《The Zodians - Book 1: The Outlander》Call To Arms

Like Leila, Reind is also slightly stunned after the display of power, but quickly returns to his normal state. Reind sheathes the Mighty Dragon into its scabbard, breathing a sigh of relief. Their belief in victory is somewhat reinforced. Phalanx, who has not received any weapons until now, is a bit enthusiastic. He walks over to Jon, crouching down to level with him. He smiles slightly and asks:
"Jon, it's probably my turn, innit?"
“This is yours.” Jon hands him an ax and calls it Qolor.
"Okay, but what's its power?" Phalanx looks curious.
"You'll have to find out for yourself," Jon says nothing more, making Phalanx stand still.
The Phalanx boldly takes the Qolor in his hand, and suddenly the blade bursts into a red flame. The Phalanx laughs eagerly, he is sure it is one of the most powerful of them all. Because when something is special, it is always revealed last. Thinking like that, his heart filled with joy, Phalanx swings Qolor to make a slash into the air, sure to be like Megara’s or Sagigandro of O’biehn. But somehow, nothing special happens. Everything just goes as if Phalanx takes Qolor and slashes the air once. He looks at everyone with a bewildered expression. He looks at Jon again, but the boy does not say a word, just grins. Phalanx looks puzzled at first, but then bursts into laughter. He tilts his head to look at Jon and says:
"You're testing me, ain’t ya?"
"I have no idea," Jon denies.
He smiles and shakes his head. He is sure his weapon could not be that trivial. No… it seems… he is trying not to believe that his weapon is not as special as theirs. He thinks it would have the same power as Fanny. Without thinking much, he slams Qolor into the ground, and amazingly, Qolor gets stuck in the ground. It takes him a long time to pull it up. The Phalanx watches helplessly as the flames still burn on the blade of the ax, not knowing what to do. Only now does Jon come to his side, take Phalanx's hand and say:

“The Qolor is one of the most important and powerful weapons… it is just not the right time.”
Hearing Jon say that gives him some comfort, but it still hurts a bit. He sighs, well, if he does not have special powers, then he will fight hand to hand. Thinking about his fighting ability is also in the form of blood, several armies of undead and Lapunta is nothing to fear. However, let them be the vanguard, he is the last to go on the field!
Only Hargnes remains who has yet to receive anything, and perhaps it is time for her to take hold of the treasure. Jon steps over to Hargnes, handing her a trident about two feet long, with a glittering metallic appearance. Jon looks at her warily and says:
“This is the Trikestion, the key that will lead us all to the other side of the Arglohandre.”
“But how?” says Hargnes with a questioning look on her face.
“I will show you, but first…” Jon says, turning to the Phalanx, still frustrated with his Qolor. “Please gather our army to the shore quickly. Prepare full weapons. We will depart immediately!”
