Tony forced her to start working out. She followed the corridors that led to the garden.
If she wasn't running for her life right now, she would stop to admire how beautiful the castle was.
Focus! She yelled at herself.
She made it down to the gardens, and kept running. She could see the edge of the grounds, and was almost there.
That was, until, Loki teleported directly in front of her. And she ran into him.
"Ow," She groaned, on the ground.
"Do you take me for a fool?" He demanded.
"Maybe,"
"I have to say, I am impressed that you knew I lifted the spell. I was trying to gain your trust, which you have now destroyed."
"Do-over?" She looked up at him.
"Quiet,"
"Okay, well, that's rude--"
"No, quiet." Loki snapped, looking around.
Alex quieted herself, and looked around too. She heard faint rustling of bushes, coming from the edge of the garden.
"Get up," He whispered.
She quickly stood up, and watched Loki transform his clothes into armor.
"Um, why did you just do that? Are we under attack?"
"Alexandra, have you ever seen a bilgesnipe?"
"A what?"
"It's huge, scaly, has antlers?"
"We have reindeer." She responded. "Kind of like what Tony calls your helmet thingy--I'll shut up."
He rolled his eyes. "I hope your powers work, because I hear about three."
"No, no, that could be anything."
Two very large, repulsive creatures charged from out of the forest.
"Maybe not!" She screamed.
Loki pulled out a sword, and Alex panicked. She was completely unarmed, and still in the dress she was given.
"Loki, I don't have a weapon," She said frantically.
"You are a weapon."
She knew she was going to have to use her powers in front of him. There was no use hiding them anymore, unless she wished to die.

Loki sliced the first bilgesnipe, leaving it with a gash on its side. The second he stabbed right through the eye, leaving it dead.
"I'm waiting!" He yelled.
"Okay, okay!" She furrowed her eyebrows.
Confidence, she told herself.
She ran up to the first bilgesnipe, and kicked it. This didn't do much but make it angry. Alex grabbed onto its antlers, hoisting herself onto its back. Her eyes widened as she realized she was riding it like a horse.
Holding onto it very tightly, she drained it of its energy. Loki watched, sword still drawn, as the monster collapsed.
Alex hopped off, and prepared for the final bilgesnipe. It came charging out of the forest, and ran toward its fallen friends. Alex inched over to it, lightly touching its fur. This was enough contact to take its energy as well.
"Any questions?" Alex breathed, looking back at Loki, who was shocked.
"I'll think of some."
He walked over to the beasts, plunging his sword into the two that were sleeping.
"Don't think I've forgotten what you did," He put his sword back into its holster.
"I was hoping you did,"
"Back to the castle," He ordered.
"Mmhm..." He watched her grow drowsy. Her body became limp, and he teleported over to her, breaking her fall.
He knew there had to be some kind of limitation to her powers, as she was only mortal.
"Lovely." Loki groaned, repositioning her dead weight on his arm.
He threw her over his shoulder, and walked back toward the castle. With a wave of his hand she was Sif again. He'd much rather deal with questions about Sif than questions about a mortal he brought to Asgard.
He carried Alex all the way back to his chamber, going to set her on his bed. But, instead, he accidentally dropped her in front of it.

"Oh, dear." He rose his eyebrows. Her limp body laid there, in the most unnatural position. "Well, you look comfortable there."
She stirred, coming to.
"Loki? How'd we get back here?"
"You wake up right as I'm done carrying you? How convenient."
"You carried me?"
"What was I to do, leave you out there? You're my leverage." He gave her a sarcastic smile.
"How chivalrous of you. Wait, why am I back as this lady?" She looked at her different body structure. Sif was much paler than Alex, with darker hair.
"Her voice I can tolerate."
"I was unconscious." She deadpanned.
"You're not bad when you're unconscious."
Alex rolled her eyes.
"But it was fun, right?"
"Fun, a juvenile word."
"Maybe juvenile is what you need, Loki." Alex smiled.
Loki glanced over to where she was standing next to the window. She was hopeful, and vibrant. He was extremely confused as to how she's always joking around, even in dire situations.
On the other hand, he didn't care.
"What I need, is my scepter."
"I'm growing really tired of hearing about the scepter."
"That's your purpose here, so, get used to it."
Alex looked over to him. She really was just a pawn to him, wasn't she?
"Why do you hurt people?" She asked simply.
"I beg your pardon?"
"Why do you hurt people? Does it make you feel better?"
"I hurt people because I've been hurt."
"I didn't hurt you," She spoke softly.
"You're mortal. It doesn't matter to me what happens to you because you're beneath me,"
She rose her eyebrows. "What a twisted way to think."
"You asked."
"Because what you're doing is wrong."
"You don't even know what I'm doing,"
"Oh really? I don't really think your goal with the scepter is to tickle people with it." She scoffed.
"It's none of your business."
"I think it is my business because I have to be held here for it!" She snapped.
In that very moment, Loki slapped her. Her cheek stung, and her eyes widened. He had no expression on his face, and definitely no remorse.
"Don't ever talk back to me." He spoke.
"Don't ever slap me, you fucking bastard."
"I'll do it again if I must."
Her mouth opened in shock. "You're a monster."
"That's old news."
She laughed humorlessly.
"Of all the people to be kidnapped by, it had to be you. You're bipolar, psychotic, and did I mention insane? Good luck getting what you want, because S.H.I.E.L.D. will never give something so powerful to you."
"Then you're stuck here." His face held amusement, which angered her more.
Her veins began to glow.
"Whatever! I can make your life a living hell too, you know."
"You've been doing that since I brought you here."
"God! You know what? I'm going to make a list of everything wrong with you."
"Go on." Loki gestured.
"You're insane."
"I believe you've said that one."
"You're power-hungry."
"Not a bad thing."
"You don't let me leave this room,"
"You brought that upon yourself today."
"You...you..."
Loki rose an eyebrow. "Only three? Not bad."
"I'll think of more."
"Well I've grown tired of this conversation, so while you do that, I'll be elsewhere."
Loki walked out of the room, leaving her alone.
She sat on the bed, sighing. Her hand went up to her cheek, where it was probably still red. No man had ever laid a hand on her. At least, if her father did, she couldn't remember. She wanted to be free, but knew the consequences of that.
It was her life for her planet's.
What a wager to be held over your head at the ripe age of twenty three.

Then he realizes this could be a threat; his sister's life could be in danger. As he starts to investigate who sent the video, Adam begins to uncover dark truths about his neighbors and finds evidence that there might be a larger conspiracy at play. The problem is that he's starting to suffer from hellish hallucinations that make him question what is real. Soon, the only clear thing to him is that someone doesn't want him to dig up the past.
