《Her Euphoria -Lizkook COMPLETED》Stronger - Updated

It had been a few days since her return to Korea and Lisa had been summoned to YG headquarters almost immediately.
On her way to the office, Lisa felt the familiarity of a frizzle course through her body as she gazed out the window of the van, they were passing Han River and for the first time since that night she had seen them at the River, she felt nothing.
The deep embedded pain that used to cripple her as she tortured herself over the memory had somehow disappeared, leaving her feeling unusually calm. She knew that if she were to dwell on the memory it would do nothing but lend itself to making her remember all the pain and hurt she had suffered, and she wasn't going back.
In Thailand she had spent the first night in the arms of her parents after she had poured her heart out to her mother during a family dinner. Her parents were not used to the quiet brooding Lisa, having raised her to be independent and strong.
The Lisa who sat before them was quiet and barely spoke on the way to the family home as she sat in the back seat and closed herself off.
Concern growing her father did not know how to approach the Lisa who looked down, looking at his wife and speaking to her with his eyes she nodded their mutual understanding and paused before asking if she was ok.
That was all it took for Lisa to stop pushing the food around on her plate and gently lay the fork aside before blindly reaching for her mother's hand. She needed the warmth of the maternal touch that only a parent could provide.
Her father quickly stood to take a hold of her other hand as both of them waited, watching as Lisa composed herself before speaking about the break up with Jungkook, leaving out the meatier details regarding IU.
The uncontrollable sniffling and tears were testament to the level of pain she was experiencing and their hearts were breaking for their daughter who had always spoken of the happiness the youngman had made her feel on many occasions during her weekly calls home.
Yet there she was, seemingly returned home to nurse what they could see was a broken heart. Her parents did not question her further as they gathered a sobbing Lisa into their arms, supporting her the best way they knew how; with the quiet strength of their love.
As the van continued she thought about the short break with her parents in her homeland and how much she enjoyed the time away from the rules and restrictions that came with the title of being a kpop idol.
She had left Seoul a broken young woman with an uncertain pathway to her future after a much dreamt of career as an idol.
Before Jungkook she had dreamt of far away countries and the beauty of untold stories she would like to capture on film.
When she started dating him all those thoughts had been placed on the backburner, temporarily forgotten as she immersed herself in new found love, only to realise months later that perhaps that love, the love she felt in her core for him, perhaps that love wasn't what she thought it could have been.
It wasn't until she was seated in the plane returning to Korea that she found herself with hours of spare time to think without the noise of Bam and the GOT7 boys. She regretted not being able to see them before her departure but there would be ample time for catching up in the future.

She had sat staring blindly out the window as a thought struck her almost suddenly, catching her off guard. There was an undeniable inner peace as she watched clouds spread out beneath the plane like a large soft blanket made of cotton candy, inviting her to close her eyes and rest her weary thoughts.
Blackpink had finished with promotions and the girls were set to have a break before their next scheduled comeback followed by another round of promotions and tours. It was only a few days before that she had returned to Thailand to recoup her thoughts and emotions.
Lisa had left Korea with a heart shattered and broken, only to leave Thailand and return to Seoul with a decision that she felt was right for her. She just had to bide her time before she could plan anything concrete. She knew it was going to be a tough pitch to sell, but if YG allowed it, she knew what she had to do, and she had to do it soon, because she needed the distance.
Making herself comfortable she continued to stare out the van window, lost in her own thought but feeling a little better as the tension in her shoulders unconsciously relaxed.

Concerned at the lack of usual banter that normally accompanied Lisa, her manager glanced every so often into the rear view mirror and watched as she continued her quiet observation out the window. She appeared to be lost in her thoughts as she settled back into her seat, a forlorn look masking her features, not giving anything away.
Of all the years that Lisa and her members had been in his care, she had always been his favourite because she gave so much of herself into helping others even if she was tired after hours of dance practise, she would always stay back and help clean the studio.
She was attentive as she was respectful, and as much as she constantly teased him, he was grateful that Lisa had never changed. She was still the innocent young girl who moved from Thailand, and it wasn't long before he found himself treating her like the younger sister he never had.
He had always remained professional when minding the girls and tried his best to never overhear something he shouldn't until they told him themselves. He wanted to maintain that level of trust they had in him.
It went without saying that he liked Jungkook as well, but from what he knew, something had happened and he knew that at some point Lisa was going to tell him the full story. He had to remind himself that he was much older than Jungkook and that if he had hurt Lisa in an unforgivable manner, he as a manager could not beat sense into the boy.
But it didn't matter because his priority was making sure Lisa and the girls were safe at all times, he would wait for Lisa or the girls to let him into what was going on with her.
With a heavy sigh he turned his eyes back to the road and continued his task of taking Lisa to YG HQ. All he knew was he had to deliver her for an important meeting with another agency and their idol who were awaiting her arrival.

Lisa and JB were just as surprised at the sudden impromptu meeting as each other. They were both looking between their respective company presidents who had at that time taken it upon themselves to ignore the young idols as they discussed the finer details of their surprise performance.

Both men acknowledged the implications of such a collaboration, however both had decided that it would bring a positive atmosphere to both companies in the eyes of the public as well as the loyal fans of both groups.
There was no need for a positive front to the public, but both men had a strong friendship and the dance collaboration between Lisa and Got7 would solidify their reputation as being part of the big 3, a title that both JYP and YG held proudly, their past careers as idols themselves made them feel a sense of accountability.
Lisa looked at JB, her eyes wide and searching for an explanation, her own thoughts still pondering what was happening as both men stood to shake hands. Lisa and JB barely having heard a word as they communicated silently with raised eyebrows and the back and forth glances between the friends also stood.
"Ok, that's it then. There's no going back, and I am looking forward to what these two can do." says CEO Park, reaching out to receive the hand of his old friend CEO Yang.
"I'm sure they will do well. You remember, my Lisa here is quite the multi talented idol." YG proudly says, a smirk curled at the corner of his mouth as his hand firmly grips that of JYP.
"She is my secret weapon, the ace of all aces and no there is nothing you could offer that would make me hand her to you Park." YG finishes firmly.
He had long known that JYP was looking at replicating his own version of Lisa within his own company, the problem was there is only one Lisa and she was already signed with YG.
YG felt a sense of smug proudness but he couldn't help it. Idols like Lisa, the type who had the unmistakable draw of someone who possessed an immense amount of x-factor, those people were rare and if you were lucky enough to find such a gem, you grabbed them with both hands and hold on tight because there was always someone waiting to steal them away.
JYP did not reply, he knew better than to goad his old friend. A man he knew to be very competitive and fiercely guarded with his idols, and that made him wonder as to what was so special about the young girl before him despite her obvious skills.
Was Lisa his protege? he thought to himself.
Lisa and JB continued to watch the two men who appeared to enjoy a game of who had the bigger balls. JB wasn't sure what was going on, but he knew that this unplanned and surprise dance performance with Lisa was going to be epic on all levels, he could feel it and he wanted her to be able to enjoy the experience and to completely let herself go.
He remembered watching her as she slept on the plane, the troubled look on her face should not have happened. She appeared to have had a whole range of emotions, all while she slept. He saw what little peaceful slumber she had only to be replaced with a frown not long thereafter and at one point he had placed a hand over hers hoping she would feel his warm hand, allowing her to feel a little more grounded.
As Lisa turned to him his heart did a little somersault as she smiled back in reassurance, and it occurred to him that he hadn't realised her eyes were a little more clearer and alot less troubled than they were when they were last in each other's company in Thailand.
JB continued to stare as he wondered what could have happened in the past few days to have made her appear a lot more calmer and at ease with the whole situation than he was.

Lisa left Yangs office an hour after JYP and JB had left.
Her decision made, she left headquarters feeling alot lighter than when she had arrived.

A week had passed since their meeting and Lisa and JB were well into the practise of their routine.
The movement and flow of their dance told a story of two people who were despite all odds inexplicably drawn to each other.
It told a story of a fledgling love that turned into the love of soulmates and the trust placed into each other.
Even though they had successfully practised every movement both large and small, the wide and narrow, they both felt something magical was still missing. There was something missing; they needed that something to pull it all together, and it had alluded them until JB had an idea and he hoped Lisa would at least try it just once.
JB suggested they added something a little more daring to their performance and at first Lisa was open to the idea however, she decided she may have bitten off a little more than she could chew as he pulled out a bandana from his gym bag and prompted her to turn as he covered her eyes.
She was completely blind, and felt absolutely vulnerable.
"Just trust me Lisa." he mumbled quietly next to her ear.
Their dance performance was based on trust, relying on no one but yourself and to trust your own instincts, that was the foundation of the story. What better way to do that than to be completely blind and vulnerable.
To gain confidence in oneself, to believe in oneself, to trust in oneself, one must take on the arduous and blindly place that trust in the one you know would catch you and never let you fall.
"You can do it Lisa, trust yourself." She heard JB whisper again from the side of her.
"And trust me."
Behind the mask she sees Jungkook however she hears JB and soon both are replaced with the view she saw outside the window of the plane.
Her heart begins to race as she timidly steps forward, her arm reaches out, searching as one foot steps before the other as she imagines the soft bed of clouds beneath her feet peeking between her toes.
She turns her head as she sees herself inside the plane wistfully starting out the window, marvelling at the clouds. They are soft and inviting and they are teasing her to dance further away from the plane as the sad Lisa in the plane looks on.
Trusting herself, Lisa continues to dance not at all aware that to JB, she could not look anymore beautiful as she unknowingly placed trust within herself to dance with confidence and complete freedom and abandonment and that itself made his heart soar proudly.

The two young idols failed to see YG walk away from the dance studio doors, a tiny smile growing on his face.
Lisa was going to be just fine.
