I'm looking my first quest while Jack put his luggage.

"So this is my first quest to KILL THE TRAITOR OF GRYFFON KINGDOM, huh? Hmm, how I find him? What if he is an expert from Gryffon Kingdom? Shit! I'm dead now.

Jack look at my first quest and thinking about my first quest.

"Steve, I want tell you something before you do this quest." I look at Jack and ask him "what is it Jack?"

"Its about your job." Replied Jack. "Job? What is it?" Ask me to Jack. I'm thinking about job and ask again to Jack " is it like you, Jack? I mean you are wizard after all. Is that do you mean about job?"

Jack looked at me again with smile in his face,

"Yes it is. I knew it you will noticed. Let me tell you something about job."

"In this world there are 3 jobs. First job is Guardian Knight. This role is tank and Guardian Knight can also transform with full armor in their body and become solid. Nor weapon or magic can make a single scar into Guardian Knight."

"Second job is Warrior. This role is main power. Using weapon or bare hand and make full of combat and full of destruction. I have a feeling that you will have this job, Steve."

"The last job is Mage. It's my job. This role is using mana to enchant magic. Three of them are using mana but, Mage is different. Mage has three roles. First role is Spell Magic, second role is Combat Magic, and thrid role is Buff Magic. For example like me I'm Spell Magic. I can using any spell but, I have one problem it takes many time when I chant the spell. So, I decided to practice about Combat Magic. Combat Magic is mixing martial art and magic with one technique. Buff Magic it is using buff to increase our ability, make a trap, and healing ability" Jack continued.

I was speechlees when I heard Jack explained about Job and it makes me happy. With a smile and happy in my face I tell to Jack while pointing my index finger towards Jack,

"A chance! I have one chance to change my life! I will make people know who I am! Hahaha."

Jack saw me and Jack' smiled at me. Therefore Jack back to tell me the important one,

"Steve, there is one more role in this world but it's not specific. I want to tell you this to make you aware. There is one role, namely The Killer."

"What is that? It is not job, Jack? Asked me to Jack.

"No, it's not job Steve. It's like giving the title from aristocrat or king to someone who is thristy for blood." Replied Jack.

"What the fuck?! So, do you mean is they are kept by noble or the king?"

I asked to Jack with shocked in my face.

" Do you remember about 3 assasins came to you and want to kill you?" Asked Jack to me while I was remembered how scared I'm when I met them.

" I... I... I remember" replied me when I tried to be calm.

" 3 assasins was the killer. His mission is to kill you."

Jack put his hand into his head "Well, they failed. I killed them all so you don't need to worry about it. Try to be aware Steve and I don't want that you have to face same mistakes." Jack continued.

"Understood" replied me.

I worry about Jack told to me about the killer. Jack saw my face with terrible look and looking my face with sharp eyes and put his right hand to my shoulder,

"If you give me a terrible look's in your face, then I will not acompany you anymore, Steve. Just give up and die. I will help you to make you die quickly." Jack closed his eyes and took a deep breath and continue his words,

"But, if you are the one I know who always prove them wrong, you better hurry to find a place that can make you apply your job."

After Jack said that to me, I look into Jack eyes sharply then I reply to him,

"I told to you Jack that THERE IS NO TURNING BACK OF ME. The one that I know is keep moving foward and blast them who become obstacle in front of me."

Jack glad to hear me said like that. He closed his eyes for a moment and then say to me with a smile in his face,

"That's what I want to hear from you Steve. First lets register your job and your role, then we talk about your first quest."

"Sure Jack!" Answered me.

We go down stair and meet a bartender and Jack ask him, " do you know where the job registration is?"

The bartender reply "what are you doing on there? You don't need go to that place you know?"

"It's not for me but for my friend." Answered Jack.

The bartender saw me and he smrik in his face " so it's you kid? The one who don't have any mana but you still want to apply your job?"

Before I answer his words to me he continue his words " well, you are interesting one. You know that this world is cruel but you want to face it. Tell me your name, kid."

I look into him and reply, "Steve. Steve Wimpffen."

The bartender touch his chin while he still remember about the family name call "Wimpffen".

"Wimpffen huh? Well so it means that you are his son." With grinned in his face he looked into me and continue his words

"Like father like son, huh? Hahahahahaha." He laughed.

"Interesting! Very interesting kid. Hope you have a good luck kid." He continued.

After that he told to Jack how to get that place and the place for apply his job is near from lake and the place is on the right side.

When Jack and I had left, someone with tattoo crescent moon and used black robe appeared and talk to the bartender,

"It's him right?" Asked unknown person wore black robe.

"Hahahaha. Well you heard it right? This is will be interesting." Replied the bartender.

"What do you mean interesting?" Asked unknown person wore black robe with question in his face.

"I have no idea. But, let met tell you if he is the one can change the world, it means that he will face it them." Replied bartender while he is cleaning the plate.

"What if they know about his identity?" Asked unknown person wore black robe.

"You asked to much. I want to know if it happens like that but I hope they are late to know, hahahaha."

"I think that you have one mission right now. Protect him and keep your eyes on him. Do not let him know your existence." Bartender continued.

"Understood." Said unknown person wore black robe.

While Jack and I arrived at registration job, there is guideline and I need to follow the guideline said.

"To apply your job and role you need to take a test. Just put your hand into magic ball and your job and role will be show it to you. You need to pay 100 gold coins after you get status on magic ball and identity card or ID card."

After I read the guideline, I turn around and find Jack and asked him to lend me some money. Jack gives me 100 gold coins and I begin to following the test.

I put my hand into magic ball and I suprised to see the magic ball scan everything on my body.

The magic ball show it to me my status and I get my job. My job is Warrior but my role is not finish to calculating.

Suddenly, my role comes up but it is written "???". I don't know what to do and I grumbled in my heart. There is a words pops out "do you want to create your ID card?".

I feel anger and say, "WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?! My role is not comes out and you said create my ID card?"

Jack comes inside and try to make me calm and try to understand what happen in here.

"Calm down, Steve. It's weird because this magic ball never give people something like that."

Jack tried to understand that "???" On Steve's status.

"I think you have to be strong enough to make your role comes out, Steve."

"How can I make myself to be strong Jack? You are Mage and I'm Warrior." Said me to Jack.

Jack hit me on my head and say, "I can do combat you idiot. Just create your ID card and lets get out of this place."

I felt my head hurts after Jack hit me and I did what Jack said to me.

Jack and I left to that place and we are going to eat. There is a restaurant near by register's place and we decided to eating on there.

While we eating on that restaurant someone from noble come inside with his bodyguard. Everyone in this restaurant see him and chatter with someone else talk about him.

Both of them sit on the empty place and the manager of this restaurant come and take their order.

Jack and I are talking about my first quest. We have a plan to take down this traitor.

Suddenly, they come to our table. I look into him and ask him, "what are you doing on our table? I know you are from nobleman but do you have manner?"

His bodyguard try to cover him and he warned me about my words.

With a gratitude he bows down," I'm sorry that I came to your table with bad manner because I want to know about your scroll. Let me introduce myself my name is Ritcher Agmarnoff and this is my bodyguard's name Rio Hernandez. Agmarnoff is my family name. Nice to meet you both of you."

"Oh, you are from Agmarnoff family? Nice to meet you I'm Steve Wimpffen and this is my friend Jack Russelgard." Said me.

Jack look at Ritcher and he smiled to him. While Steve continue his words, "now, we know each other. Then what do you looking at?"

"First I curious about your scroll. I know it's quest scroll but, its Rare Scroll I mean it's Rare Quest. With blue in the color of the quest scroll and using a yellow ink to write a quest or mission." Replied Ritcher.

I confused when Ritcher told me about my scroll. Then Jack try to explain to me about scroll quest,

"Particularly Common Quest using brown color on the cover scroll quest and black ink for write a mission or quest."

"Then Uncommon Quest using green color on the cover scroll quest and black ink for write a mission or quest."

"Ritcher already told to you about rare quest. Legend Quest using yellow collor on the cover scroll quest and gold ink for write a mission or quest."

"The last scroll is Supreme Quest. Using gold color on the cover scroll quest and using mana to write a mission or quest. Supreme Quest from king's order and the king will give you direct quest or mission to you." Explained Jack.

I was speechless and shocked after Jack told me about Scroll Quest.

"Wha... I never heard of that. So it means this quest is danger?" Asked me with shocked in my face.

Jack answer me with smile on his face, "That's why I will protect you for this quest Steve."

Ritcher look into me and try to use his magic to see through my skill.

Suddenly, I realized that Ritcher used his magic to see through my skill and I tell to him "I don't have any mana nor good skill. Don't waste your mana to see my ability. I'm still lucky that I can survive to this day."

Ritcher was shocked that his magic can be seen by me. Besides Ritcher, it turns out that Jack is also surprised that he can't sense any mana from him.

Ritcher bows down and aplogize to me, "forgive my impudance. I gave a bad manner to you."

"It's okay. Everyone always do the same after they know that I'm not blessed by mana." Replied me.

"Then, how about I help you complete this quest?" Asked Ritcher.

"No need. Jack and me can complete this quest." Replied me.

With sad by his face he reply me, "If you said that to me, how can I give a proper apologize to you?"

Before I reply to Ritcher, Jack tell him "I think you can help us for this quest

We are short of people and we don't have any data on these traitor."

Ritcher shows his gratitude to Jack and agree to help us.

Jack tell to us about this quest, "Let me explain this quest to all of you. This person is a tratior from Gryffon Kingdom. With grey hair, black beard. His height is 5.9 ft and last seen in this town near between blacksmith and weapon store. He used red clothes, blue hoodie, and black trousers. He brought sword and some of smoke gas."

After Jack explained our quest we finished our food and left.

"Ahhhh, why do you need his help, Jack? We can do it together." Said me to Jack while we walk in the street after.

"Just make a minimum probabilty. If this traitor in here we can catch him sooner or later. With 4 people that we have, we can make it fast to complete this quest. Therefore, Ritcher is an expert like me." Answered Jack to me.

"Now, we will spread out and give a sign if it finds anything suspicious." Jack continued.

Meanwhile,

Somewhere in the deep forest there is "old temple" and there is someone with black sword in his hands,

"HAHAHAHA. IT'S BEGIN NOW THE ONE WHO HAS THE REAL GOD POWER HAS RETURNED."
