The days passed in a blur for the three lovers, after their confession, they shared many more beautiful moments, despite the fact that none of them thought of ever finding their other half, their relationship moved fast, it progressed and blossomed into something beautiful, the feeling of being cared for truly shocked Eris at the beginning but she got used to it, their love seemed to wake something up inside her, a new feeling and at the end of the beautifully peaceful days, she finally understood what love meant.

Even though it seemed fast she realized that love was more than a word, it meant so much more, she knew now exactly how it felt to be cherished and in spite of her past, she was grateful.

Grateful for the moments she shared with her mates.

And in that moment, while standing between her mates, in front of her pack, she was proud.

Proud of her mates, of herself and her achievements, she didn't feel hollow anymore.

Even though love was the only other sentiment she felt along with the constant pain and hunger for disaster she knew nothing could be more beautiful.

And for the first time in her existence, a smile graced her lips, a smile so pure and bright it made all her pack member stare in awe, even Zeus and Poseidon could feel her smile reflect in their minds, even though they couldn't see it, a sudden light grasped their hearts which made them feel relaxed and unstoppable at the same time.

Hades and Ezra weren't left out as they stood their, their mouths hanging open at the sight.

"How could a simple smile bring so much happiness into the world we would probably never know, my love." Spoke Ezra while raising her hand to his lips to kiss the back of it and her palm.

"But what we do understand is that we met for a reason and everyone should celebrate with us even if only for one minute, for your soul brought us to untouchable happiness." Hades spoke while kissing her forehead.

They both took a step back and admired her for they knew they would forever be grateful for the gift fate brought them.

Eris looked in the eyes of each and every pack member of hers, telling them what she couldn't with her voice.

She was proud of them.

They all went on one knee and bowed their heads so low they almost touched the ground.

OUR QUEEN." They all exclaimed synchronized.

She raised her hand to her heart and went on one knee as well.

Thanking them.

When the unknown man who blessed them with their days together stepped out of the pack house, Eris rose to her feet and greeted him with a tilt of her head.

She turned to her pack members once again and signaled them to get back to their day they all stood up and bowed again, smiling softly at her before leaving.

"We should discuss things inside, my Goddess." He spoke softly.

Eris nodded and followed him, her mates understood that the conversation was confidential and left as well not before pulling her in and kissing her.

"We love you, little Dove." They spoke before disappearing, after all they both had their own kingdoms to deal with.

"Tomorrow is the last blood moon." He spoke once again.

"They knew exactly what I was doing, I didn't want to disturb your time with your mates, Goddess."

He moved softly around her desk and sat down on a uncomfortable chair in front of her.

She took a second to think about his words. She knew he wouldn't be able to distract him for long yet she didn't expect him to realize that fast.

She shook her head with mirth. She knew she couldn't underestimate him.

"The war will start tomorrow, Goddess, and there's nothing we can do to avoid it." He stood up and walked over to her window, watching the sky darkening, all sorts of beautiful colors painting it.

"I haven't seen the beauty this world has to offer in so many centuries." His voice was sad.

"Yet I am thankful for my imprisonment, I had enough time to learn to control myself and my urges. Forgive me my goddess but I can't stop the excitement from seeping in at the thought of this war, it has been too long since the last time I could cause destruction without repercussions." He smiled cruelly.

Eris herself couldn't judge him for her body was thrumming with excitement as well.

"I know you don't want to, but you have to let it out tomorrow." He smirked while turning to face her.

He wandered to her mind, trying to see what she is thinking and he listened to her thoughts.

A laughter boomed out of his chest, so loud it made the walls around them tremble. His delight was impalpable.

He could see it peek at him in her mind, its curiosity was enticing him and his wild side.

He walked towards Eris intending to examine her further, he couldn't help it. He was drawn to her like a moth to a flame.

She stood up as fast at lightning and pinned him to the wall.

The actions speaking to him clearly.

Don't even try.

He laughed again. He knew he was the only one who could call it out of her.

"Come on, my Goddess, I was just trying to see if it was still present." He lied through his teeth, aware of the fact that his Goddess knew his intentions.

The door to her office was slammed open by none other than her Beta.

"Alpha, do you want me to break this scum into two pieces?" He asked in a giddy tone.

His hands were already itching to murder the motherfucker that his Alpha had by his throat.

She could feel her patience running thin.

She loosened her hold on his neck and turned her chair to sit down, awaiting the unavoidable fight.

She sighed and the fight began.

"You should be rotting in those fucking cells you sad excuse of a monster!" Exclaimed Axis while punching him in the face.

"Why my cutie, you surely did miss me. Do you want a piece of this?" He asked pointing to himself while spitting on the floor.

He smiled teasingly, showing his bloodied teeth before jumping on the Beta.

"Hell to the motherfucking yes I want more than a piece of you, a piece to chew on and another to throw in the trash can where it belongs!" Shouted Axis while trying to pull the giant off of him.

Eris was bemused, the fight between those two never seemed to end unless she stopped them.

"Oh come on pretty girl, you know you love me." Smiled the man once again.

Axis was so sick and tired of his bullshit he just wanted to grip his neck and watch his eyes turn lifeless.

He slammed himself to the wall, successfully unlatching the crybaby from him and turned around to grip his hair. His magenta eyes glowed gleefully.

"Of course you're happy you masochist, no wonder you accepted to be locked up, you love the pain you asshole!" Cried Axis while pulling the man to the window.

They fought back and forth, they both were aware of the fact that the man could easily have Axis pinned down at his mercy, while none of them would ever admit it, they both knew they enjoyed the bickering too much to stop it.

Eris watched them unbothered before deciding she has important matters to attend to, she left, disappearing into thin air.

The children obviously forgot all about the war.

"Stop pulling my hair baby, I knew you liked it rough just not this much." He said in mock surprise.

"I will show you rough, you kinky motherfucker.. wait, where did Alpha go?" Asked Axis.

The both stopped and took a step back from each other to look around the office.

"You waste of space, she left and we didn't even notice!" Cried Axis once again before pulling his mortal enemy to the window and throwing him out of it before jumping after him as well.

"I heard that last time when someone was thrown out of the window, you were in my position and my Goddess was in yours, and you call me a masochist." He laughed.

"Oh yes, but I can promise you I will do much more damage to you than Alpha Eris ever did to me, starting with that pretty face of yours that you're so obsessed with." Smiled Axis while throwing another punch to his face.

"So you think my face is pretty, awe, here I was starting to think that my feelings were one sided yet you prove me wrong once again." He ducked under Axis and turned to kick his back, making him fall face first.

"Oh no, my lover!" He cried while bending to Axis's level faking tears.

"Let me show you lover-" Axis stopped dead in his tracks when he saw his mate, Lancia standing in front of them.

He rapidly got up and dusted his pants before walking towards her.

"And what do we have here?" Asked the magenta eyed man while staring at Lancia.

"None of your fucking-" Axis's words were once again stopped by Lancia who put her hands around his waist, hugging him from behind.

"You two are here putting on a show in front of the whole pack while your Alpha is away, informing all the packs about the war?" Her light voice was calm yet her eyes told a whole different story.

"You finally found your mate? I can't believe this, my Goddess first and now you? Next thing you know is I find my mate!" He exclaimed while laughing. He bent over and slapped his knees.

"This is absolute hilari-" he stopped and his mouth fell open at the scent that entered his nostrils, it was addictive, it smelt like blossoming flowers paired with a hint of grass.

His head snapped to his left and only then did he noticed the crowd that was formed around them but that didn't matter when his eyes fell upon a pair of viridian cat like eyes his whole world stopped.

"Mate." Both him and Calysta said.

She didn't waste a second before jumping in his arms.

"Oh how the tables have turned." Smiled Axis evilly.
