《Mafia's Errand boy (Mxb)》Chapter 1: Thrown away?

"So you're saying..... you disowned me?" I asked my dad, staring at him with confusion.
"Caspian..... listen.... I couldn't repay that debt.... but don't worry, they won't hurt you or anything like that! You just have to work for a few years..." My dear father explained. But I wasn't buying it.
"So you couldn't pay back the debt from gambling so much, and now I have to suffer for it?" I confirmed.
My dad scratched the back of his neck before sighing. "They'll be here soon to take you. I'm sorry, I really am. It'all just be for a short while, ok?"
It was not OK. I was being sent to work for the mafia, and he thinks it's gonna be OK? "So, what'll happen if I don't go?" I asked.
My father looked me ion the eyes. "They'll kill me, then sell my organs." He said, growing more and more nervous.
"Good." I replied, opening the door and walking off. No way in hell would I ever do that.
My father ran after me. "Please! I'll get you out! I promise!" I doubted it. The only thing that mattered to this imbecile of a father was money. And I just so happened to be the idiots son. What did I ever do to deserve this?
"No, Dad. I'm sick of your shit. This is your problem, so you fix it." My father now grew angry.
"Why can't you do me this little favor? It won't be that bad! You just have to clean and cook for them!" He said, trying to convince me.
I shoved him away from me and turned away, but someone was standing right in front of me. "I see you're having some trouble, Ethan. Didn't even have to make the full trip." The man said, looking at my father.

My father took a step back. "I'm sorry, it's just.... my son is a little rebellious." I stared at him with my eyes wide open. "The hell?! Rebellious?! You made a mistake and now I have to fix it! You're sacrificing your own son! And I'm being rebellious?!" I yelled, irritated.
My dad gaped at me before looking at the man. "Uh, never mind about the contract, just take him." My father said, fearing the man.
The strange guy just stared at him. "You sure? You might not get him back if the boss thinks he's useful." My dad nodded hurriedly and I was grabbed.
"What the hell? Let go of me you asshole!" I demanded, trying to get him to let go of me. The guy just pulled me even harder. "A deal's a deal. And you were what was promised." The man said, dragging me behind him.
"What do you even want with me?!" I asked, still struggling. The guys shrugged. "You're basically the errand boy. You'll take care of all the members and notify everybody if there is any news. Oh, and you'll make the food. Your dear father said you were a great cook."
I stared at the back of his head in horror. "I can't cook! Hell, I can't even microwave hot pockets without burning them!" I protested, trying to convince him to let me go.
"We're here." The guys said, ignoring what I had just said. I stared at the tall building in surprise. It was big and luxuries! I didn't even have to walk in to see that.
I was led into the building and the two of us walked through many hallways, turning and twisting, until we finally came to an elevator.
"Now, when we make it to our floor, the boss will be there. Just remember, he does not tolerate any rude behavior. So be on your best behavior, and don't ask any questions." He ordered, gripping my shoulder. I nodded hurriedly and gulped.

The elevator finally stopped and we made it to the top. As we walked in, a man sitting on a throne-like chair greeted us.
"Finally back, Leonard?" He asked, staring at the man before his eyes met mine. "Well, well, well. So this is that rat Ethan's son, aye?" He asked, looking at me.
I gulped again as the man, Leonardo, spoke up. "Yes, and might I say, he is a talker." I kept quite as I glanced around the room.
"I can hardly tell. He reminds me of a small cat in a big city." He commented, laughing. Now, this guy was huge. And he was just sitting down. His hair was black with certain part that looked a bit lighter. And his eyes were a dark brown, as if they were coated in a dark chocolate fudge. But his skin was pale. So pale it was practically glowing.
"Hmm.... he probably got his looks from his mother. Now way this kid looks like that ugly rat." He said, laughing.
I looked down upon remembering my mother. Even now her death left nightmares. I was just 10 when she died, and growing up was not easy.
"Hmm.... rather quiet." The boss commented. I looked up at him. "What are your intentions with me?" I asked bravely.
The boss stared at me for a while. "You'll be the errand boy, as if nobody had explained it to you yet." He said, laughing. He was kind of immature to be a mafia boss.
"So, Leonard, where's the contract?" The boss asked, looking at Leonard. The man sighed. "Ethan didn't care for one. He just threw the boy and ran for it." He replied, shaking his head.
The boss laughed. "To think he was that eager to get rid of his son. Kind of pity the kid." He said, smiling at me.
"Well, take the kid to his room, and explain what his duties will be." The boss ordered, leaning his face on his palm.
The man nodded and bowed, leading me out of the room. Before the doors closed, however, I took one final peek at the boss, and gasped when I saw that he was staring straight at me with a devil-like smirk.
