《Songbird (PeterPan//OUAT)》Burned

"You screwing with me, Pan." I sing-songed as I walked into the now vacant camp. "You knew i'd go looking for Henry so you moved him, that was what the trees were warning me about, right?" I cackled as I played with the fire in my hands. "Hide-and-Seek is over now lads, come out, come out wherever you are." Pan came out from the trees with a smug expression as he walked up to me. I sneered, "I should've burned you when I had the chance." I raised my hand and threw the fireball at him. My eyes glowing a bright white. Pan dodged it, narrowly. He gave me a mock-scolding look as he pointed at me. "Didn't your parents ever tell you not to play with fire?" I pulled water out of the air around us before turning it into three sharp icicles, "Don't point, Pan, after all, there is always three pointing back at you." With that said I released my hold on the icicles and they flew towards the young-looking demon. The sharp ice pierced his clothes, causing him to be thrown back and lodged into the tree. I glared at him as an arrow came whizzing at me. I caught it, inches from my throat. "Don't forget, Pan," I said his name with such venom that it ignited the power within me and caused the arrow to burst into flames, "I am fire. And we all know what fire does." With that said, I turned and walked away. The ashes of the arrow lying in a pile on the ground in front of the hellraiser.
I walked on through the dark forest as I listened to the trees' directions on where to find the group. I got there just in time to see Emma, sitting on a stump with everyone surrounding her. "Emma, don't be afraid to say, come on." Regina rolled her eyes, "As long as she gets me my children back I won't think about roasting her into oblivion." Emma straightened her back, "I am the Savior." I laughed out loud. "Someone's getting a little cocky." Regina smiled wide and laughed heartily at my witty remark before running up to me and throwing her arms around my shoulders. "Where have you been?" She questioned as she held onto me. "Oh, you know, reminiscing in my years here as Pan's prisoner for his amusement, no biggie." I stated sarcastically. The older woman rolled her eyes at my sarcasm. "Well Regina, what do you expect me to say after I suddenly went missing as we were walking semi-peacefully into the jungle with a dark demon-like boy after us. The answer is pretty obvious." Emma turned to me with a fake smile. "Glad to know your alive, did you see Henry?" I glared at her, "No, Pan knew of the trees' whispered warnings so he moved him before I could get to him." Her false smile fell back into a frown as the sickly looking woman turned back to the parchment in front of her. "By the way, becoming self-centered isn't going to make that map appear." I said as I hugged Hook. She glared at me, "Any pointers?" I smiled brightly and kneeled down in front of her, "A few. Such as: remember who you grew up thinking you were. How you felt. Your thoughts. All the orphanages and foster homes. How each one was worst than the last." Emma looked at me in disbelief.

"How did you know all of that?"
"We may not like each other but we have an understanding, we were both scared, lonely, and lost. We were lost girls trying to find a path. Although I'm older and have more scars than you do, all from torture, mind you, we understand the others feelings." She nodded and looked down at the paper, "I'm lost. I don't know what to feel about finding my parents, or the fact that their Prince Charming and Snow White. I'm lost and I don't know what to do, especially when it comes to finding Henry."
I smiled as the map started to appear; but it soon disappeared once I saw where Pan was keeping our family. The Echo Caves. "Bloody Hell."
"You know, normal teenagers are worrying about what they're going to wear on Monday, but no, I am here, fighting off a teenage demon. How fun." I said as I walked through the green leaves to the Echo Caves. "We should set up camp." Snow suggested. I shook my head as the trees around me kindly put their leaves out of the way for us. Thanking them, I turned back to Snow, "We musn't. In order to get to the caves in time we must keep going." Everyone sighed. "You lot will thank me later."
When we arrived at the caves the sun was just about done setting. Its circular shape turned crescent because of the trees. I turned away from the beauty of nature and to the entrance of the caves. I took the first few steps in while everyone else followed. "This is how these caves work. In order to make the bridge we have to say our deepest, darkest secrets. Its meant to tear us apart from the inside by our own mistrust. Whatever is said here, can not affect this mission, am I clear?" Everyone nodded frightfully. We stepped into the huge cavern and spied the cage resting on a rock in the middle. Everyone looked at each other, not knowing whose to go first. Snow ended up going, then Charming, Emma, Regina, then Hook, and finally, me. I took a deep breath before speaking, "Somewhere along the way, while I was captured, before and after the curse, I fell in love with Peter." Nothing happened. I growled, "Bloody bloke! What else do you want me to say Pan?" Regina and Hook tapped my shoulder, "Everyone knew you had some sort of feelings for the demon Haven." I growled, "Well what does he want me to say?! That is the only secret I've kept from you lot." A crash sounded behind us. I whipped around, my long brown hair flying in my face. The bridge was diminishing. "Haven," Emma growled, her sword pointed at me, "say it!" I glared at her, "Put your sword down Swan! I'm a lot more powerful than 'The Savior'!" The bridge that disappeared, reappeared. "What do you mean?" Everyone questioned. I sighed and looked to the top-right side of the cavern. Knowing Pan was perched on his rock, pipe flute in hand, listening. "This is what you wanted right lad?" I sighed. Faintly, I could here his devilish chuckle. I turned back to the group, "Do you know how everyone jokes about balance, karma, and fate?" They nodded. "I'm the balancer. I keep everything in the world in line. I'm the one that decides the revenge. I'm the one that controls the entire soul-mate meeting. I'm vital to nature." The ground beneath us rumbled as the bridge met with the rock in the middle. No one moved. Everyone was too flabbergasted to. "So you're Mother Nature?" Charming questioned. I nodded, "In a way, yes. I am. I am Mother Nature."
