Blinking his eyes slowly, Lui Wing sat up while pushing away the groggy feeling. Lui Wing encountered what had transpired before he went unconscious.

“What the fuck was that System?” Lui Wing yelled out while balling up his fist.

[Congratulations to the host for surviving the Dominator’s inheritor legacy trial.]

[The last trial is now finished. Now starting the Host’s beginner’s quest….]

[Please complete: 1) earn 100,000 essence crystals or money within a week 2) select any Dimensional World to travel to within a week, surviving until the timer runs out. Any qualified host should be able to handle all worlds.]

“That was a trial? It felt like hell!”

[The Dominator’s domain is hell and death. Your body was pushed to death and has been remade by pushing out all the impurities within you. Just now, you completed the blood and body refinement process.]

[By absorbing this legacy, you have accepted the Dominator’s bloodline; if you reach Calamity Rank like the Dominator, you will become the true successor.]

“How many people passed the trial to become the true successor?”

[Seven with you now.]

“Why are you looking for a successor?”

[.... You are not worthy yet.]

Lui Wing’s eyes twitched at that response.

Looking at the quest, it didn’t seem unreasonable, but how would he find a Dimensional World to begin with all the beasts breaking free? Looking down, Lui Wing noticed a black serpent-looking tattoo on his left ring finger while checking over his body. The tattoo reminded him of the black python that came out of the door.

Wait a moment, wouldn’t that mean he made a contract with the python and even had his own spiritual root to cultivate if he had a tattoo?

Closing his eyes and sitting up with his legs crossed, Lui Wing focused on his diaphragm while doing breathing exercises in a meditative pose. Looking into his inner soul, Lui Wing followed a tiny strand of essence that appeared inside of him. He saw his closed meridians and felt a cold airflow within his body as the essence brushed against the obstacles within the meridian channels.

As he circulated the strand of essence throughout his body, it was clearly problematic for Lui Wing to revolve and absorb the essence when he didn’t even have a cultivation technique yet to better harness the power.

Lui Wing finally found what he was looking for, his essence sea. An essence sea is where essence is stored within a person’s body after cultivating. The sea will change as the rank of the cultivator increases. Having an essence sea was a sign that Lui Wing could now hatch the evolutionary beast’s eggs he collects and start his journey.

Lui Wing saw movement in his sea and noticed the black python swimming around with glee. By forming a contract with the python, he quickly pulled up its information.

All the stats that the serpent had were at max rank; even for a mortal rank beast, it could damage and kill those with weaker stats than it.

Confused why the Demonic Frost Serpent is at mortal rank, when it was clearly a calamity rank beast, Lui Wing asked the System.

“Why is the Serpent in the mortal rank?”

[When a beast’s previous owner dies, it keeps its rank; that was why when it first met you, it was still at calamity rank, but unfortunately, when it forced a new contract to make you its new master, it lost all its potential.]

[Each previous inheritor broke the contract before they died and sent the python back here to the next one. The python is the last remaining evolutionary beast companion that the Dominator had.]

I would need to raise it up again; Lui Wing smiled.

[Now that you succeeded in the trial, you can go past the Dominator’s door to access the Dominator’s legacy rooms.]

“System, what are you if you have this power?”

Sighing, Lui Wing didn’t ask anymore.

Walking toward the Skeleton King’s door, Lui Wing put his hand into the mouth and felt around. Then, feeling a button, Lui Wing pressed it, and all the enchantment around the door faded. Pushing the door in, Lui Wing finally saw what it was hiding.

Lui walked into the hallway that had four shining silver doors. The first door on the left had a carved door with a beautiful three-headed bird beast. Opening it up was a room with ten glowing circles with translucent shields around them.

[This is where the Evolutionary Beasts waiting for training can go. This is the Evolutionary Beast Pen; although it looks like an array, it will activate and produce a perfect Dimensional realm that is most suited for the Evolutionary Beast that is held in it. The Evolutionary Beast would gain a small growth percentage without even battling.]

Exiting the room, Lui Wing turned around to look at the first door on the right. This door had carvings of many different eggs on it. A futuristic machine with a laser was in the middle of the room. The engine was black and had multiple arms. Underneath it were four cylindrical glass tubes filled with glowing silver liquid.

Overall, it looked to be too advanced, even for this universe.

[This is the hatchery room. When the host wants to see the details of the beast within the egg, the host can put the said egg on the machine to scan. If the host wants to sell, it could also be placed on the device to scan and show up on monitors in the main hall for potential buyers.]

After looking over this room, Lui Wing returned to the hallway and chose the door next to the hatchery one. On this door, there was an image of a sack; having some idea but wanted to confirm, Lui Wing pushed the door open. Seeing all the furniture and items in the old building, he knew it was the storage room.

[This is the item storage room. When you take anything from a cultivation world, the host can send it to this room. Nothing will be damaged.]

[The host will have a small personal inventory on the phone. To put items in your inventory, you must take a picture using the phone.]

[Once in the storage room, the host can put the items where they need to be or put them up for sale. If the host has items you want for sale, just touch the item on a shelf, and it will ask. Once it has permission, the item will be a hologram on one of the main floor monitors.]

Having gotten all the information for this room, Lui Wing returned to the hallway and picked the last door. This door had many planets of different sizes carved on it.

Twisting the doorknob, Lui Wing peaked his head past the door and gasped. Inside the room was a large carved array taking over the floor. Hanging from the ceiling was a rift that showed a chaotic space in the void. It almost looked like a portal, but it wiggled around like it was alive. This rift had a slight hum as it transitioned into different colors.

[This is how the Host will go to the Dimensional World.]
