Summary: It's over for him, you knew it, Sam knew it, Dream knew it. But if Tommy could just stay alive everything would be okay.
A/n: this is a really short and shitty song fic to make up for my lack of updates. I have got a bunch of ideas and half written drafts but I've just been dealing with a lot of drama right now. I swear I'll be back soon though because I just finished school!
Warnings: blood mentions, abuse, death, anxiety attacks, violence, angst

"Sam can you hear something?" I asked, stopping my movements to see if the noise I heard would repeat it's self.
"No. Why what was it?" Sam said while he stopped his own movements, turning around to look at me inquisitively.
"I thought I might've heard a yell. Don't worry it's probably nothing." I shook my head and bit my lip lightly.
I silently tried to convince myself that nothing was wrong as I squatted down to connect up some red stone.
I was helping Sam try to solve the security breach at the prison. My brother got himself locked in during a visit and I felt like the responsibility of saving him fell on my shoulders since Techno and Phil had ran away and Wilbur's, well, dead.
Then there it was again, a yell.
"Phil! Sam! Y/n! Help!"
It was muffled due to the thickness of the prisons walls but both me and Sam stood up quickly, turning to look at each other.
That was Tommy, no doubt. And he was scared.
Me and Sam looked at each other for a second before the both of us started running in the direction of his voice.
"What could be wrong with him?" I asked as we ran around the corners of the prisons corridors, confused on how Tommy could've found a way to injure himself in the confinement of a prison cell.

"Dreams probably doing something. Fuck I should've moved him." Sam shook his head at himself as he broke into a full sprint.
I looked at him dumbfounded for a second before I followed in his steps, speeding up my own running.
"You didn't separate them! Why the fuck would you not separate them?!" I shook my head at him, running ahead and straight the the leavers outside of Dreams cell.
I pulled down a lever, dropping down the lava curtain, revealing Dream hovering above Tommy. Dreams nose was bleeding, blood dropping onto Tommy's face. You couldn't tell it was Dream's blood though due to the fact Tommy's body was lying limp on the floor, covered in his own blood as Dream rapidly hit his fists into Tommy's face as hard as he could.
I screamed out and stood onto the platform, a distraught Sam following me.
"Tommy! It's okay we're on our way! Just stay alive!" Sam placed a hand on my shoulder, a silent comfort since there was nothing we could do to get there quicker.
When the platform reached the cell the both of us ran off. Sam threw himself at Dream, tackling him off of Tommy and pinning him to the floor.
I skidded to my knees next to Tommy. I pulled him towards me, a gentle hand going behind his head to support him.
I lowered another hand to rest above his mouth, sighing out of relief when I felt his breath on the back of my hand.
"He's breathing." I said while looking over to Sam
"He's not going to survive this." Dream said from underneath Sam's grip, earning himself a harsh push which just produced a laugh from him.
I looked back down at Tommy, watching as his eyes flickered open as I pulled him to lie on my lap.

"Y/n... I'm so sorry for ignoring what you told me..." He reached a bloody hand up to rest on my cheek, wiping away a tear.
I told him that going back to see Dream wouldn't end well for him. I knew everything he went through and I knew that facing it head on wouldn't help. I tried to stop him but it's Tommy, he followed Wilbur with his stubbornness.
I shook my head at him, smiling weakly. There was nothing I could do. Even if I could get him out of the cell he'd die before we could get him help.
"Your my little brother Tommy, your not supposed to listen to what I say." I laughed lightly, trying to raise the mood.
If he died in comforting arms with a smile on his face I wouldn't have completely failed him.
"You taught me how to calm myself down, remember? When I had my first panic attack... you taught me." He smiled weakly as I brought a hand up to rest on the hand that was still lingering on my cheek.
"I know..." I sniffled slightly, trying to ignore how Dream was starting to try and get out of Sams grip behind me.
"I don't want to die Y/n. Please." He let out a sob, trying to reach out to me but his body was too weak.
"I know. Remember what I taught you?" He nodded slightly and I cleared my throat before speaking again.
"1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9." Phil taught me the counting trick when I was ten. I had an anxiety attack at a park and he made me repeat after him to get out of my own head.
I followed the same trick when Tommy came to me after his exile.
"1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9." He repeated after me as his eyes started flickering close, his breathing becoming slower.
"Good. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9." I felt another tear roll down my face as he hesitated, struggling to get the numbers out.
"1, 2, 3..." his hand went limp against my face, only staying out because of my hand."
"1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 ,9." I said frantically, trying to pull him closer to me in an attempt to wake him up.
"Tommy! Tommy come out I can't loose you too. Not like this! Please! Your my brother, I need you... I can't do this without you, please..." I drop my head as Sam pulled me back.
Dream laughed lightly behind me as I fell into Sam, gripping onto his arm for dear life as I let out an heart wrenching scream.
I'd lost another one, I was alone.

Magnus
Updates daily at 23:06 UTC. 2/1/2021 NOTE! This trilogy is being published by Aethon Books starting with book one on 5/1/2021. All books have been removed from RoyalRoad. This story was posted on RR in its entirety before being removed. Magnus Cromwell kills for a living. He’s organized, professional, efficient. Like a machine. But when his family’s life is on the line? That’s something else. That calls for the kind of warm-blooded vengeance that scorches earth and summons tungsten rods from space, leaves a whole lot of melted flesh, and no one to tell the tale. It should've been a blue milk run. As by-the-book as it gets. With his sister Nina out safe and the opposition decimated by hypersonic gunfire, MC wondered where they got the guts to even try. Then something hits him. Lays him out cold, and leaves him waking up to a fantasyland with nothing but his armor and a half-written note to guide him. It's a strange place where even stranger predators eye him for their next meal. Where his life’s on a timer, and where the darkest horrors haunt his dreams, painting visions of death. There's no right day to mess with Magnus Cromwell. But the universe sure managed to pick the absolute worst one. --- - MC is stone-cold, strong(OP), and gets even stronger, but he'll still face his fair share of challenges, both internal and external. - LitRPG-lite. No stats and an unconventional system. Expect abilities and progressions, but there will only ever be a handful of them. - Science Fiction and Fantasy collide, with a touch of mystery, Lovecraft, and body horror. - Professionally painted art scenes! - This series is finished. A Huge thank you to RoyalRoader MikeWe for the banner, and to NoDragons for his help editing the synopsis. Roll for Initiative
Jonathan Johnson has lead a less than comfortable life. Just as things settle down, and things start looking up life has a funny way of sweeping you off your feet. Now Jon negotiates with creatures of yore, trains burgeoning adventurers, raises dragons, and fights off creatures intent to rip the very soul from his body. The worst part is the prophecy regaling him as some sort of evil monstrosity intent on destroying the world, but nobody told him that. ---- This story is a revamp of my original story with the same name. Characters, and plot are very different. I encourage people who dropped the story to give the new version a try. Cover art cred to Sergey-Lesiuk With a slight edit by myself https://www.deviantart.com/sergey-lesiuk/art/fortune-346147525 Schedule: Atleast one chapter week. The Last 100
The bustling crush of humanity had become common place now, the cacophony of voices and the symphony of a city had become the song and dance of our species. But it was not always such, and return back to our more humble roots we did.The system had come, and it had stripped us bare. Sure it had given us a means to power, but at what cost. We were the last 100 left. Night was falling on the human race, it was a dark night, and it was cold. But go quietly we would not. We would make the world burn with an inferno of our defiance. Rage, rage against that goodnight, and I Jack Casser, have rage a plenty. This is my story, the story of the last 100.Author Note: This story is a LitRPG apocalypse, woah fucking original idea I know but hear me out. If you can look past preconceived ideas driven by a stigma of overdone tropes and done to death plots of achieving world domination and self-righteous characters and give the story a chance I hope it can surprise you.
