Damien's pov:

Mr Watsons left and both Savannah and I were looking at the plans. I glanced at her again and she was looking at the table, thinking hard.

"Which one do you like?" I asked breaking the silence. She snapped out of her thoughts and looked at me.

"Honestly, I don't know. Like I don't want to sound picky but all the option won't make it better for them. Like some things will remain missing." She explained and I furrowed my eyebrows.

"What do you have in mind?" I asked curiously.

"I actually like the second plan but the kids need a backyard. They are already used to play outside and at their age, they should have this opportunity." She sighed.

"I get it, I kinda like the idea of them sharing the big room. They already share their usual rooms so it won't bother them." I added and she nodded.

"I know and then Mrs Janet can look after them without having to run back and forth to different rooms." She said and looked at the plans. She was looking at a specific place and it was the unused land behind the orphanage.

"If only we could have half of that land." She murmured but I heard her.

She wasn't wrong. If we have that property, the builder would be able to use all the orphanage's land and make it better. Then with the other property, we could make their backyard and add some games.

"I can do that," I said and her head snapped toward me.

"What?" She asked confused.

"I can get that property for the orphanage," I explained and she eyes lit up.

"Are you sure?" She asked and I shrugged.

"I can negotiate with the owner and get it," I said and she nodded.

"Well then, I guess we can agree on the second model." She said and I nodded.

The door opened and Mr Watsons walked in. He went back to his seat and put his parcel on the floor next to him.

"Did you decide what you wanted?" He asked and we nodded.

"We want the second one," I said and he nodded.

"When do you want us to start?" He asked and I shrugged.

"Whenever you can," I said and he reached out to grab his diary. He turned the pages and looked at the dates.

"I can start on Saturday." He said.

Today was Tuesday, so we have four days to make the kids move out and buy all the things that they might need at the mansion.

"That would be great," Savannah replied and I nodded.

"Decided then. I'll be there on Saturday. You can have this plan with you, I have another copy for myself. You can give this one to your interior designer and they will get an idea on how to decorate the inside. If you have anything to add or to remove, you can call me and tell me in the first three weeks." He said and I grabbed the plan from his hand.

I need an interior designer now...

"Thank you," Savannah said and Mr Watsons nodded. I handshake him before making our way to the elevator.

We were now in the car and Damien was driving me back to the office.

"Do you have any meetings this evening?" He asked, all of a sudden. I looked at him and his eyes were fixed on the road.

"No, why?" I asked and he shrugged.

"There's a café not too far from here, we could take a break." He suggested. I could take a break right now.

"Sure," I agreed and he nodded.

He drove to the café he was talking about and parked in their parking lot. We stepped out and made our way inside.

We sat on a table and Damien waved at a waiter. The guy took his writing pad and walked to us. I put my bag on the chair next to me and settle down.

"Hi, what can I get y-Miss Ross."

I looked up and the guy was looking at me surprised. I don't know him but I guess he knew me from the press.

"Hi," I said politely.

"Oh my god, my little sister loves you so much." He said and I chuckled. I wasn't a model or an actress for her to be my fan. Maybe she was interested in business.

"Can I bring her here? She's in the back." He asked excitedly and I glanced at Damien. He was looking at us blankly.

"Humm sure," I said not knowing what to reply. He nodded and literally run to the back.

"Do you him?"

I turned to Damien and he was staring at me with an unreadable expression.

"No," I replied and before he could say anything I heard a loud gasp. I turned to the door and there was a little girl beside the guys. She was looking at me wide-eyed. She looked at her brother and looked at me again, doing a double-take. She looked like she was 7 or 8 years old.

"Hi," I wave at her and she ran to me. She throws her small arms around my neck pulling to her height.

"You look so pretty." She smiled pulling away.

"Thank you but you look more beautiful than me." I smiled and she giggled.

"I watched every interview you did and all your outfits are so pretty. I really like your hair too." She complimented making me smiled widely.

"Thank you. What's your name?" I asked.

"My name is Everlyn." She replied and I nodded.

"Alright, Everlyn go at the back. I need to take their orders now." Her brother said and she nodded.

"Bye." She smiled.

"Bye."

She ran back to the back and the guy took our order, which was 2 black coffee and some chocolate cupcakes.

"Guess I did well to bring you here," Damien said and I chuckled.

"Anyway, I wanted to talk to you about the orphanage." He started and I nodded.

"Since we know that the builder will start their work on Saturday, we need to go shopping for the mansion soon."
