Zayn asked and Harry looked at him before giving a small nod.
"Don't get mad okay... But why do you have all those medicines in your bag ?" Zayn asked and Harry looked at him as if Zayn asked him 'who came first the egg or chicken ?'
"Umm..that...they are nothing. Umm...just you know medicine for fever and other small things and Antibiotics and some vitamins." Harry said and Zayn thought it was weird but he again let it slide.

" You look pale ." Zayn said as he and Harry walked on the streets of Italy.
"I'm pale." Harry laughed.
"No Harry. I'm serious. Are you feeling okay ?" Zayn asked concerned but Harry just brushed it off and Dragged Zayn away to show him something on the street.

"Hope on !" Zayn said and He and Harry climbed the mountain. They wanted to catch the sunsrise but for some unknown reason not even the halfway through Harry was panting heavily.
"No . I'll walk ." Harry said and tired but 2 minutes later he was on Zayn's back.
"Why are you suddenly so tired ? Are you okay ?" Zayn asked as Harry rested his head on Zayn's shoulder trying to catch his breath.
"Yeah...yeah. .it's just all the travelling and jet lag and fatigue. I'm fine."

"Harry We should go to the doctors." Zayn said as Harry finished throwing up 3 time that day.

"No ,Zayn. " Harry said as he tiredly sat on the bed.
"You have been sick and tired and now this throwing up. Are you hiding something ?" Zayn asked coming closer to Harry but Harry got up from the bed moving towards his bag.
"I'm fine. It must be due to food or travel sickness. Now get ready we are going to out. We are in Vegas !! Can't miss to enjoy our night. " Harry said smiling again . The smile that could hide all the pain away .
"Don't you want to rest ?" Zayn asked and Harry shook his head forcing Zayn to get ready.
