Scorched and bloodied, Erd twists his head sideways and flashes his brightest smile. “Ladies! We can work this out, yes?” He grunts as Rach’s foot stomps down on his back.
Felicia laughs nervously, grabbing Rach’s muscular sword arm. “Let’s not dismember him just yet.”
“Fine,” Rach grunts. Luckily for Erd, she’s evolved past her bloodlust.
Distracted, I nod, still looking for the vanished nun. “He might be worth something to the Adventurers’ Guild.”
“Yes!” Felicia. “I doubt we’re the only team he’s screwed over.”
“Agreed.” Vera scowls at her dirtied robes. “It’s high time we head back to Skathagrat.”

Claire's life led her to love. Love led her to death. Death began her eternal struggle to retain both her love and her humanity through 5 centuries of endless nights. Book 2 covers the 18th century. "Ravyn's Nights" is a six book series, with each book covering a different century. Book 6 was actually started first, and it takes place in the near future, bringing the story to a final conclusion. I then started writing the rest of the series when I decided that I wanted to share the details of the life that made her into who she is in Book 6. At the time of posting the first chapter of the series, books 1-2-3 are completed and books four, five and six are in various states of completion. There is currently a novella following a side character that does include a few crossover chapters featuring the main character. The novella will be included in the completed versions of books 4 and 5.

Once I've got a handle of myself and what's stopping me from enjoying this, I'll finish his story with a burning passion, but until then, I don't want to add anything Sub-Par to it. On the other hand, he is a prick so it would be a fun idea to mess with him and keep those girls safe. Might even see if Qingyue is all the book made her out to be~ Not like he deserves her." Follow Jin as he tears up the plot, trolls the would be MC, and grows in power with the help of his snarky system. (I don't own the art, found it online)
