Upon Jack lifted his head in front of him. He saw Austin's face looking at him and sitting at the temporary kitchen in the lab. Jack suddenly stop walking when he saw his son.

Austin was full of curiosity in his head and it can see all over his face. Why is his dad wearing those? And why does he carry a riffle?

Those questions that Jack can also identified but he continue walking his way near to his son.

"Mind explaining Dad why are you dress like that? And you also carry a gun with you?" Austin ask out of shock and curiousity.

His dad is getting weird as he was looking at him straight in his eyes. Austin wanted to know atleast what his dad has been doing. He's been acting so weird lately.

Jack can't look back to his son's eyes. He look away and answered his son,

"Why what's wrong with my outfit? Is it that weird to wear like these?", Jack trying to put back the question to his son.

Trying to get away with the topic. He's hoping that his son won't question again but he doubt about that.

"W-well it's not bad but look at you! You look like an action star from the movie. " Austin were trying to defend himself from his father.

He look his father from head to toe and to his riffle.

"Plus the gun." He continues while pointing the gun that Jack was holding.

Jack took a glance at his riffle that he was holding.

"This?", He said and raise the riffle in the air.

"This is for our protection son.", He simply answered and went his way to the kitchen and put down the shopping bag that he was holding and put away the riffle at the back of the fridge.

"Why do it be a big gun?"Austin still questioning his dad.

While Jack was fixing and keeping those can goods and the rest of the goods that it was inside the bag.

"Well, the big one the better protection." Trying to stop him from his curiousity but he knows his son very well.

There will always be a doubt in him about the answer that Jack has given. But still needed more time to explain it to him.

"You starving right?" Jack ask to change the topic of their conversation.

He got the SPAM and got the chopping board place in the table and slice it in front of Austin. He was done slicing and prepare the pot for their ramen instant noodles and another part where he will be frying the SPAM (a meat loaf).

"You went to buy groceries too dad?", he ask again his father.

Jack just been busy preparing and checking for the water if it is boiling.

"Y-you bought the gun in the grocery store?", He was a kid after all and just wanted to ask and ask if he is curious on something.

"Ha!Ha!ha! Are you kiddin' me? Gun's can't be bought to the grocery or convenience store son." Jack couldn't help but laugh when he heard his son's question.

"Then where did you get that?", He was still so persistent to get an answer to his question.

"I got it from a a friend for our protection.", The food was about to be done cooking.

"Anyway, are you finish with those files?" Jack ask and turned around to look to his son.

"No. Not yet dad.", Austin directly answer.

"Will be doing it again later. Maybe I could finish it by another day.", He continues.

Jack look back to the spam and instant noodles. It was done and cooked already. Jack prepared it and ,

"Tadddaa! Not that good enough but I hope it could pass on to your taste bud my son", Jack grin at his words.

While they were eating, Austin ask AGAIN.

"Dad?", Austin trying to get the attention of his father while they were eating.

"Hmmmm", Jack look at his son.

"Y-you know it's dangerous to hold a gun right? You told me yourself. " Austin in his definite question while staring at his father and the to the gun he hides at the back of the fridge.

And then back to his father.

"Yes it is. If you don't know how to use it properly enough." Jack answered while finishing his plate and after he is finish he put the plate in the sink.

"Why do you need that when we already have bodyguards in the house?" Austin's curiousity won't stop.

"My son, eventhough we got bodyguards to protect us. We can't do anything to protect ourselves. We still should know how to defend ourselves from our enemies." Jack explained it so well.

"Listen my son, eventhough we have maids to cook for us or you have your teacher to teach you or parents to guide you. You, we still need to learn everything for ourselves because not all the time they will be able to be at our side always. So we always need to defend, teach and protect ourselves from everything that we could possibly encounter. " A deep explanation of Jack that he would wanted to say to his son.

Explaining him so well so he could remember it too well.

"In the future, you will work hard for your own self that's why you need to learn everything son." Jack continues.

Austin upon hearing those words about not everybody is meant to stay. He quickly went beside his father and hug him so tight.

"But I can't live without you and mom. And I want to grow up that you are always both on my side." Austin said while has a teary eyes that is ready to fall down from his chubby cheeks.

Jack was touch by those words from his son. He kneel in front of him so he could see his face and then he hug his son back.

"Of course, we will always be by your side no matter what happen my son. " Jack said those words from his heart and to calm his son who is about to cry.

He tap his butt and. "Go to your room. Will be staying here for a while." Jack said and Austin run to his room and then Jack slowly stand up from kneeling while his taking a glance to his son who is going in his room.

He take a glance to his watch and it's already one sixteen in the afternoon (1:16 pm).

"Still have time to get a weapon." He said to himself.

"DL command, could you show to me other police station near us?" Jack ask and didn't want to bother to go back to the first station he went last time.

"5303 Franklin Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95820, United States that is the address that you need Jack. The details is here." And then DL command showed an image in the air.

"I know where it is." Jack immediately answer without even looking at the image in front of him.

And then he prepare himself to move out. He check his clothes. And thought that he don't need to change the clothes because he will be running out of time. And then he got his riffle behind the fridge. And then walk his way to the elevator.

At the same time Austin run to his room before his father can reach the elevator.

Unknowingly that Austin was secretly hiding not far away from the kitchen lab and he heard his dad conversation to DL command.
