The young boy clenched his fist as he reminded himself.
He can already see the bright future ahead of him due to the changes he made after returning here from the future.
He's only nine years old right now but he already managed to reach the required cultivation to attempt the Awakening…
It is completely unbelievable if this had happened in his previous life… As far as he remembers, the youngest Awakened during that time was about 12 years old…

There are 19 Special Abilities, or people would like to call Superpowers, that can be selected during the Awakening…
From these nineteen abilities, you are only allowed to choose one and there was no way to change it once selected. You will have to live with it for the rest of your life so you have to be careful when selecting…
'Haa~ Two more years before the foreigners would start showing their fangs… But they should be planning to conquer those two nations by now...'
Kaiden thought as he recalls what would happen in the next few years.
He was also referring to the Players as foreigners since he heard that they came from a faraway continent.

Of course, although they like to identify themselves as Players, Kaiden didn't want to address them as such since that may satisfy them.
He didn't want to do anything that would please them.
Kaiden rested for a while before checking up on his mother in the next room… He wanted to make sure that he didn't disturb her and his younger sibling.
'Alright… I think it's time…'
Kaiden returned to his room and found a comfortable position.
He then took a deep breath as he started the ritual for the Awakening…
"Nothar, the Deity who protects the Oberi Kingdom, I come to you with a heavy heart. Guide my soul so I may be relieved of my pain. I request this of you completely at your mercy, O merciful Deity… Empower me with your almighty warmth…"
As soon as Kaiden said these words, his vision was surrounded by a bright light…
He shivered in excitement as he realized that his awakening is now starting.
Kaiden still remembers the struggles that he had in his past life. However, right now, he was about to change it for the better…

Other strange occurences and rumors begin gaining attention throughout Shibuya, like a group of people all seemingly disappearing at once or a group of strange people who are apparently turning into humans and going on wide-spread murdering sprees... Things begin to get even weirder when suspicous black cars and people in black suits begin appearing around Shibuya all of a sudden and they seem especially interested in the boarding house for some reason... Niko's stay in Japan may just end up being a lot more...eventful...than he and anyone else could have ever expected it to be...
