Aubrey looked at Ember with a thousand questions. She wanted to speak, but a customer came. Aubrey walked towards the customer. Aubrey welcomed the customer with a cheerful smile. "Welcome to the florist shop. How can I help you?"
Ember took the watering can and watered the flowers to keep them fresh, and another customer came to their shop.
"Welcome to the florist shop. How can I help you?" Ember greets the next customer.
They are busy serving customers who come until lunchtime. During lunch, they close the shop. Aubrey approached Ember and continued her question.
"Ember, did you accept their marriage proposal?"
"Of course not. I will not cheat on Zane."
"But he never proposed to you." Aubrey murmured.
"Pardon?"
"Nothing. Let's eat. I'm hungry." Aubrey changed their topic of conversation because she didn't want Ember to feel offended.
At the villa, Xander receives a call from Camilla. After he received the call, Xander went to find Jayden, who was sitting on the balcony of the villa.
"Master, your mother asked, Are you going back for dinner today?"
"Yes, we're leaving this evening."
In the evening, it's time for Ember and Aubrey to close their shop.
"Did you go home straight away?"
"No, I want to go to Zane's apartment." Ember responded, with a happy reaction, because she couldn't wait to see Zane.
"Okay, see you tomorrow." Aubrey waved her hand and left.
Ember hails a taxi and goes to the apartment of her boyfriend, Zane. Ember gets into the elevator and goes to the 23rd floor. After reaching the 23rd floor, Ember walks to Zane's apartment. Ember wants to ring the bell, but she sees that the door is not closed tightly. Ember opened the door and went inside, but nobody was there. She felt weird because nobody was inside but the door was not locked. She wanted to step out, but she heard a voice. She walked towards the voice, and she heard the voice of a woman moaning inside the room. She felt uneasy and opened the door.

She was shocked to see her boyfriend, Zane, with a woman with orange hair, shoulder-length with bluish eyes, on bed. Zane has short hair, caramel hair, and dark brown eyes. They didn't realise Ember was there watching them.
"Zane! What are you doing?" Ember shouted. She was really angry. They were both startled and looked towards the door. It shocked Zane to see Ember. His face turned pale. The orange-haired woman was covering her naked body with a blanket.
"Ember, w-what are you doing here?" Zane was confused and shocked to see Ember inside his apartment.
"Zane, answer my question. You're cheating! You're making love with another woman. You're so cruel. Today, our relationship It's over!" Ember felt disappointed, and she hurriedly left the apartment with a broken heart.
"Ember, Ember?" Zane calls her name. Zane tries to follow Ember, but the orange-haired woman pulls Zane's hand away. The woman shows a sulking expression on her face if Zane chases Ember. Zane didn't want the woman to sulk, so he stayed with her instead.
It was a rainy day, but Ember ran and cried in the rain out of frustration. For five years, they were in relationships, but everything scattered like a mirror. What sin have I committed? Why have I been treated this way? Do I have the same fate as my father? Is this my fate? I want to be loved by someone; not only my father's love but love from a man I want to spend my life with. Ember's mind is full of confusion, and tears never stop flowing down her cheeks. Simultaneously, Jayden, who was in the car, and Ember, who was running, passed by each other.
She arrived at her apartment. Ember was running towards her room with her soaking wet clothes while crying and lying on the bed. It startled Damian to see Ember. He went to see Ember and sat on the edge of the bed.

"Ember, what happened to you? Why are you crying?" Damian was worried. Ember sat down and hugged her father.
"Papa, Zane cheated. He had another woman." She cried out loud. She felt devastated. Damian frowned after hearing Ember's words. He was also shocked.
"It's okay, Ember, you still have papa. Don't be too sad, okay?" Damian tries to persuade Ember. He can feel Ember's sadness.
"Papa, what have I done? Why am I treated this way?
"You've done nothing, my child. He was blind. He'll regret it."
"Am I to bear the same fate as you? Just like my mama did to you?" Damian's facial expression changed after he heard Ember's words.
"Ember, different people, different fates. Don't compare yourself to others. I think this is better now that you know the truth, before he became your husband. Because you can still change your fate." Ember still couldn't think rationally. Was this good for her or bad for her? because she was still shocked and broken-hearted.
Damian noticed that Ember was soaking wet. Damian held Ember's shoulder and said, "Ember, you're soaking wet. Go take a shower and change your clothes. You could get sick."
Ember looked at Damian with tears in her eyes. She wiped her tears and nodded, and after that, Damian left Ember alone. He wanted to give Ember some space to calm herself.
The next day, she felt her whole body ache. She touched her forehead. She felt hot. When Ember had a fever, she just laid down and did not leave the room. Damian enters Ember's room because he is worried that Ember has not left the room. Damian came in and saw Ember still lying. Damian had the instinct that Ember was sick, and he touched her forehead and felt her forehead get hot. Damian took a wet cloth and placed it on Ember's forehead.
Damian goes to the kitchen and cooks porridge for Ember. He looked at the clock, which was already showing 8:40 a.m. Damian had to leave Ember alone. Before he left, he called Aubrey to tell her Ember was ill.
At 9.20 a.m., Aubrey arrived at Ember's apartment. She opened the door of Ember's apartment and hurried into her room, where she saw Ember still lying, sleeping. She changed Ember's wet towel and waited for her to wake up from her sleep. After a few hours, Ember woke up. She opened her eyes slowly.
"Ember, do you feel a little better?" Aubrey asked, with a worried expression on her face. Ember didn't say anything, she just nodded her head.
"You have to eat something. After eating, you have to take medicine."
Aubrey stood up, went to the kitchen, and took the porridge to Ember in her bedroom. Ember sat down on the bed and ate her porridge.
"Zane cheated on me." She told Aubrey, with a solemn expression.
"What? How do you know?" Aubrey was shocked after hearing Ember's words.
"Yesterday I went to his apartment. He was with a woman in bed."
"That's why all this time he never proposed to you. For five years, you were together, but he never proposed to you. I will kill him if I see him." Aubrey felt she wanted to slap Zane on the face if she met him.
"All this time, I thought true love existed, but it was all just a fairy tale." Ember's tears began to fall down her cheek. Aubrey started worrying when she saw Ember crying, and she took Ember's hand in her and said, "Forget the man; that bastard is not worthy of you. I believe there's a man who will love you with sincerity."
