I feel like I'm not very good with pacing, am I moving too fast? Suggestions would be really appreciated.

/3rd person POV/
"U/n, U/n," Tubbo said, poking M/n in the side.
M/n's character waved him off, and the real M/n messed with his camera. "Hold on a minute, Tubbs. I'm trying to set up my camera, chat says it's crooked."
"Tubbs? You have a nickname for him?" Ranboo inquired, trailing after M/n, Tubbo, and Tommy. He insisted on staying at the back because his legs were longer, so he could catch up easier. M/n was leading the group through cave systems, sending the boys in pairs through the tunnel.
"Yeah, why not? It gets boring just to say "Tubbo" over and over," M/n said, "I can give you a nickname if you want." Ranboo thought for a second before nodding. M/n considered the options, before choosing one.
"How about "Boo"? Like a ghost? You are kind of a mob."
Ranboo shrugged, "Not bad, how about Tommy?" "I don't want a fuckin nickname!" Tommy protested, stabbing a zombie that had wandered through.
M/n flicked his face, making Tommy flinch. "Too bad, you're getting one anyway... How about "Kid"? It's pretty hard to shorten your name, and Kid just matches."
Tommy just shot M/n a death glare, which M/n ignored. "Fine," Tommy huffed, "But if you call me that around other people, I'll kill you."
"Sure kid", M/n said. "I swear I'll do it!" Tommy barked, but he was smiling, so M/n didn't take him seriously. An enderman walked up next to M/n, causing Tommy to freak out and try to stab it.
M/n waved him away and looked at the enderman. Making eye contact, it strangely didn't attack. It only made a cooing noise and disappeared. Tommy looked at M/n funny.

What the...?
"Hey guys", Ranboo said, catching their attention, "Tubbo and I were talking. Chat wants us to do MediaShare, you in?"
M/n shrugged, "Why not? I can set it up if you want." Which got nods of agreement from the three boys. M/n started working on setting up, removing his headset as he did so. The minors took this time to talk.
"What do you guys think of U/n so far?" Ranboo asked, mining a chunk of iron.
"He's very nice!" Tubbo chirped, rocking back and forth on his feet, "What do you think Tommy?"
Tommy bit the inside of his cheek, thinking. "He's alright."
Ranboo snorted, "Tsundere."
"Wha-"
"I'm back!" M/n announced, slipping his headset back on. The boys instantly went silent. "Are you guys ready?" He asked, getting a unanimous "yes" from the three of them. "Okay", he said, "the first video."
"pIdGeOn!" M/n mocked, pausing as Tommy coughed his lungs out. "You good kid?" "Yes..." Tommy squeaked out.
"Come down today, and try some corn, or we will sacrifice your newborn. AHHH!" M/n and Tubbo sang in unison.
"Ranboo... that thing was called a whisk," M/n said, looking at Ranboo with a dead expression.
"SHUT!"
"Hey, U/n." Tommy said, getting his attention, "I bet I can find a song that you won't know." M/n smiled, "Bet, I am a music master."
Tommy went silent for a second, "This is the fast part of Rap God. Sing or die."
M/n smirked, he knew this one.

Uh, summa-lumma, dooma-lumma, you assumin' I'm a human
What I gotta do to get it through to you I'm superhuman?
Innovative and I'm made of rubber
So that anything you say is ricochetin' off of me
And it'll glue to you and
I'm devastating, more than ever demonstrating
How to give a motherfuckin' audience
A feeling like it's levitating
Never fading, and I know the haters are forever waiting
For the day that they can say I fell off, they'll be celebrating'Cause I know the way to get 'em motivated
I make elevating music, you make elevator music
There was a few seconds of stunned silence. "No fuckin way!" Tommy screeched, grabbing the collar of M/n's shirt, shaking him back and forth. He did struggle through, because M/n was like, two feet taller than him.
"How did you do that?" Ranboo asked, and Tubbo stared in silence. "I like to listen to music while I cook", M/n shrugged, "It's not a huge deal. Sometime's I'll listen to a song over and over until I remember it."
"Now that's what I like to see," M/n said, causing the minors to stare at him in shock, all of them taking a step back.
"What? I may be motherly most of the time, but I like destruction on occasion."
"I think that's enough MediaShare for one day," Ranboo said warily, to which the others agreed. "Oop. Looks like I missed some dono's." M/n said, "I'm gonna mute for a little while."

If you could have any superpower,
what would it be?
"I would probably have to go with shapeshifting. People would usually say, maybe like Superstrength or Superspeed. But if you shapeshift into the right thing, you could have either of those. Say maybe... gorilla for strength, cheetah for speed."

Do you enjoy your jobs?
"Yes, I do. Streaming is personally more fun sometimes though. Being a chef can get stressful."

Why did that enderman leave you alone?
M/n shrugged, "Not sure, might have something to do with my in-game parents."
He refused to clarify.

Why do you wear a mask?
Besides keeping yourself anonymous.
M/n's smile faded a small bit. "Well, the main reason, yes, is to keep my face a secret. But another reason, you see how there's kind of a mesh over the eyes of the mask I'm wearing right now?" He asked, gesturing to his face.
"It's so that no one can see me cry. No one will ever see me cry again."

The Errant Otherworlder Watanabe
“In this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death, taxes and trucks whom transport men to other worlds.” Meet our titular protagonist Haruto Watanabe, a man who has all the markings of a good protagonist for a generic portal fantasy story. As an overworked office worker, to escape from the grips of crippling capitalist alienation, he had taken up to reading many stories where young men like him were transported to other worlds and enjoyed their lives at a most leisurely pace. Armed with genre-awareness and (what he believes to be) a marketable personality which would make him an easy audience self-insert, he longed for the day the isekai express would take him to his long-awaited adventure to another world. When the fateful day came, where the fair yet harsh mistress that is the fabled truck took Watanabe on one last date to the other side, he was most ready to escape his previous life, ready to embark on an errant so great he’d be most overpowered, his heroics so exceptional and his harem so vast that they would barely fit ten or twenty volumes of an overly long novel made by a desperate author looking for quick cash. Lo and behold however, Watanabe instead found himself in a low fantasy world which lacked severely in the department of any game-like systems, cheat skills or easily charmed damsels in distress. In a setting so antithetical to his established genre savviness or any attempts at power fantasy, how will a man like Watanabe, lacking in strength, wits and courage, manage to survive in a land most foreign to him? This is my first time trying to share to the wider world what I’ve written, and I hope you’ll enjoy reading the errantry of Watanabe as much as I enjoy writing about them. I'll be posting one chapter per week on Sundays, along with extra chapters whenever I get the chance to write more than usual.
