Rose nodded at that and Eric smiled before his eyes began to glow again and then ripped the door of its hinges. Elise smile and was going to hug Eric but her eyes saw something and fear was evident on her face as she held Rose tightly. Eric seeing this turned to see what she saw, standing there was a figure completely covered in black combat gear with only their eye visible.

The figure was of course none other than Lupa.

Eric and Lupa stood still staring at one another, Eric’s senses kept screaming danger as he saw this person in all black.

Elise: “Eric be careful she is the one who brought us in and is a Demi-Human as well.”

Elise’s words just made him take the threat even more seriously.

Eric: ”take Rose and go, I’ll catch up after dealing with them” he spoke without taking his eyes off Lupa.

Elise hesitated for a bit before grabbing Rose and making a run for it. Eric waited for them to run out of the hallway before he let his claws out with his eyes glowing a bright amber. Lupa responded with her eyes also glowing a bright orange, before getting into a fighting stance.

Eric seeing this took in a deep breath, before charging at Lupa. He swiped his claws aiming for Lupa’s head but she ducked and punched him in the gut before sending him into the wall, she aimed to knee him in the ribs but Eric stopped her by grabbing her legs and pulling her close before driving his elbow into her face the force sending her straight down.

She rolled away to avoid Eric stomping her, and swept his feet sending him down back first. Eric let out grunt as his back made contact with the ground, they locked gazes before performing kick up and landing in the exact same posture.

Eric tilted his head seeing this, Lupa took advantage of him being distracted and rushed him but Eric’s instincts allowed him to catch her and flip her through the wall into another hallway. Lupa let out a grunt of pain, but as she tried to make it back to her feet Eric dug his claws into her which caused her to let out a shriek of pain.

Her shriek attracted the attention of the soldiers who didn’t hesitate to open fire. Eric used her as a living shield as he did not want to waste his energy healing from bullets. He let go of Lupa before rushing in to end the men himself, in a minute he was done. He was about to run off to look for Elise and Rose when an unprecedented feeling of danger came from behind him.

He turned around to see a shocking site, bullets kept falling out as they were pushed out of Lupa’s body. Lupa’s body began to heal at a visible rate, as she healed, she turned to face Eric before an even more shocking scene occurred, metal claws began to emerge from her fingers.

Cracking sounds could be heard as she got to her feet. Eric decided to stop holding back as his facial features took on wolfish features before letting out a loud roar. The sound of his roar resounded through the facility, Elise who was escaping with Rose in her hands came to a halt before briefly turning to look back.

Elise: “Eric…” she whispered to herself before continuing to run.

Valarie along with the agent Michaels who had taken down another team of soldier heard the roar and knew something big must be happening.

After letting out his fierce roar he charged tackling Lupa and sending her through multiple walls before she sent her claws into his back causing him to scream and let go right before she kneed him in the face with enough force to send him flying as she chased right after.

Her attacks were relentless not giving Eric any breathing room and forcing him to be on the defensive, at this point a clear difference was drawn between the two as Eric relied solely on his beast like instincts to keep up, whilst Lupa kept up her methodical attacks with precision making her training absolutely prevalent in the exchange.

Elise with Rose at hand managed to make it to where the agents alongside the freed Demi-Humans had decimated the soldiers who had rushed them, she proceeded to tell them about Eric fighting Lupa which caused the agents eyes to widen as they remember just how terrifying she is. Agent Michaels tried to convince the Demi-Humans they broke out to help them once more but they refused opting to escape before the option was no longer available.

Agent Michaels hesitated before deciding to follow them to escape alongside Elise and Rose so as to get both Elise and Rose out to safety, whilst Valarie turned back rushing to go help Eric deal with Lupa, click clack sounds could be heard as she raced through the halls.
