*Ariana's POV*
Alex laid on top of me as we made out on his couch. If this is his 'perfect way to study', I'm having a pretty good time. He moved his lips off of mine and onto my neck.
"Alex." I moaned softly. I heard him chuckle quietly and grin against my neck. He then looked up at me.
"I think we should study now." He whispered to me.
"I thought this was our studying?" I smirked at him.
"If only it was, Princess. If only." He quietly said as he pressed his lips onto my neck again. He then pulled away once more and sat up. "C'mon we gotta study." He sighed. I sat up and faced him. I then pushed him onto his back and straddled him. "Damn you move fast." He chuckled.
"I know." I leaned close to him and lightly kissed his jawline. I looked up at him and saw that he had his eyes closed. I then sat up and he opened his eyes. "C'mon we have to study!" I smiled at him. He sat up and looked at me.
"Damn you're good." He smiled at me.
"I know." I smiled. I got my bookbag out and pulled out my textbook.
"Alright every question you get right, you get a kiss from me." Alex told me.
"And where will these kisses be?" I smiled at him.
"It'll be a surprise every time." He answered me. He winked at me and I blushed. He then began asking me questions. He was true to his word and gave me a kiss when I got a question right. Sadly, I didn't get a lot of questions right. Biology isn't my best subject.
"Ugh I hate biology." I groaned.
"What's two plus two?" He asked me.
"What?" I frowned.
"What's two plus two?" He asked me again.
"You do realize that this has nothing to do with biology right?" I laughed at him.
"Just answer the question." He laughed at me.
"Four! Two plus two is four!" I smiled. He threw the textbook onto the floor, pushed me onto my back and began working on my neck. I smiled as he kissed, bit and sucked on my neck. He then pulled away and smiled at me. "Can I have another question that doesn't have to do with biology?" I quietly asked him. His face was inches away from mine.
"Not right now." He smirked at me. I rolled my eyes and he chuckled as I did.
"I have to go to the bathroom. I'll be back." I told him. I got off the couch and began walking to the bathroom.
"Hurry back gorgeous!" He called. I looked back at him and saw him smiling at me.
"I love you so much." I told him.
"I love you more, Princess." He smiled at me. I then hurried to the bathroom. After I did my business I went to the sink and washed my hands. As I washed them I looked in the mirror and looked at my neck. Oh. My. God.

"Alexander Joseph Queen!" I yelled. I left the bathroom and saw Alex nervously looking at me. He knows something is wrong when I use his full name.
"What's wrong?" He asked me. I moved my hair and showed him.
"How the hell am I supposed to go home with this?" I asked him. A hickey. The man gave me a freaking hickey!
"Oh shit." He said.
"My Dad is going to kill us!" I sighed.
"Just wear my Washington DC sweatshirt home. It should cover it up." He told me.
"Alex we live in LA! It's like eighty degrees outside!" I said. He sighed and looked at me.
"I'm sorry, Ariana." He apologized to me.
"It's okay." I gave him a small smile.
"Do you have any make up to cover it up?" He asked me.
"Yeah, but it won't cover it all up." I said.
"Well it's better than nothing." He said. I nodded and got my make up out of my bookbag. I then began trying to cover it up. I covered some of it up. Hopefully it's enough that they won't ask any questions.
"Alright I gotta go." I sighed.
"Aw why?" He pouted.
"It's already seven o'clock." I laughed. He looked at the clock and then back at me.
"Oh." He frowned. He then went to his coat closet and pulled out his Washington DC sweatshirt. "Just wear it, if they ask questions just say you got cold in my apartment and forgot to take it off." He handed me the sweatshirt.
"Well aren't you just so smart." I smiled at him. I put the sweatshirt on and he smiled at me. He slowly walked over to me and wrapped his arms around my waist.
"You should wear my clothes more often." He told me.
"Maybe I will." I smiled. He smiled and kissed me. We stood there kissing for what seemed like forever. I pulled away from our kiss and looked into his eyes. "I have to go." I said.
"Dinner tomorrow night?" He asked me.
"Yeah." I smiled and nodded.
"We can order some take out and watch some movies." He suggested to me.
"Okay." I smiled at him.
"Be over at six?" He walked me to the door.
"See you then, cowboy." I smiled at him. I stood on my tip toes and lightly kissed his cheek.
"See you then, princess." He smiled at me.
"Love you." I smiled at him as I walked out the door.
"Love you more." He winked at me. I blushed and walked to my car. I then drove home. I'm so nervous. I really hope they believe me. Hopefully they won't ask me any questions, because we all know what happens when I lie.
I pulled up to my house and walked inside.
"Hey." Jess smiled at me.
"Hey." I smiled back at her.
"What's up with the sweatshirt?" Dad asked me as he walked into the room with his crutches. This is it.

"Uh I got cold at Alex's." I quickly answered and then began walking to the stairs.
"Stop." I heard Dad say. I sighed and stopped walking. "Turn around." He said. I slowly turned around and faced my parents. "Why are you wearing that sweatshirt, that just happens to cover your neck?" He frowned at me. I guarantee he already knows. Dammit.
"I told you Dad. I got cold at Alex's and I forgot to take it off." I answered him. My hand then went threw my hair. Shit!
"You're lying." Dad glared at me. "Take the sweatshirt off now." He ordered me. Well looks like I'm about die. I sighed and took off the sweatshirt. Both of my parents gasped at the sight of my neck. I am so gonna kill Alex for giving me this.
"Ariana Justine Timberlake!" Jess gasped.
"I'm gonna kill him." Dad pulled out his phone and looked at it. There we go with the threatening to kill Alex.
"Dad, it's just a hickey!" I sighed. He slowly looked up from his phone and gave me one of his death glares. If looks could kill, I would be dead right now.
"Just a hickey?" He glared at me. "Do you know what a hickey leads to?" He asked me. "Sex! That's what it leads to!" He said to me. Oh God.
"Dad, we can't even have sex! It's illegal! Plus I'm only seventeen! Do you really think I want to risk getting pregnant? I'm too young!" I said to my Dad.
"You're grounded! I don't know how long, but you are grounded for a very long time!" He yelled at me. I sighed and groaned. "Give me you're phone." He held out his hand.
"Can I at least tell Alex I can't have dinner with him tomorrow and that I'm grounded?" I sighed.
"Yes. Make it quick." He nodded. I then turned to leave the room. "Nope. You're making the phone call here. Then I want to have a chat with him." He said to me. I slowly turned around and glared at him as he smiled at me. This man I swear.
"Fine." I rolled my eyes. I then got on my phone, clicked on Alex's contact and called him.
"Wow you're still alive." Alex answered the phone.
"Eh I don't know if I will be for long." I sighed.
"They found out didn't they?" He asked me. I looked at my Dad as he still smiled at me.
"Yes." I told him.
"I'm sorry, babe." He said.
"It's fine. It was worth it." I smiled at my Dad, knowing that it would piss him off. The look he gave me was priceless.
"Hurry up." Dad glared at me.
"Well Cowboy, I'm grounded for a very long time and so I can't have dinner with you and I won't have my phone." I rolled my eyes.
"I'll see you somehow, princess." He told me.
"My Dad would like to have a talk with you." I told him. I heard Alex take a deep breath.
"Well wish me luck." He said.
"I love you." I said.
"Love you more." He said to me. I then gave my phone to my Dad and he walked out of the room.
"I think it would be a good idea if you went upstairs to your room." Jess sighed. I sighed and nodded.
"Okay." I said. I went upstairs to my room. I wonder if my Dad has threatened to kill Alex yet? He probably has.
*Justin's POV*
"You're lucky my leg is broken or I would already be over at your apartment about to kill you." I told Alex.
"If it was my daughter, I would kill me too." Alex said.
"If this happens again, I will hire someone to kill you, burn your body, and then scatter your ashes in the freaking ocean." I said.
"Well I don't want that to happen, so it won't happen again." He reassured me.
"It better not." I said.
"It won't." He told me.
"Have a nice night, Alex." I said right before I hung up.
I then hid Ariana's cell phone so she couldn't find it. I sighed and went into the kitchen and found my wife.
"What are we going to do with her?" I sighed as I sat down on the counter.
"She's your daughter." She laughed.
"What happened to her being our daughter?" I asked her.
"When she's being good she's ours, but when she does something not so good, she is all yours." She smiled at me.
"I see how it is." I slowly nodded my head.
"So how'd the talk with your daughter's boyfriend go?" She asked me.
"Good. Threatened to kill him a couple times." I shrugged.
"Of course." Jess smirked.
"He told me it wouldn't happen again." I added.
"Do you believe him?" She asked me.
"No. It'll happen again." I said.
"How do you know that?" She asked me.
" Do you know how many hickies I gave you when we dated? It's gonna happen again." I laughed.
"But we were adults when we dated, they're just teenagers." Jess laughed.
"That makes it even worse!" I said. She laughed and rolled her eyes at me.
"We'll just have to keep a close eye on our daughter." She said.
"So now she's our daughter?" I laughed.
"Yeah." She laughed. I chuckled and lightly kissed her forehead.
At least I have Jess to go through the wonders of being a parent with me. This is gonna be a fun ride.

I Am Going To Die (In This Game-Like Dimension)
When mysterious portals start opening up around the world at large events, swallowing everybody, you’d think that would warrant some kind of danger pay when you have to sell hotdogs at a Comic-Con, right? ‘No, of course not; what are the odds of that happening here, out of all the big events in the world?’ Well, Emma was always pretty good at beating the odds when it came to shitty luck. Now she’s stuck in a strange dimension, where the normal rules don’t seem to apply, together with a costumed crowd who seem strangely happy about this whole thing. At least, until the first people start dying. Update: The first four books are now on KU, so except for the sample chapters, they can unfortunately no longer be found on RoyalRoad. Have you ever wondered why glass is transparent? Well I'm sure to throw it in somewhere, so I hope you find my story interesting. - Deflagration P.S If you ever find scientific innaccuracies please PM me. I truly want to know. Other mistakes I'm happy to respond to in comments. A Note on tags: Profanity: Not excessive but where i find appropriate. Gore: Well that depends how well I do my job doesn't it. If I can paint a vivid picture that has the potential to be gory, then my writing may be to an acceptable quality. Traumatising content: Again, this depends on my skill as a writer, I guess I hope you find it traumatising - no that’s not right. Well you know what I mean anyway. Hopefully I can paint a vivid picture in your mind that makes the book all the more special.

No Easy Mode
Reincarnation isn't easy, Sure you might have a status menu but unlike a video game the training is real, the blood, sweat, and tears are real. Unfortunately for Samuel Erasi Fuller he found out that no amount of video game knowledge can prepare you for a world of skills, attributes and magic and even his top notch survival skills only go so far when there are beasts that shoot fireballs or move like a bolt of lighting. Worse yet there are no levels of skills just a name and description and a percentage display! Edit: Yes the poorly done cover is my personal work. Drawing anything using your finger and an app on your phone was not as easy as the tutorial made it look!
