Meanwhile inside Mike's body, the beginning of a war were forming. Each army contained hundreds of thousands cells, ranging from macrophages and neutrophils, to mast cells and whatever else was there.

Each army had two goals.

1. Attack the enemy forces

2. Defend their new capitol, whether it be a little black slug, or a assistant AI.

Each army was ordered to start towards the enemies base, and to neutralize its capitol. The forces met between the lungs, with both sides walking into an ambush.

After a bit of time they refocused themselves, and attacked their brethren with unbridled ferocity. Macrophages grab other cells, pulling them into itself, while neutrophils cast out their acidic nests and explode. Millions of cells release cytokines, making surrounding blood vessles expand and release the blood inside, flooding the battlefield.

Each side lost hundreds of thousands of cells until the cells on jades side pushed forward, pushing towards the slug before a command came the host.
