Yalgreck took a minute and carefully analysed the spear from every angle

"Ok, it's a very beautiful weapon and can very powerful if made by a good blacksmith, also Geir just to assure you about the discount, come to our workshop I'll give you a keepsake, bring it to our workshop and you'll get the discount" assured Yalgreck

They all had a surprised look on their face as they started to head towards Yalgreck's Workshop

they heard two kids screaming in an alley, when they went in the alley they saw a little boy trying to protect a girl from a middle aged man who was trying to rob them

"Hey! fend off old man, let the kids be" said Freyre

"What if I don't" said the Old man

Geir took a stand with the spear in his hand and ferocious eyes looking as he is about to kill him

"Go away or else it will not end well for you" asserted Geir

"Keep him busy while I call for the guards, they'll take care of him" said Arne and tried to sneak out

"Oh, you don't need to go anywhere boy, more preys for me, I wont let you runaway or call for the guards"

The little boy bashed on the old man head and he fainted and he hit himself with the other end of the stick and fell off his balance

"Freyre take care of the little boy and girl, and Aidan and Geir keep an eye on the old man don't let him wake up, I'll quickly go and call the city guards" instructed Arne

"Hey are you okay?, good work there, you saved our lives" said Freyre worryingly

"Yes I am okay, thanks for stepping in to give me a chance" said the Boy

"Fuyumi are you okay, come on get up, it's over" said the Boy

"I am okay Konto, let's just go back home" said Fuyumi while sobbing

"Do you need me to escort you back home?" asked Freyre in a helpful tone

"No we will be okay, thank you mister, lets meet again someday" said Konto and went away with his sister

"Well, that was something" said Freyre

"Now keep an eye on this old man until Arne gets back with the guards" said Aidan

Arne came in with two of the city guards

"Yes sir, He is the old man who was trying to rob us using magic" Said Arne while being shocked that the old man fainted while having a questioned look on his face

"How did you guys defeat him then" questioned the Guard

"We were keeping him busy while talking to him when the little boy he was trying to rob at the first place bashed him on his head and he fainted, he went back home with his sister and we were waiting for you to come here and keeping an eye on him" explained Freyre

"Did that boy and girl tell you their name" questioned the Guard

"I think it was Konto and Fuyumi" said Yalgreck

"Yes you're right, Yalgreck" agreed Geir

"Oh, Konto and Fuyumi from the Mitsuo Family?" Said the Guard

"Pffft- you guys should go and get a reward from them" said the Other guard

"but mister can you arrest this guy" said Freyre

"OH oops sorry it slipped our mind" said the Guards

They quickly handcuffed the guy

"Thanks for your cooperation, please stop by the barracks to get a reward for catching this guy" said the guards and went away

"Well now that we're done with that, can we get that keepsake Yalgreck" said Geir

"Sure, lets go to the workshop" agreed Yalgreck

"I am going back to the dorm, meet you all later" said Aidan and started walking away

"Aidan if you're going back, stop by the barracks and collect the reward, it will be in your way" ordered Arne

"Okay sure, I'll do that, Bye!" agreed Aidan and went away

Geir and Yalgreck started to go towards the workshop followed by Arne and Freyre

"You guys come with me, you can stay here if you want to" said Yalgreck

Yalgreck quickly took out a chisel and carved out the workshop symbol and poured melted metal into it and let it sit for a min and cooled it off by putting it in water and oil repeatedly. Then he took out the cooled off steel symbol and grinded off the rough parts over a grinder and added a loop over the symbol and added a thread to it. Just so it's easier to hold on to.

"Here's your keepsake, take care of it until it's time for you to visit us again" said Yalgreck and handed the keepsake to Geir

"Thank you, Yalgreck, lets meet again soon" said Geir

"I hope for the same, have a safe trip back home" wished Yalgreck

Geir, Freyre and Arne went back to their dorm and met Aidan

"Hey Aidan, what did they give you as a reward" asked Arne

"2k Dalasi" said Aidan

"We'll split it between the four of us, any problems?" asked Arne

"No" said Freyre, Geir and Aidan in Unison

"Good, heres your cut, lets all change and head to sleep, good night" said Arne

Everyone changed and went to sleep. Just like that, the small disturbance that happened earlier slipped away from everyone's mind.
