It was the next day in the morning. My eyes and nose were red due to the continuous crying. The thought that I am going to marry a stranger who I never met and I just know his name, dhruv Singhania was scaring me. What if the he is a wrong man, what if he is a abusive person and what if he is marrying me only to satisfy his wants? Ok, maybe I am just overthinking or maybe not. I felt like my entire life is scattered with a single choice.

I was already late. I got ready hastily and drove off to the hospital.

It was already afternoon and there were not so many patients today. I was sitting in my office as my head was hurting so badly when I heard a knock on my door

"Come in" I said

"Hey!" It was sara

"Hi" I mumbled

"What happened? You look so pale today" she question listening to my low voice

"Nothing" I again mumbled resting my head on the desk, she looked at keenly

"Okay wait, Let me guess you skipped your breakfast and you are planning to skip your lunch too and you have a very bad headache and now you are trying to make me feel everything is alright. Right?" She said exactly what I was thinking, feeling and doing. I sometimes wonder if she has some powers to read my mind or what.

"U are sounding like my mother, sara" I said raising my head

"Naina, I know since we were kids. Don't try to divert the topic just spill everything that is in your mind" she ordered as she sat on the chair

"I am getting married" I announced

"You. What?" She asked in disbelief

"I am getting married" I repeated my words

"It was a very lame joke" she remarked

"I wish it was a joke but I am serious. I quit my job offer from India's best hospital so that I can get married to a stranger called dhruv Singhania" I started with a sigh

"Will you mind explaining whatever you just said because seriously I can't take all this" she said with a glare

I explained everything that happened last night

"Oh my gosh!" She sighed after listening to the entire story

"I can't believe my best friend is going to get married" she jumped in excitement and seriously this is completely not the reaction I expected

"Seriously sara?" I question her

"Naina, just think uncle and aunt would never make a wrong decision. You know they love so much and they care for you more than they care for themselves. Maybe this decision will hurt a little in the beginning but later on you are going to thank them. Sometimes you just need to go with the flow and trust your parents for once. Don't overthink just have faith" she explained and she was right, maybe this decision is not that worst.

"Omg sara! You are no longer crazy or naught person, you have grown up now you even started to speak like a grown up and by the way This philosopher tag doesn't suit you" I taunted her and She chuckled

"Of Course this tag was specially made for Miss.Naina Sharma " sara taunted me back. We both could not hold our laughs.

"Come with me" I said and stood up

"But, Where are we going" sara asked as I pulled her out of my cabin

"I am famished let me pamper myself before I get into this wedlock" I said laughing

"Ofcourse!" Sara said, throwing her arm around my shoulder.

The whole night I kept thinking about the decision I made. I don't know what's going to happen in the future. I felt I was destroying her dream of having a happy marriage. This relationship is not going to work . This alliance is nothing but a forceful bond.

Next day in morning I rushed to my office. I had so much pending work. I was sitting in my office and working on a new project. This project is very important to me and I found an important document missing without any further thoughts. I called my P.A and the incharge of this project to my office.

As they entered I yelled at them "What hell is going on in my office you both know that this deal is very important to us then, what is all this negligence. There's an important document missing and you didn't even check what if they had seen this before I checked" they both looked down and whispered "sorry sir"

"What sorry huh? Do expect me to accept your fucking sorry and you know what, both of you are fired" I fumed

"We are extremely sorry sir we won't repeat it please sir" they requested

"Get out my office NOW" I snapped ignoring all their requests

"Karan, leave I am in no mood to listen to your nonsense" I said as I saw him entering my office

"Someone is so grumpy" he stated without saying anything I glared at him

"You seriously fired two employees and now another two and total count four.you fired four employees" he said while sitting on chair.

Yay! I fired four employees but it was all because they didn't do their work properly from which they are being paid what the use when don't do their work correctly

"They deserve it" I snapped and continued my work

"He is your only P.A who lasted for three long months" he said chuckling

"Mistakes happen by humans, they accepted their mistakes and they are even trying to rectify it" he said

"Okay so, now you are here for them" I made an assumption

"Not exactly but yeah they came to me asking to protect them from their grumpy boss" he said while playing with a pen. "And why are you so grumpy today?" He asked

"A long story" I replied "I have lots of time" he said while keeping the pen back in the pen stand and giving me a serious look.

I narrated the entire thing to him

"You accepted to marry" he jumped on his spot

"I had to" I muttered

"Did she accept to marry you?" He asked

"Maybe" I replied

"I am not ready for this relationship. I never thought about marrying and settling down with someone. I was so busy chasing my dreams I never got time to think about this. I am not ready for this fucking wedding" I stated the truth

"I know you never thought about it but maybe this is the right decision. I just want to say give her a chance Dhruv you can at least try it" he said with a small smile. Maybe he is right.
