Nail Salon

I was out getting my nails done. I booked the earliest appointment possible with my nail tech so that I could have most of my birthday to myself. I was getting both my nails and feet done today.

I decided to pamper myself most of the day since it was needed and it's my day anyway. Marcel has something planned for me around 6 so I tried to have my bookings set way before then.

After this I had a hair appointment at 11, spa appointment at 2, and I was going to do a little shopping.

I told my mom and the girls about my unsurprising surprise pregnancy. They were excited.

It was crazy though I wasn't showing at all but then again I wasn't even two months yet.

I was taken out of my thoughts by my phone ringing. I tapped on my airpods answering it.

"Heyyy princess! Happy Birthday!" My mama yelled into the phone. I heard my dad (Jerome) in the background yelling it too.

"Thanks you guys!" I said excitedly but not too loud given that I was in a public setting.

"So what's the birthday girl doing today?" My mama asked.

"Well right now I'm getting my nails done then after I have a hair appointment then another appointment at the spa. Then I'm gonna do a little shopping and Marcel has something for me later." I said smiling for ear to ear.

"Aww okay sounds like a busy but happy birthday." She said smiling.

"Yeahhh." I said.

"Well I'll talk to you later honey I just wanted to call and say happy birthday beautiful." She said and I cheesed.

"Thank you mama. I love you I'll talk to you later." I said.

"I love you too baby." She said and then she hung up.

After some time my nails were done, now it was on to my feet.

12pm

I was halfway done with my hair. I was thanking everyone who was texting me happy birthday.

I thought about my spa treatment later, I was in dying need of one and I was so looking forward to it.

As I was getting my wig installed, I got a call from Mia.

"Happy Birthday cousinnn!" She yelled.

"Thank you cuz!" I said.

We spoke a little until I finished my hair and then we hung up.

I paid my hairstylist and then I made my way to the spa.

About 30 minutes later I pulled up to Luxury Thai Spa.

I walked in and gave the receptionist my name and some of the workers called my name after some time waiting.

I started off getting a facial which felt amazing, then I was in a mud bath.

After about an hour and a half, it was time for my massage.

6pm

I had just pulled up to the house after pampering myself for most of the day and buying myself things.

When I unlocked the door and went in the house, there were roses and candles and note cards all over the house.

I picked up the first note card that was in front of the front door.

Hey baby, happy birthday. Enjoy these little treats of following the paths and note cards until you reach your surprise. First, follow the roses.

I smiled and followed the roses that lead into the kitchen.

There was a glass of wine sitting next to a piece of cake. I smiled and read the note card next to it.

Don't eat the cake yet, grab the wine and the cake and follow the candles.

I chuckled. I know this boy was not about to put daddy on every single note card.

I tried my hardest to pick up the wine and the birthday cake with all the bags I had in my hand from shopping. I succeeded.

I followed the candles up the stairs, blowing them out one by one, and they lead to the bedroom where I saw I whole bunch of bags from different stores sitting on the bed. I cheesed at the bags on the bed.

He didn't have to get me all this stuff. I thought to myself in aw.

I put the glass on wine down and the cake and picked up the notecard next to the bags.

I know you went shopping, just set your bags down with the rest of your gifts. I hope you didn't eat the cake yet not drank that wine. There's a red dress in the black bag, and some heels in the tan bag, put them on and come to the backyard. Bring the cake and wine with you.

I cheesed again. He was too much. I did as told and set my bags down and got ready.

After getting ready, I grabbed the plate with the piece of cake and the wine glass and made my way to the backyard.

After walking down the steps and walking out the back door, my heart melted and I almost cried.

There were lights all in the trees that lit the backyard so well. There were rose pedals around and Marcel was standing there, staring at me.

"Baby..." I started. I was on the verge of tears because of how beautiful everything was.

"Set the cake and the wine on the table ma." He said and I did as told.

"Now walk to me." He said and I started to walk towards him.

As I walked towards him he reached his hand out and I took it.

"You look... beyond beautiful tonight baby." He said and I cheesed. "Words can't even define how beautiful you look right now." He added and I looked away trying not to cry and I didn't want him seeing how ward I was blushing.

"Baby... what's all this?" I said smiling and he smiled and looked down at my hand on his.

He then kneeled on one knee.

"Baby I know you're not proposing again *laughing* we're already married." I said and he chuckled and shook his head.

"No I'm not proposing Jada." He said. Then he took out two ring boxes out of his pocket and took them both out. One was a big diamond and one was a smaller diamond.

"Jada, I love you. And I decided to get you an upgraded ring, with my new promises that I made to you. I told you months ago I will spend the rest of my life making things up to you for everything I did and I meant it. That ring you have on now I have to you and still lied and did you dirty. This ring is solidified with my promises and my truth. I will never hurt you again Jada, I'll do everything in my power not to." He said and took the old ring off my finger, putting the new one with the big diamond on it.

I shed a few tears by how sweet that was.

"Aww thank you baby I love you." I said and he took my hand back.

"I'm not done. This next ring, I'm going to put on top of that one, promises to love you and our children unconditionally and protecting you guys with my life until I'm six feet under." He said and put the ring with the small diamond on top of the new one he just put on my finger.

He then stood back up and I kissed him passionately.

"I love you." I said to him.

"I love you too." He said.

I didn't even notice the food on the table when I put the cake and stuff down.

We went to the table and sat down to eat.

"Baby this is good, you made this?" I asked him as I ate.

"Yes I did. I'm glad you like it." He said.

We ate and talked and sipped the wine.

"Baby this birthday was absolutely amazing. You amaze me more and more everyday." I said to him.

"It's my job to make you feel like a queen everyday, and even more like a queen on your special day. Happy Birthday gorgeous." He said and I cheesed.

"Thank you babe." I said and we kissed again.

After we ate he brought the plates in the house and turned plugged out the lights in the backyard.

We walked in and he hugged me from behind.

"Now let's go make love." He whispered in my ear.

I smiled and we started to make our way upstairs while kissing.

I love this man so much.
