'The wheels on the truck go round and round, round and round, round and round, the wheels on the truck go round and round, through the restricted zone' we sang together cheerily*. I drove for about 5 hours while everyone messed around in the back. Their noise grew to an annoying level, and my empty threats of pulling over fooled no one*. I eventually pulled over so we could all stretch and take a leak. Danny came over to me as I was stretching 'hey Laith how long left to go' he asked 'oh about the same amount of time we're half way now' I replied, 'It takes a while, what I really want to know is how you know where- 'Hey guys come check this out!' Fizzy shouted out, we all gathered to where he was to find him standing with a matte black cardboard box with shiny red swirls across it in his hands. 'Hey I know what that is, isn't it a-' Danny began to say, 'skate shoebox anything inside?' Mez asked 'Hey guys stop interrupting me when I'm trying to talk' Danny fumed 'sorry' we all said apologetically though myself and Kal didn't interrupt him and Fizzy didn't even know he did we all still felt obligated. ‘Well open it then' Kal said breaking the awkward silence, Fizzy looked down then laughed 'oh yeah almost forgot' he opened the box to reveal jet black skateshoes with bright red laces. They were a cool pair of shoes, bright and colourful, perfect for our tagger. ‘They fit perfectly' Fizzy said joyfully, 'Alright guys lets head out then, Mez you drive I'm too tired' I said yawning for emphasis, 'sure I just follow Loco's map yeah' he said, 'Who's Loco?' Danny asked "A hermit that's got a few bolts loose' Mez sniggered. 'Loco is a D.R who is famous for making the first maps designed for D.R's they show the grey area, restricted zone and famous spots like the diner' Kal said giving Mez a stern look. We entered the truck and I got comfortable to use the remaining time for a much needed nap.

I was forcibly woken up 'Laith you okay, did you have a bad dream?' Mez asked he had a serious expression on his face 'No worse a nightmare' I answered trying to force out the memories of the past which were flashing across my mind, as I got my bearings I noticed that my clothes were drenched in sweat and that everyone else had a look of worry 'What was it?' Danny asked Kal and Fizzy both coughed and signaled for him to shut up, but I decided to answer his question. 'It was a starless night everything was pitch black, rain was falling heavily down' I spoke quietly while Kal, Danny and Fizzy looked at me intently, Mez on the other hand had his eyes closed 'I lay in mud unable to see and I felt nothing although my body was broken and just before waking I heard laughter, a cruel and cynical laughter' when I finished speaking I turned to Mez who grunted in reply. Sometime later we stopped near a derelict building 'We'll rest here a bit before continuing to the diner, its not too far' Mez told everyone. Mez and I decided to explore the empty building. The building was smallish with only 5 floors, its roof had a set of swings, I knew this before I even entered the place because it's where Mez and I grew up. 'Three years' I said absent mindedly 'Its been three years since we were last here, a lot has changed since then' Mez said serious for once 'good change though' I added. I was walking around my old room thinking about the time I spent in this room when Mez suddenly called me, I followed him to the roof where there was a large cloth away to reveal a small graffiti 'The first OZ tag' I whispered suddenly all the memories I tried to forget came flooding out.
