《Multiskilled (Smp x male reader)》Pre-Wedding

God, is it normal to be this nervous? I asked myself, pacing around my room. This is ridiculous, I'm not even getting married to Wilbur in real life, just in-game. Why is this making me so nervous?!
I need to distress.
"Mom!" I called out, and received a quiet, "yes?" in response. "It's plant time!" I exclaimed and heard quick footsteps coming down the hallway. My mom practically slammed the door open, her eyes shining.
Plant time was a phrase I would use when I felt like gardening. Usually, I would set my camera and stream while gardening, talking to chat while I did. It was a way for me to unwind, and to let my chat get to know me better. Mom usually got pumped about it because it meant that I would be outside for a while, and she could do whatever she wanted.
My garden was located in the front yard, so it got lots of sunlight. I propped my camera up on the brick siding of the garden, positioning it so it faced me.
"Hello everybody!" I chirped, waving, "How's everyone doing?" Looking away briefly, I picked up a small tomato plant, showing it to the camera. "It's plant time you guys," I whispered, and chat seemed excited.
Speaking of plants, have you
ever smoked weed before?
That one took me off guard for a second. Hesitantly, I nodded.
"Yeah, I was actually a big stoner when I was in high school. I stopped when I entered college, though. Smoking too much longer would have messed up my sense of taste. That wouldn't have been good for culinary school, where you have to taste stuff." I said, chuckling.
Taking my shovel, I pushed it into the ground and took up the dirt. I placed the small tomato plant in the hole, and gently pushed down the dirt around the plant. I hummed "Talking to the Moon" to myself as I worked.

The tune increased until I realized that I was actually singing out loud. Chat immediately told me to keep going, so I did.
I know you're somewhere out there
Somewhere far away
I want you back, I want you back
My neighbors think I'm crazy
But they don't understand
You're all I have, you're all I have
At night, when the stars light up my room
I sit by myself
Talking to the moon
Trying to get to you
In hopes you're on the other side, talking to me too
Or am I a fool, who sits alone, talking to the moon
Oh, I'm feeling like I'm famous, the talk of the town
They say I've gone mad
Yeah, I've gone mad
But they don't know what I know
Cause when the sun goes down, someone's talking back
Yeah, they're talking back, oh
At night, when the stars light up my room
I sit by myself
Talking to the moon
Trying to get to you
In hopes you're on the other side, talking to me too
Or am I a fool, who sits alone, talking to the moon
Ah-ah, ah-ah, ah-ahDo you ever hear me calling
(Ah-ah, ah-ah, ah-ah) Oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh
'Cause every night, I'm talking to the moon
Still trying to get to you
In hopes you're on the other side, talking to me too
Or am I a fool, who sits alone, talking to the moon
Oh
I know you're somewhere out there
Somewhere far away...
Finishing the song, I carefully picked up a watering can and let a light rain of water pour over the tiny plant. As I watched the small droplets drip down, I zoned out. The water was very beautiful. Look at it the right way, and it could make rainbows.
After finishing putting the plants in, I cleaned my hands off and logged onto Minecraft. Tommy was online, so I entered the VC.
"Hey!" Tommy exclaimed, and I smiled. "Hey, kid," I whispered.
"Are you tired?" He asked.

"Just a little bit," I said, and Tommy started talking excitedly about the wedding.
Spawning, I looked around, and my eyes came into contact with a pride flag someone had put up. That got me thinking. How should I come out? I mean, I'm comfortable about telling him, and he's very supportive...
Fuck it. I'm going to rip it off like a band-aid.
"Hey Tommy," I said, and he paused, waiting for whatever I was going to say.
"I have something to tell you... I am Panromantic Asexual. I have romantic attraction for any gender, but I feel no sexual attraction. I hope this doesn't make you uncomfortable, having an LGBTQ+ adult figure. I mean, there's Eret and a few others, but I don't know exactly how close you are to them."
Tommy just looked at me with a blank stare, blinking slowly. Then, he smiled and spoke. "I mean, well, yeah. I had a feeling. But that kind of stuff doesn't matter to me. I support you, don't worry da-"
He cut himself off, and he looked horrified.
I stared at Tommy for a second before pointing at him. "Did you just call me dad?"
"NO!" He denied, a clear embarrassment in his voice.
I just shot him a smug look, causing Tommy to look away. That caused me to laugh, "Anyway Tommy, you agreed to be the ring bearer, do you know what to do?"
Tommy nodded vigorously, "Yep. Walk up the aisle while Michael spreads the flower petals. Wait for Eret to declare you husband and husband, then give each of you the rings. Then I just wait on the side."
I gave him a thumbs-up, "Yeah, something like that."
"How long until the wedding starts anyway?" Tommy asked, I pulled a clock out of my inventory. "About... oh, crap. Two hours!" I screeched, grabbing Tommy's hand and dragging him down the street. "Woah!" Tommy yelled, stumbling behind me, trying to keep his footing.
I stopped, his legs were a lot shorter than mine was. "Get on my back," I said, and Tommy gave me a double-take. "Huh?"
"Get on my back, I have longer legs, we'll get there sooner." I said, and soon I could feel the weight of a seventeen-year-old boy clambering onto my back.
I grabbed his legs, holding him tight, and started to run. Wind whipped my hair into my face, which I ignored. Tommy was screaming loudly, and hurt my ears.
Slowing down, I let Tommy slide off my back. We were in front of a building that resembled a kind of church. I was instantly hustled inside by Niki, Puffy, and Eret. Puffy shoved me into a seat, and Eret held up a makeup brush with a glow in their eyes.
Uh-oh.
"Y'know? This isn't that bad." I said, turning my head to look at my reflection. Eret had applied a light white eyeshadow and mascara. It took a while, but I looked good.
Puffy had wound my hair into a braid, and then twisted it into a fancy bun, placing sparkling gems into it.
And finally, Niki had made a dark gray suit. It was beautiful. It was all amazing, they did wonderfully. "Thank you," I whispered. They all smiled and left the room. Looking at myself, I realized something.
Being married in Minecraft is actually probably the closest I'll ever get to actually being married. I had never actively persued relationships, they just kind of happened. I don't actually know if I ever have the intention of marrying anyone, it's just not a huge thing for me.
Being with my friends and those who care about me... that's enough.
I stood at the doorway, picking at my nails.
Only a little while longer...
"Ok U/n, you're up," Niki whispered, gesturing for me to exit the room. I fixed my suit and took a deep breath, leaving the room. Technoblade was leaning against the doorframe, waiting.
Phil was Ghostbur's father, and today, Techno was going to be my father figure. Even though he was more like a brother to me. Making eye contact with me, he spoke. "You ready to go?" Techno asked, and I nodded.
"I'm ready."

An old man's new world
An old man on his deathbed has many regrets, but the one thing he regrets the most is not fulfilling his sense of adventure. What would he do if given a new change? I always try to make the characters as realistic as possible by giving them lives of their own and motivations for doing different actions, but because I'm a new author, I might miss a few things, so please, feel free to tell me if something feels fake or unrealistic. I also write as a hobby, and my motivation tends to go up and down. If I'm not feeling motivated, I won't force myself to write. This means that the upload schedule might have abrupt gaps and sudden spurts.

Luck And Chronomancy
Time Magic is the best magic as everyone knows, although there are lots of unique Talents in the world. Most people only remember Haste because it is hard to get to higher Phases of Chronomancy. That is still enough to make the Talent iconic. A lucky enough Aleatory Talent can position you for greatness or leave you languishing in obscurity. The only true equality in the world is when that glowing message pops up at 8 years old. Even if it doesn't activate until you are an adult at 16 you still know. Sure you can find a new dungeon spawn and get another chance at a rare Talent, even this one, but you have to already be ready to delve into the *Far Wilds*, which is far easier with wealth or family power. This is the story of where my good fortune took me and the difference it made, even among a party of 7 others including an Arcanist. It is a journey of magic and monsters but also math, which some think is actually worse. Luckily I was born with Intelligence and Focus as my personal traits, and my parents were scholars. Of course Chronomancy can also be a frontline combat talent. Versitility well beyond other Elder Talents like Gravity, Abstraction, or Arcana. Might could have worked for me, too. I also met a runaway princess. All the best adventures have a princess. She hated being a noble and we didn't get married but it still counts. Besides she really filled out our front line. All that Leadership training came in handy. I still don't know where she's from. Who cares? How well Haste goes with giant hammers is what's important. I never learned much about anyone in the party, except the one I grew up with. I'm not a people person. I just wanted to optimize dungeon clearing time. *******Story Details******* No romance, politics, or traumatizing content, slice of life, or even dialogue. 1st person narration, like a guide/adventure log. 2000-7000 words a day, maybe 40-60% rpgish combat log with some reasoning on combat decisions, with the rest character Talent discussion and progression stuff. 8 person party with a decent variety in roles. Party members usually have 2 primary functions. Told from the support/control Chronomancer's perspective. Each party member will have 6 Basic/Background Traits, then 3 actual Talents with abilities. Capstone from their Educational Institution, Arbritrary as a gift from the temples, and Aleatory which is decided at birth, revealed at 8, and activated after adulthood at 16. Aleatory Traits ignore requirements and are random why is why they are so important. They'll gain new Talents from finding Dungeons to consume in the *Wilds*. Mature dungeons in cities can provide *Challenges* to raise the Phase of a Talent, up to 3 times from 1 to 4. Each character will get to roughly 8 non-Trait Talents. Attributes come exclusive from Talents, are required by Talents, and provide various effects as well. I designed about 220 Talents with abilities, 4 in each of 4 phases. "Traits" are just Attribute stuff. I'm not sure how many will be detailed in the story, more than 100 for sure. I used Talents because I want to be free of the legacy of tabletop. Half those rules are just because of the limitations inherent in a pre-computer ttrpg. This story mostly uses combat Talents, although like 1/3 of the 220 are for crafting and other society and economy stuff. If you really wanted to be a Thief you might take Intuition, Awarness, and Might for Basic Traits and Deftness, Manipulation, and Trickery for Family/Education. Then you'd pick Acrobatics, and Climbing for Educational Capstone and Arbitrary traits. You Aleatory Trait might be Shadow(Light/Dark) Magic, Umbramancy. A Bard might swap Dexterity for Charisma, Music for Acrobatics, and have gotten Illusion(Shadow/Sound(Air/Force)) for their Aleatory Trait.

Meet the Delvers, a small community of humans that have been selected for entry in the dungeons that lay beneath the surface of our world.
