As Rose entered the invisible door closed.

In front of her was a long hall with tubes around it, in there were many magical items of different kinds, this was the first floor of the building called a “see-through House” where ready magical items were kept, there were several more floors for the laboratory, storage, staff rooms etc.

Bodyguard “they are waiting in the conference room”

Rose noded.

She arrived on the second floor which had a big table in it, and sat on the main sit

Everyone sat after her, a guy with glasses then stood up and started to read from documents.

Jim ”our sales have increased again, which improved our profit, but we don’t have enough materials to keep up”

Rose ”do not worry we will get them, tell the buyers that we will deliver as usual”

Jim nodded ”as for the city its still the same, there doesn’t seem to be anyone who suspects anything, but.. ” before he finished he stopped talking, as to deliberate whether to mention something.

Bodyguard ”what is it, speak don’t waste our lady time”

Jim”I just received the information, but the hunter guild seems so have received a quest connected to some of the parts needed for the magical items, if someone good investigates they might come to us”

Rose thought for a second before replaying ” well we cover out tracks well, so the chance is small, but to be on the safe site give someone up and make him take the responsibility if something happens, tell him we will give his family a good life if he takes the blame”

Jim nodded ”I thought that might be the case, so I prepared some individual, please look at them later and tell me who ”

Rose gave him and affirmative look “good job Jim, like always ”

Jim smiled and averted his gaze, he seemed to have a crush on her, seeing this the bodyguard just laughing on the inside, there were so many people who liked his miss, this guy was a researcher his whole life and probably had barely any contact with women, so he didn’t know that he didn’t even qualify for the competition, but the bodyguard didn’t speak, as it was better if Jim didn’t know that.

Jim ”thank you miss, also we have developed several new magical items, please take a look, we prepared samples”

Jim snapped his fingers and several items appeared before rose on the table.

Jim ”Since we know that some of the nobles are starting to suspect things I focused on developing magical items focused on information gathering and stealth ”

Rose gave them all a look and noded .”not bad”

Jim smiled, he liked being praised.

But soon he remembered something, from his pocket he took out a watch-like magic tool and gave it to Rose

Jim”and this is something I prepared specially for the miss, since I don’t think the nobles wont notice for much longer”

Rose “what is this”

Jim smiled proudly ”its something I personally worked on, it looks like a normal watch but its actually a magic tool that scans your surrounding and turns them into numbers, it can detect quite a few stuff, from elemental power to how many people are around you, its especially good for receiving information from around you, making anyone hiding basically as visible as a man in deserted island ”

Next Jim took out a list ”here are the initial values”

Rose took a look and turned it on to give it a try.

Rose”I see its good, but you have made a mistake on the elemental energy, its higher”

Hearing this Jim smiled and took the watch ”impossible, I checked it before giving it to you, let me see”

The moment he saw it the smile on his face disappeared, he turned towards bodyguard.

A scream resounded in the whole room ”QUICKLY GUARD THE MISS THERE IS A SAINT IN HERE” as he said that he took a remote from his pocket and pressed a button, the whole building went on alert.

Rose was immediately surrounded by the bodyguards in the room, she panicked as well.

Rose started to look around ”what do you mean there Is a saint here”

Jim looked around with a wary expression ”the value is higher than it should be, I checked it several times before I gave it to you, so that means that now is higher cause someone or something with elemental power is here, but the elemental power could be found mainly in artifacts, and saints,we look at every item that comes and goes, and the rest of the values are the same including the magic one, so that means that its not a mage, and the value is too high to be just an ordinary artifact, so the only explanation is, there is a saint here”

Jhin was sweating, he had followed because he wanted to fulfil his mission, but he could have never expected that there would be an item that counters him so badly here.

Jhin[are we screwed, can we escape]

Typhoon shook her head [no the building is completely closed, not even a rat can escape, of course for me alone I would be able to do it, but you wont be able]

Jhin was standing in the corner of the room, he wasn’t easy to discover, but the bodyguards were checking everywhere, he didn’t have a lot of room to move.

Rose and Jim were escorted out of the room.

Bodyguard looked at Rose ”we need to get you out of here immediately” but at this comment Rose shook her head.

Rose “we cant do that, if we do there is a chance that the saint could escape with evidence, then we would be done for, also we cant be sure that he wont be standing at the exit, saints are powerful after all”

Jim nodded ”the range of the watch is quite far, so what the lady says is true, but if we go to the head room we can use it to narrow the range and find him out.”

Jhin didn’t want to wait for the opponent to find him and exited the room, he didn’t know what would happen next but he knew that standing at one place when they were searching everywhere wasn’t a good idea.

Typhoon[I have an idea, go to the roof, the defense there seems to be the weakest, if you destroy the door we should be able to escape]

Jhin heard her and started to head up.

Rose and the guards were however in the head room, there were many things that looked like computers here.

Jim “I found him, he seems to be on the 2 floor, and is heading up”

Rose “go and get rid of him, if he came alone the chance of someone else having his exact location is small, and even if they do they wont have enough evidence if he dies”

At the command everyone headed towards Jhin.

The building was big, there were several floors and a lot of rooms, but Jhin felt that it was getting tougher and tougher, he didn’t know that they had a way to track his location he only knew about the watch, who couldn’t lock onto his location.

The bodyguards continued to chase after him it was like a game of cat and mouse, he didn’t want to be caught, and they didn’t want to let him go.

He couldn’t find a way to move up since the doors were blocked with people, and after a bit of time he came to the conclusion that the guards were chasing him closely, but couldn’t know his exact location.

Jhin[typhoon do you know how they can chase me, is it magic]

Typhoon didn’t know how to reply[it is possible but let me think for a second]

Jhin was nearing a corner, while he was running more and more people were coming down, he couldn’t tell if this place had some method to spawn this guys like minions, but it most certainly looked like it.

Jhin[hurry, don’t forget I am not invisible, I am just hiding they wont notice me easily but I don’t have a lot of space left]

Typhoon[ok I came to two results, they are most definitely tracing you with the watch in some way, I doubt there is an item on us cause I would be able to detect it if it was too close, so its probably some inspection method, but I am not sure what exactly they are looking since we couldn’t hear them too well at that time, but either they use the magic item, that watch to know the specific number of people in the building, or they are tracing your elemental power, my power is hard to detect but it is far from impossible, you still don’t know how to use it stealthy enough I think it’s the second option cause if it was the first they wouldn’t be able to know your close location, or it would be exactly the opposite and they would have found you till now ]

As jhin heard that he acted immediately, with a move of his hand he used elemental power in extremely weak attack with high range.

Jim looked at the screen dumbfounded, now almost half the floor had elemental energy in it, and whats worse it was almost the same amount.

Seeing this Rose acted immediately.

The guard called the rest of the bodyguards ”continue to search the floor he cant escape, if he comes up we would notice him, be ready to act at ones, some of the guards at the doors join the search as well, we need to capture him fast.”

Jhin managed to hide in the corner and took a breath of relieve.

Now he had a plan, he started to go up, the guards noticed him but he used the same trick again and again, even if he didn’t have a lot of stamina he could control his god-power extremely well, from all the saints of the four gods he was the second best in control, first being Pluto and Last Oliver, Day was just slightly better than Oliver for now.

Typhoon[what are you doing, we need to escape]

Jhin was heading up but still continued to search the rooms around him, at first Typhoon thought he was hiding but now it was obvious, he was looking for something.

Jhin[we came here to do a job, right , if we just escape then coming here wouldn’t have any point at all]

Typhoon was concerned [ but didn’t you try to escape, If they find us I don’t know if you would be able to win, you are strong but their numbers are too big, and don’t forget that if the mission is correct this place is an armor factory, they probably have hidden things as well]

Jhin however didn’t reply to her and continued to look around, suddenly he found an office and inside he found evidence between the company and the magic items, but his instinct told him he was missing something, so he still continued to search and suddenly found a paper which made his intuition alarm go off, his smile started to disappear.

Typhoon saw this and became alarmed, it wasn’t often when her partner made such expression [what did you found]

Jhin[I will tell you later, I am not sure, for now I just hope I am not right]

He started to run upward the guards were chasing him but they had no way to find him, Rose in the control room made an angry expression, the elemental power in the whole place almost disappeared, the only place left was in the place with the materials for the magical items, and she couldn’t let them get stolen so she immediately went there with everyone.

She was far behind all the guards, as the treasure door opened, no person could be seen inside, there were only different kinds of metals, jems, and other stuff everything here was used for the making of items

But suddenly a strong wind blew from inside and a figure appeared , Jhin was looking at a certain product, a capsule with human dismembered parts inside, most of which being obviously childrens. It was too gruesome to describe.

The guards and Rose saw a person standing there, like in a daze, nobody knew how to react but they all put their hands on their weapons.

Typhoon saw the expression on Jhins face and shivers ran down her whole body, this was the first time she saw him like this and it gave her the creeps to an unimaginable degree.

Jhin turned around, his face was clearly visible to everyone in the room but nobody could recognize him. Even rose who had been with him not too long ago didn’t know who it was, the reason being, he was like a whole different person, he didn’t give off his usual relaxing feeling but a deranged one, it maid the hairs of everyone looking at him stand up, suddenly all the bodyguards had the same thought{Fuck}.
