As the monsters were approaching towards the village, Akiara and Mizuki looked each other and ran towards them. Both gave off holy aura which their holy swords glowed in golden color. They jumped in the air and shouted, "Purification!" both of their sword stabbed the ground. The ground cracked and a light blinded the whole area. All the monsters were dissipated.

"Hm?" the blonde-haired mage felt a strong holy presence in the distance. He walked towards the balcony to see who it was. He took a spyglass and started seeing from where the presence is coming from. He noticed a golden flames radiating from faraway. He zoomed the lens to see it even more clearly. He could see two female adventurers standing.

"That girl..... she is holding Arnon's holy sword." he smirked, "Looks like the hero and her aide arrived sooner than expected. This is gonna be fun." he climbed the parapet. His crimson eyes were glowing even brighter and hands engulfed in red flames, "Let's make it even more fun. Let me see what you both can do." he threw red flames on the ground.

Suddenly three giant stone humanoid with monstrous faces golems were created. Their hands changed to axe, scythe and large boulder. "GO! Kill them!" he gestured his hands to go.

They started charging towards Akiara and Mizuki. They noticed the ground was shaking vigorously. They tried to keep their balance when Akiara's intuition told her a large boulders were coming towards them. Her eyes glowed even brighter as she ran towards it and slashed it into two pieces. Both started fighting against them. Their strength were quite vast than theirs. They could only avoid their blows while trying to strike them.

"Hahahahaha!!! I didn't had fun for a while!" the blonde-haired mage laughed seeing them struggling while fighting against them.

Akiara ran climbing the golem's leg. She dodged its attack as the golem was trying kill her. It broke its leg while trying to kill her. Her balance got disrupted as it lost its leg but it didn't stop her. She managed to grip on a stone. She climbed its body and reached its shoulder. She jumped in the air and held her sword in diagonal way, "Divine slash!" she slashed off its head. As it's head was lopped off, it's body crumbled down. As she was falling off, Mizuki jumped and caught her on time. She landed on the ground.

"Thanks."

"No problem." She winked. She smiled seeing her playful nature.

"Let's finish this. Shall we?" Akiara asked.

"Yes." both charged towards the other two golems. Both started clashing against them. After few moments of fighting against them they came back with scars on their body and were panting.

"Hahahahahah...... look at your faces! It is amusing to see the hero and aide struggling against golems!" the blonde-haired mage mocked them.

They looked towards the source of the sound. The blonde-haired mage was flying above them.

"Who are you?" Akiara asked.

"I'm Hayden. One of the six dark emperor and a world's best mage." He proudly introduced himself.

"I see." Mizuki replied, "I didn't expect he would show up in front of us."

Hayden came down and walked towards them. His fingers running through Mizuki's jawline, "You are quite pretty for a hero."

Mizuki slapped his hands, "Thanks. But I'm not interested in you." she grabbed Akiara's wrist and pulled her closer bringing her to side hug, "You see... she is my wife."

Akiara looked at her in shock. She was blushing. Hayden tapped his chin thinking, "Is it even legal for girls...... to love each other?"

"I don't know about that...... but I love her and........ wait a minute.... why are you even bothered about it?" she glared at him.

"Well.... that's because I never fell in love.... so I don't know anything about love."

"I see." she slowly took steps back, "Anyways I enjoyed talking to you. Goodbye." she snapped her fingers.

"Wait-" Akiara tried to stop her but they got teleported.

They appeared in midair. They were falling off from the sky.

"Idiot! In order to teleport you must picture where you will teleport!" Akiara shouted.

"I'm sorry! The only thing that came in my mind was to escape! But I didn't think we will be flying!" Mizuki shouted back.

"AAAAHHHHH!!" Both screamed as they fell on the trees. Both were hanging on trees. Mizuki giggled awkwardly. Akiara's face clearly showed she was angry and annoyed. Suddenly the tree branch broke and they fell down.

"Ouch!" both writhed in pain. They flipped and stared at the trees.

"We both must rest for a while." Mizuki suggested.

"Mmhmm." They closed their eyes. They dozed off since they were exhausted from fighting. Akiara woke up. It was night. Mizuki set up fire. She was roasting rabbit meat.

"You woke up?"

"Yeah." she flinched in pain. She handed her a piece of meat.

"Thanks." she took a bite. she nodded liking the taste, "Not bad for first timer." she complimented.

"Thanks." she grinned scratching her chin.

After they finished eating, Mizuki sat beside her and looked at the bonfire. Akiara glanced at her. She was fast asleep on her shoulder. She intertwined her fingers with hers. She mumbled, "Heal." slowly all her wounds started to heal. She kissed top of her head, "You did great back there. I'm expecting great things from you. If you defeat the evil god then maybe...." she looked at the starry sky, ".... you will be recognized as a hero not a monster." she smiled and closed her eyes.

Next morning they got up and continued their journey since they were stranded. They didn't even know where they are. They kept on walking. Mizuki groaned, "I'm exhausted. Where are we even?"

"It's your fault. Figure it out yourself." She replied sternly.

"Uggghhh...." she groaned.

They continued walking nowhere for two weeks until Akiara noticed some people in distance. She grabbed Mizuki's wrist and started running towards them.

"Where are we going?" Mizuki asked.

"I saw some people. We are going towards that direction." Akaira replied.

"Excuse me! Wait!" Akiara shouted getting their attention. As they got closer she recognized those faces. It was Akane's party and her friends.

"Akiara?" Suki-san recognized her voice. They stopped running catching their breathe.

"Hey guys." Mizuki spoke.

"Big sis!!" Arrow ran towards Akiara and hugged her tightly.

"Hey Arrow! Its good to see you. You seem like.... you grew up again...?" Akiara ruffled his hair.

"Y-yeah." Arrow replied blushing.

"Gosh, even your voice has become deep." She chuckled.

"Welcome back." Cordelia said with a smile.

"Thanks." Akiara replied. She noticed Suki-san and Mizuki were in glaring contest. She shook her head and shrugged off, "Let's go guys." She patted Arrow's back walking with him. Cordelia also followed her. Akane and her group glared at Akiara with envy. They also walked away.

Suki-san and Mizuki noticed they were walking away. "Hey wait for us!!" they ran towards them.

After travelling for weeks, they reached Kastron empire. Two giant stone golems stood on guard in front of the gate. "How are we supposed to get pass them?" Arrow asked.

"Well..... it's the heroes job to slay monsters right?" Akiara replied.

"But-" Akane was cut off.

"We are just adventurers who are just helping the heroes from behind the scene. Why don't you figure out a plan?" Akiara continued. Akane glared at her.

"You are right. It is our job to kill monsters." Suki-san spoke trying to break the tension between them.

"Fine then we charging towards them." Arrow replied.

"Great!" Cordelia clapped her hands with a smile, "What are we waiting for? Let's go!!" she ran towards them. Even Akiara, Mizuki, Arrow and Suki-san followed her leaving Akane and her group behind.

The stone golems got alerted and charged towards them. Suki-san took out her holy sword and dodged the axe and jumped on top of it. She managed to scathe it with few slashes. Arrow, Akiara, Mizuki and Cordelia were attacking scythe golem. They were attacking as team. Arrow showed his hand. Akiara stepped on it and jumped high. Her eyes glowed as she attacked it. It deflected it with scythe. She winked at it and flipped landed on the ground. It looked alarmed as it saw Mizuki. She slashed off its head, "Holy light." it's body crumbled down as the head fell on the ground. Suki-san slashed off it limbs then its head. They hi-fived each other enjoying the victory. Akane and her group arrived looking unhappy. Then they entered the empire only to be waiting for more skeletons and golems.

Hayden was watching the sight with spyglass. He smiled, "It seems like we meet again.... hero and aide."

Akiara's and Heroes group started fighting against the monsters. As they kept on fighting against them but the waves of monsters seemed to be endless. They were exhausted but kept on fighting.

Akiara shouted, "Everyone! Retreat!"

"What retreat?! But-"

"We won't be able to eliminate them all at once. We must lea-!?" suddenly the gates closed behind them.

"What the?!" Suki-san looked confused and alarmed.

"Don't even think about leaving this place!" Hayden shouted cheerfully.

They whipped their heads towards the source of the sound. Hayden was sitting at the edge of the house rooftop. He was smiling with his eyes closed. Mizuki clenched her teeth seeing his presence in front of everyone. She feared that if he tells everyone that she and Akiara are the real heroes. Hayden smirked seeing her expression. He appeared in front of her and whispered in her ears, "Don't worry. You're secret is safe with me."

Her eyes grew wide hearing it. She pushed him away. She took out her sword and pointed at him.

"Hahahahaha...... you are quite fun to mess with!" Hayden commented. "Alright then... let's play a small game." he snapped his fingers causing the ground to shake.

They looked at each other as they tried to keep their balance. A magic circle appeared underneath their feet. A large hole was made and they fell off the abyss. Everyone fell in different directions.

"If you manage to find a way out then the portal that's taking humans for sacrifice will be closed and I will surrender myself." Hayden shouted down the hole. He waved his hands as the hole closed making them trap inside it.
